Was not only on time but early!!! Cleaned everything thoroughly and easily. Carpet cleaner was SUUUUPER quiet. All the stains from the pets and the kids came out. Extra treatment was offered and used for the stains to prevent them as well as remove them. The carpet was damp to the touch when he was all done, which I appreciate not having wet carpets for days. Really good value for the money. Highly recommend and we will definitely use when we move out of the rental.

Mike is amazing. Super efficient, professional both in advice and in cleaning thoroughly. The Chem-Dry process is so much better than soaking the carpets, its hard to imagine the difference it makes. They helped with pet vomit, pet stains and a chocolate spill on wool. Cant recommend them highly enough.

I am a realtor who had a water leak on the carpet, 2 days before the sale closing! Mike came in to do the carpets and he jumped right in to help! Sucked up the water, brought in high powered fans and sprayed an anti bacteria to keep ward off mold and mildew. Plus did an amazing clean job on the all the carpets! Including super dirty stairs! Mike did a great job cleaning the carpet in my house for a pre-listing move out. He was professional, courteous, and hard working. He showed up for the estimate appointment and the cleaning appointment right on time. For the estimate, he used lasers to measure, a UV light to detect hidden stains, and then explained how to best treat the problem areas while managing expectations. Even though I was already hopeful about the results he might achieve, based on the expertise and knowledge he exhibited during the estimate process, he still managed to exceed my expectations. He brought my carpets back to life, and made them look brand new again! Plus, as a result of the techniques, equipment and products he uses, there is no lingering wet dog smell or dampness that you get from other carpet cleaning companies. Way to go, Mike! Big Sky Chem-Dry was able to work with my schedule and showed up right when they said they would. There was 11 years worth of dog urine in the hallway they cleaned. I had tried literally everything for weeks and just made the smell worse. Big Sky Chem-Dry took the time to identify each spot with a black light and the solution they treated it with literally made the smell evaporate overnight. They made gross carpet beautiful again and it dried so quickly. The service was an extremely good value for the money and the tech was courteous, professional, and efficient. The carpet they cleaned is like new! The description of the Chem-Dry process online seemed too good to be true but it actually works! I now know who to call anytime there is a carpet issue. Cannot recommend highly enough!!!

Absolutely phenomenal service! Weve used them twice to clean our carpets and each time we are beyond happy. They were able to get out an old rust stain and makeup stain that a previous cleaning company said was not removable. Arrived on time, extremely personal and polite!

My husband and I recently purchased a house in town, and unfortunately, the carpets smelled terribly of cat. The previous homeowners cleaned the carpets, which somehow made the cat smell worse.
