I was passing through town and needed an oil change. This business was next to my Hotel. Very fast and friendly service. Highly recommended.

Very good they found a couple issues that need to be fixed or work create issues later

Went to them for our Chevy Silverado and got an oil and fuel filter changed. Barely 3 weeks later our fuel filter was at 0% and the sensor came on telling us that we needed a new one even though we just got one not even 3 weeks ago. We decided to pull it apart and get a new fuel filter on our own to figure out what was going on, come to find out They put exactly a “tp3012F fuel filter” on when that exact model is discontinued and is specifically for a Ford. We brought it back and they said “you have no proof that we did that” and the paperwork had the right part on it that it was supposed to have but they didn’t match up clearly. All they offered us for their mistake of putting it on was a discounted oil change when it could have seriously ruined our engine. Will NOT be giving them our service ever again. They do not come off as an honest working shop.

Brought a 1972 jeep C J 5 in for a service. Oil change, lube, fluids, etc. Crew was attentive but lacked knowledge due to age of vehicle and lack service data.

Ive been using Express Lube at this location for years. Recently my F250 had a sensor go off so I took it to a mechanic to get it looked at since it triggered my engine light. He found the error code but also found that my crankcase was two quarts low! Just to be very clear, my truck does NOT burn oil or have any leaks, as verified by the mechanic. Very disappointing. Ill be looking elsewhere for service.

I went here yesterday to have my oil changed, all of the staff was very friendly, and it only took about 20 minutes to change my oil, top off my fluids, and wash my car. Would definitely recommend to a friend. :)

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and they continue to be my preferred oil change provider. They do a nice job in a quick amount of time, exactly what the name implies. I appreciate the extra step of vacuuming and washing my truck and they are always friendly. I keep ignoring discounted offers from the dealership where I purchased my truck because Express Lube provides a better service.

I just brought my wifes car in for an oil change, since we are staying at the hotel next door. I informed them that I was interested in having the air filters changed, needed the tire pressure taken care of as well. I was informed that it would take 30 minutes, gave my name and number and went to lunch. When I came back, 40 minutes later, the car was not ready. They were waiting for an oil filter, which is understandable, but the woman also told me that they couldnt get air filters for it, that no one had them. I said, not even the dealership? and she informed me that they only order from one place!? There is a dealership two blocks away! It was as if I drove in with a UFO! One hour late, when they finally finished my oil change, I got in the car and the air pressure indicator is still on. Now for the free car wash. I wouldnt exactly call it a car wash...more like they will splash water on it and hope stuff comes off. There is a 6 inch bug splatter still going across the windshield. Nice work fellas!

I have purchase 3 vehicles from Karl Tyler, and have been bringing all of my work vehicle and personal vehicles here for over 10 years. Due to the number of vehicles I was able to get a fleet discount of a 10%. The service is fast and they clean and vac your vehicle. However they now dropped all their small fleet customers and I am just another number. :(

While passing thru Missoula, I made a quick stop into this place when I realized I was over due for an oil change & was heading out to Central Oregon. When I returned from my trip, I had my tires swapped at my regular mechanic and they told me I was over a quart low. Freaking out thinking my rig was burning/leaking oil, I kept a close eye on my oil level for the next 4000 miles... no sign of oil use since. Clearly Express Lube didnt put the proper amount of oil in my truck! You know, Oil Change 101 level stuff! Pretty waiting area though! I wont be back...

I needed an oil change they were happy to do it even vacuumed my car without me asking them to! If I ever need an oil change Id be sure to stop here!

My truck has not ran the same. we stop to get oil change and when we left the temp was lil but higher and over heated next day and running louder then ever.called was told someone would call me back but still wanting
