I needed my apartment carpet cleaned before the 7th of July I called all around google to carpet cleaners and landed on carpet kings. More than impressed with these guys. Fast, Cheaper than other companies, Great work looks like brand new carpet. Hopefully I will get my full deposit back from my property management.

Amazing job on cleaning on my downstairs carpet and love seat. Between a new dog and an active 4 year old I wasn’t sure there was any hope left until I saw the finished product! I needed to clean the carpet in my basement because I have family coming to stay during the New Years Holiday. I sent inquiries to several carpet cleaning businesses and they were the only ones who contacted me back. Very responsive and hassle free when making the appointment. Henry, who came to clean my carpet, was very timely, professional, and hassle free. My carpet is now very clean and smells good! I am fully satisfied. He was also quick, which allowed me to return back to my work in time. I will use them again in the future.

Can’t beat the price and they work very fast. However either water got into an outlet or machinery tripped a breaker and now I’m without power to half my house. Having to call for electrical help to replace the breaker.

I spent allot of time searching for a carpet cleaning company that had good reviews and prices that would work within our budget. I found carpet kings and spoke to a lady (i forget the name). She gave an estimate and advised once the technician came out to ask him about the spots that we needed attention to. Today the technician came out with little no waiting within our window time period, (lady on phone said noon to 1 oclock) and my husband sent me pictures along with an update. Not only does our carpet smell wonderful, but it looks so clean :) ! I know that we have black marks against the baseboards and we have had doggie accidents throughout the last few years so we did not go into this thinking it would look brand new. However, the stains did lighten up and it makes the carpet not look like 15 yrs old with multiple tiny accidents, but it looks like we can hold off replacing for a couple more years. It looks really really good! I did not expect that much to be lifted out. Amazing work, the price was right on the mark with the quoted range, not a cent over. Thank you very much!!!! We are very very pleased.

These guys are a life saver use them!!Cant beat the price and the work is top notch quality we used them during our move out from caras property management, the carpet wasnt clean when I moved in (even though caras said it had been professionally cleaned) it was not. We lived there anyways because we already signed the lease and caras wasnt budging on another clean, eventually we moved and a carpet cleaning was required so we naturally called the top rated guys on google Carpet Kings honestly made my carpet cleaner than when I moved in. Heavy traffic all thought my appartment is now gone and looks amazing. Carpet Kings are the guys you want to call, price,quality,speed these guys got it all.

We have used Carpet Kings for 3 separate apartments (including today 6/23), since our property company requires carpet cleaning upon move out. We have never been disappointed with their services. Used carpet kings based on price and reviews carpet kings is a great deal around half to a third of the other carpet cleaner in Missoula area. Probably will call carpet kings again when I move my property management approved there cleaning, it looked good and they again are cheaper... so ya

My carpet is soaked and filthy. Do not pay them until your carpet is dry. Im shocked at how well rated they are. Thats why I picked them between that and pricing. Maybe they got a bunch of family and facebook friends to rate them. They were the last thing we had done closing our apartment. Our apartment management walked through and took pictures and they were very shocked that the carpets were done professionally. They were super unprofessional with the staff at our apartment complex and hung up on them. We called them again ourselves to try to get them to come back to do the carpets. He was incredibly condescending and unprofessional on the phone. They claimed the carpets were trashed to begin with. They said they have video of before and after but would not release it to me or my apartment management. They told us because its been two days (we had to wait until Monday to call management) that any of the spots could have been created by us and that he would have to go over the supposed video he took of our carpet to verify that it was not made after he had done the carpets. They werent willing to come in and re do them for another week. This is by far the worst professional carpet job I have ever seen. We might as well just taken a hose to my carpet. Its awful. Its been three days now and the carpet is still not entirely dry and its filthy.

We had a flooded basement caused by a defective garbage disposal in the kitchen upstairs., carpet Kings and specifically Henry was incredibly professional, courteous and prompt. He inspected the entire area, insured it was drying and disinfected all areas for health concerns. I will recommend this service to you if your looking based on price they are cheaper than other companys in missoula as well.

They were 45 minutes late and were gone in 15 minutes. They also left dirty water all across my kitchen floor. I would never recommend them to anyone. I could have done it better with a rug doctor....
