While buying my first home, the inspector found mold from an improperly vented bathroom fan in the attic. 5 Valleys showed up within a day to quote the mold mitigation and was able to get us scheduled timely. They were extremely knowledgeable and made the entire process so easy. The before and after pictures they provided following cleanup were very reassuring that everything was taken care of and there was nothing to worry about in our attic.

We found out we had a leak coming from the upstairs bathtub when it began dripping through the ceiling on Saturday. We sent calls out to plumbers and heard nothing back. On Monday morning we called Five Valleys Restoration. They answered the phone, were super polite, and had people at the house within two hours. We have an adult child who is medically fragile. They were super respectful, always had on masks, and even footies. They kept us in the loop of what was happening and what would happen next. We dealt with Jason who was amazing. He needs a pay raise and at some point, become a manger. He always took the time to talk to us and explain everything. We never felt like he was pressured for time.

I’ve had two restoration companies fix water damage in our house and 5 valley is by far the better of the two. The other company destroyed so much of our house that wasn’t needed and 5 valley did the bare minimum damage and was very easy to deal with. Also my insurance check got lost in the mail and they were very understanding and easy to work with when I had to get another reissued and took a couple months later. Basically they’re honest and won’t destroy your place just to make their invoice higher. I would recommend them.

Never again will I make the mistake of not calling Five Valleys first in the event of a home emergency. While Servpro had us sit for 3 days without water and heat and a crawlspace full of 2 feet of water because they said it was too much to handle - John Maki and the Five Valleys crew got to work just hours after we called and continued to work tirelessly to assist us.After the initial water mitigation, Five Valleys continued to work to ensure all aspects of the home were taken care of - bringing in Trenchless Solutions, Right Now plumbing and Design Air - all of whom were tremendous to work with as well. Cannot begin to say how disappointed we are with this company; they were commissioned to mitigate water damage from a second story shower leak and they concluded that there was no reason to fully inspect all the damage. They never found out that the plywood subfloor was completely rotted out, thus, the upper floor was completely unsupported. (The plumber actually found it.) In fact, the only thing keeping people from busting through the floor was unsupported ceramic tile. The contractor that built the house was flabbergasted that they would not see this and mitigate the damage, but instead, sheetrock, mud, and paint over the ceiling, which covered up all the damage, and then call it good.IT IS NOT GOOD and we hired another company to come in and remove all the rotted floor at our expense. An expense that we had already paid for to 5V.In addition to this, they disregarded extensive email correspondence and, in the end, blew us off and refused to make good on any of the repairs. Their company officers cannot be trusted, are two-faced, and, the end, belligerent. We cannot recommend 5V and I would add them to the list of Missoula companies to avoid at all costs....

Our family had been through a rough year. My daughter was completing cancer treatment and is in recovery from a bone marrow transplant. We had a broken ice maker this summer. Between midnight and 4AM there was over an inch of water in our kitchen cascading thru our tile flooring down thru the basement ceiling lights and fans. Five Valleys Restoration was on the scene by early morning with over a dozen fans and blowers and 6-or-7 employees to set everything up and seal off the rooms that were affected. They moved out all the furniture, pulled the wooden baseboard trim and set up the equipment that would eventually save our kitchen floor and basement ceiling. Every day for 2 weeks someone came to check the drying progress with a moisture meter. When we were finally dry out they came back and put our house back together including moving our furniture back into place. We cannot thank Matt and the Five Valleys Restoration crew enough for saving our kitchen and basement from an expensive, messy and time consuming rebuild.

Best service Ive ever had with carpet cleaning/restoration. I would recommend to anyone and I would defiantly use them again.I had an ex-roommate who left a huge mess in his room with stains that I could not originate. To top things off the ex-roommate decided to put SPRAY PAINT on my carpet behind my couch to get back at me. Cleaning up after him was hell. I called another company first and they told me they lacked the cleaning supplies to even touch it. I called Five Valleys and told them about everything and within just two days they had a tech named Jeremiah come to my house and tackle the mess. He was a great guy and fun to talk to. I watched him as he cleaned the mystery stains and he educated me as to what the stains were and the best course of action on how to clean them up if they happen again by myself. Showed me the trick with the iron and warm wet towel it works wonders. The best part is he GOT THE SPRAY PAINT COMPLETELY REMOVED WITHOUT EVEN A TRACE!!!!There was only one spot missed because it was behind the door and I was distracting him. He came back the next day and not only cleaned the missed spot but also cleaned the entire living room again free of charge!!Now this is a company that is not out to squeeze your hard earned money from you, and they stand behind their work. When you find companies like that you keep them around as I plan to do with Five Valleys Restoration and cleaning. They took so much stress out of my life and house, I would recommend them to anyone.
