Helped a friend clean her rental property after her tenants left it TRASHED. We managed to get everything else back in order, but the carpets were beyond us. She was certain that she was going to have to have them replaced. Always Prefered Restoration did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and removing the pet stains out of both the carpets on the sofa and love seat.

Really nice place, and nice people. They take care of lots of stuff, from water damage to janitorial work, and they do it well. Definitely a lot better than renting my own equipment and doing it myself. You dont have to worry about messing stuff up, or look up lengthy guides and buy expensive tools, if you just hire a professional. Definitely a 5-star recommendation. With last years flooding causing tons of water damage, this is the place Id call to take care of this upcoming snow melt.

Our carpets probably should have been replaced. Our kids and our pets made the most horrible messes over the year. After we called Always Preferred, not only did our landlord notice our clean move-out, but even gave us our whole deposit back because the carpet looked brand new somehow.
