Our original carpet cleaner had an unfortunate accident, and we lost our cleaner last second before the move. After a few calls around, it was Grizzly Clean Team that came through in between jobs and squeezed us in last second! The guy was nice, he was chill, and was timely. I have been using Grizzly Clean Team for a few years. Last year I spilled a whole bucket of dirty mop water on my light carpet and just knew I was going to have to replace it. Steven came and got it up and you would never know it was there. This year I got a puppy and to say the least she tore up my carpets. Again, I just knew there was no way that the carpets would come clean. Steven came a week ago and you cannot even tell where the spots were. I would recommend him over and over again! My girlfriend and I have used Grizzly Carpet Cleaning several times. Every job theyve completed for us has been excellent. Today we scheduled a consultation about a new apartment we moved into this last month because of urine smells located in the carpet. Missoula Property Management refused to help us because we didnt say anything within the first week of move in. However, Grizzly Carpet Cleaning showed up to our apartment right on time, consulted us about the carpet and cleaned the entire livingroom (where the smells were coming from) for free! Steven was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. I tried to offer him 50 dollars for his time and help, but he said that he felt that it wouldnt be right to take the money and that he simply was happy to help us out. They traveled all the way to Corvallis for us and did a great job cleaning our carpets for 3 of our rooms and at a great price I must add. We recently had a cat that sprayed a lot and they were able to get rid of the horrid smell. Definitely recommend them to everyone and will be using their services from now on.

Great customer service. He responds promptly, which is unheard these days. When my husband contacted him it turned out he was going to be gone on vacation. Not wanting to leave us in a bind he asked his employee to come do the job. We have three dogs and by the time they were done you would never guess dogs ever lived there. I highly recommend Grizzly!
