My boyfriend bought a vehicle from Jolly Auto. This is the worst experience we’ve ever had. Every time we call the voicemail box is full. We ended up moving to Spokane, and needed them to send us a title so we could plate the vehicle. It’s been about three months and they never answer their phone, they said they sent the title out twice, the first time we never got it and the second time it wasn’t even notarized or signed by them. Now we need a bill of sale and they can’t email it, and it was supposed to be in the mail like two weeks ago. They have no follow through, and we are seeming to never be able to get this vehicle registered and running in Washington. Looks like I’m going to have to drive down there (3 hour drive). DONT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Now the vehicle doesn’t even start, and we can’t even get the information we need to sell it because they don’t answer or don’t have any follow through on sending anything out or doing it the PROPER way. If you’d like to send what we need my boyfriends name is JAMES AMO we need a legit signed title and a bill of sale!!!

Bought a 2005 nissan frontier from these guys, it was great for about a week and then the cam position sensors went bad. Then we took it to a mechanic only find out that the front wheel bearing was shot, the drivers side catalytic converter was shot too, I was also informed that the CEL bulb was removed. All of these repairs are going to cost me over 2 grand. I am not happy with this purchase and I would advise anyone looking to look elsewhere and save yourself the headache I have right now.

Vehicle has rust damage all over the under carriage that they tried to hide by spray painting. Didn’t even deny it when I confronted them. Also the guy that works there and says he’s an ex- army ranger is lying about his service.

So far I really like my suburban, have only had it for a day. 😊 Jeff was great very helpful and nice. I feel like he gave us a good trade and fair price.

At first when making a cash deal they were great! Jeff was great and The owner was involved and seemed to be a great guy. The car needed work he said he’d pay the bill.... 4 weeks out and the bill has not been paid. There was a leak in a hose for radiator fluid that they had covered up with black duck tape. It leaked and smoked like crazy the first few days tell we found the duck tape.....He is never in the office and has never returned a call! Know it’s time to license the car and there has been no paper work sent to the county court house.... once again no one answers the phone and or has returned a call! This place is a mess... wish they were the car lot they say they are. When we call from our land line or either cell phones it always go straight to a voicemail and never get a call back. If we call off any other number, it’s amazing they answer right away. Once again still no owner around and the salesman is clueless as to where the paper work is ! For the love this is a business. Really have enjoyed the vehicle but it may be time to take it back and get my cash back! And fort the bill on my own.

Been close to a month havent got the title down to less than ten days before temporary permit runs out then I sit with a vehicle I cant drive mn. cant give a permit said they sent my title day after I bought it pony Express would of had it here by now really thought Jeff and Jack were great then thought about doing business there again not now very disappointed sick of the run around lucky if they even talk to you

Super good guy, my wife and i went in to get a car and something end up being wrong with it, we took it back expecting a fight or to not really get anything. Jack asked us if we would like to trade it in or have it fixed, he allowed us to trade for a vehicle that was 2,000 dollars more then we originally paid all in all it was a good experience and he definitely took care of us.

Rite when we got there Jeff came rite up to us and helped so much. He was amazing. We had a great experience. Jeff found us our perfect vehicle. And the owner worked with us . The whole staff was just great . We highly recommend them.

Drove from Bozeman to check out a vehicle. Jeff was very nice on the phone and we made arrangements to come see the vehicle on Saturday morning. When we arrived, we had a hard time finding the shop because they didn’t even bother to put up their business sign. Met with Jeff, got the keys and went to test drive the car. So far so good. The floor of the vehicle was disgusting- French fries, wall to wall dirt, and garbage. As we drove out of the lot, the fuel light came on...just what you want when you start a test drive. We found a couple of issues with the vehicle including a severe rattle in the Dash when you apply the brakes.When we returned to the dealership, we went inside to meet with Jeff. As we sat down at his desk, he was clearly distracted by another transaction on his computer. He told us that he was trying to sell a lawn mower. During our brief conversation, his attention was clearly on us, his current customer, but on his computer.I brought up the issue of the rattle and he immediately said that he didn’t know anything about it. I asked him if I could take him out and show him and he said “No, we don’t need to do that. I don’t know anything about it.” He was completely disinterested in hearing what I had to say. He then asked, “So, do you want to buy it?” I couldn’t believe what was happening. He claimed that the vehicle had been checked by their mechanic and nothing was wrong with it.We were in Jeff’s office for 5 minutes. He made zero effort to remedy the situation and told me that used cars don’t have warranties.It was absolutely clear that Jeff didn’t want to sell me the car.Would not go anywhere near this dealership.

Vehicle I looked at needed a master cylinder. Waste of my time. After I looked at it the price went up $500. Genius!

Bought a pickup here was incredibly happy with the truck until I hooked up an obd2 reader and realized there are 4 codes currently and no check engine light. Wonder how the bulb turned up missing from the dash??

My family is so very grateful to Jeff and all of those at Jolly... they did everything in their power to make sure that our family was able to purchase a vehicle that was safe and reliable. Thank you!

Wanted to buy a car from them it had a bad starter they told me to replace it and they would pay for the starter what about my time? I would have payed extra on the sticker price for the car because I really wanted it but rather then put a starter in it and make a sale they ended up taking it to the auction. Super disappointed with the experience

Purchased a car from them on line (Ebay). Im an experienced collector/buyer. I paid for the car and had it shipped to me in California. The car was GROSSLY misrepresented and arrived in a dangerous undriveable condition. It had multiple bad fuel leaks... would not start run or drive and required thousands in undisclosed repairs despite being represented as a turn key driver in excellent running/driving condition. When I confronted the salesman (Donny) professionally about the issues, he had the owner call me... there was no conversation... he simply proceeded to curse me out and threaten me using racial and homophobic slurs. I also never received the title/paperwork on the car. I have bought and sold hundreds of cars on line... Ive never experienced anything like this... HORRIBLE

I bought a car from this place for 1200 plus costs it was probably the worst mistake Ive ever made. The two front tires were past the tread $400 used. I was told that they had a mechanic check it out. If so he was blind. Upper and lower ball joints both sides, $1400 dollars CV axle $550 motor mounts $90 per mount motor has a bad tick so I got under it to see where the sound was coming from with a sounding stick and found a spot where there was a crack in the block that someone had sealed it up with jb weld or some other kind of epoxy. I went in to talk with the DMV and the title was sent to the wrong county. By this time Im starting to get fed up but I still thought ya know maybe he didnt know. Immediately this (guy) starts talking fast saying oh we will pay to have these things fixed after I had already had them fixed telling me he could only pay for a certain amount he wasnt going to pay les Schwab prices. He knew the car was already fixed he was only going to pay his cost then take the vehicle back. I told him no that wasnt going to happen I had just gotten it to where it was going to be the reliable vehicle that I thought I was to begin with. 5400 dollars into a 1200 dollar vehicle and it still needs work

These guys were wonderful to work with. We were from out of town and they made sure they addressed all of our questions and concerns honestly. Trevor was super easy to work with and was not pushy at all. He even went above and beyond to have our car detailed, oil changed and tires rotated for the long drive home. We would highly recommend Car Werks to anyone wanting great customer service and great prices.

This is a fine place to find a car for the working person. Diverse inventory, clean modern vehicles, and will take the time to help you sort out things for loans. Jack and his staff will also search the region for what you are looking for. Honest people doing a great job.

Bad customer service, faulty vehicles, not to mention that the owner attacks other honest car dealerships on Google by giving them bad reviews such as nice cars on the lot, too bad they cant sell them. Boohoo then giving them one star. Very dishonest men. I once tried to buy a corvette from them, they refused to come down even a little or work with me a little and he always said the same line if we cant make a deal, then youre wasting my time and yours. This place sucks!

Went to check out one of their cars today. They had it listed as in excellent condition. Here is what my independent garage said: The car had been in a front-end collision. The passenger air bag had been deployed and no way of knowing if it had been replaced. One seat belt unattached to the floor (though the bolt was there. A strange screw with sealer found in the plastic gas tank. Two leaks. Brake fluid sensor needed fixing. Garage said it was worth half of what they asked at best. Told the Car Werks salesman who was So very very surprised...... Stay away from this dealer!

All there vehicles look nice enough but every thing we took on test drives had major steering and suspension issues. I dont want to be mean but guys just do the maintenance on the cars if your selling them for that much. Dont slap lip stick on horse and tell me its Jennifer Aniston. And cosmetic interior, just call up the junk yard and say I need a steering wheel column cover for this spend the 8 bucks and make it nice or your only going to sell to the ignorant not the common sense crowd. Sorry dont mean to nit pick that hard but I thought it was something you needed to hear.

Im new to the Missoula area before purchasing a vehicle i did what most folks do these days i researched online. Im glad i didnt judge a book by its cover jollys online google reviews did not at all reflect my experience with them. Went to try to buy a car but the salesman became rude and made snide comments because I questioned the reliability of the car. He did not want the engine seen and explained an engine knock as normal. He came across like a jackass.

Worst experience in my life. Bought a car and found out that they just put patches on all the problems so it would run for 3 in town trips and then blew the head gaskets and melted the radiator. Will never go back there for any reason.

Bought a chevy Colorado from there and within a couple months motor died, ran fine for the test drive.And Ive seen other people purchase vehicles theremy friend just bought a dodge Dakota from there and the motor went out within 2 weeks . Metal shavings in the valve cover and a really bad nock.As well as my fiancee, she was just my friend at the time but she bought a 2002 dodge ram from there . And after I repaired the front end . Redoing the alignment and replacing CV. And then within about 6 months of the purchase the truck threw a rod.And none of it is cause by the driverThey where all time bombs.

They are pretty sketchy. I went in to purchase a car from them. We took it for a test drive and the car was pulling to the side, when I asked the sales person about this he said the streets were bad. Funny thing is the streets where new and he picked the test route. I told him I could put 4000 down in cash. I told him I would be back because I was going to continue shopping around. He asked me to write a check for 4000 and he will put it in my file. Thats when I stared to really get suspicious. Why would he want me to write a 4000 dollar check, so he could hold it for me? Im young and maybe seemed inexperienced to them. I would stay away from this place. They are fraudsters.

He sold my brother a Mercedes Benz C230, funniest car ever!He gave him a good deal and highly recommend this car lot.

Absolute trash company with even worse customer service. After only 2300 miles on a vehicle with 100,800 the motor dropped a valve and toasted the motor. Jack Palmer with Jolly asked me to take it to his mechanic to be repaired. He and his salesman said they would help me out with getting it running again. At the end of the day I ended up with a $4100 bill and Jack was difficult to contact. I left message after message for him only to get a call from his employee saying Jack wasnt interested in investing anything into the vehicle. I called and reasoned with Jack later. We came to an agreement that he would participate financially in the repairs. Another week goes by so I call jolly. Jack changed his mind telling me Im on my own. Jack Palmer is a deceiving liar who should not me trusted.UpdateJacks warranty offered would not fix or pay out anything for the first 90 days on the vehicle. After 90 days it would only cover up to 1,500. With cost of the warranty at $2,800+, total repairs at $4,100, and only $1,500 in warranted money I wouldve been at $5,400 out of pocket instead of just paying the $4,100. Costing more and no vehicle for 3 months. Not much of an option if you ask me. Jack also knows his recomend mechanic ( a great mechanic with around 30 years serving missoula ) advised me that the motor was toast as it dropped a valve. Rebuilding the current engine wouldve cost more than replacing it according to this mechanic. Also the newer engine comes with its own 3 year warranty. No brainer. As for Jacks insults in the owners response. Im a father of 2 boys under 3 and a husband who wakes early every day, puts his worn out work boots on ( believe me not worn from skidding them on the ground) and earns his living an honest way. Give the honesty thing a try Jack.

I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. I showed up here not expecting to qualify for financing, because of low credit, but they were willing to work with me to get me into a vehicle. The staff was friendly and professional, and there was none of the pushy salesman tactics or attitude present. They made me feel welcome, and were very patient with me while we went through the process.I went back to them about a week later to request help with some unexpected maintenance costs, after exhausting all of my other options. To my surprise, Jack was willing to help me out. He sent me over to a local auto shop who not only provided a second opinion for the work a different mechanic recommended, but was willing to make arrangements for me to do payments.Having said that, I want people to understand that when you buy a vehicle from a used car lot, its going to need at least some basic maintenance done. I do not in any way feel like Car Werks sold me a bad vehicle just because it needed something other than an oil change or an air filter. I knew what I was getting into when I agreed to buy it, and I am extremely happy with my new vehicle. These folks have been so awesome in their efforts to help me out, that they deserve more than just a 5-star rating.A big THANK YOU to the folks at Car Werks Missoula!

I purchased an SUV from Car Werks in Missoula. Overall i had a good experience with them, the staff was knowledgeable, the vehicle i bought was just what i was looking for. It was not a high pressure environment like most dealers in town. My vehicle ended up need a window fixed and they took care of it, no used car is perfect but these guys made sure i was happy with it. I would refer my friends and family to buy from them.

Car Werks should be put out of business for selling junk cars and not disclosing all the real problems with used cars. Their elite warranty is a joke and they sell the warranty to you knowing you will need repairs done to your vehicle but the warranty doesnt cover anything that they tell you it will cover. This company is shady and dishonest!! They dont like you to have pre-purchase inspections done prior to purchasing a vehicle because they know that honest shops will tell you to run far away!

Absolutely horrible. Sold us a car and refused to deliver the title for 8 months. Talked to him on the phone and when I told him we didnt have the title he began dodging my calls and having his employees cover for him. I eventually had to called a lawyer before he would deliver the title. 2 of my fellow coworkers are now going through the same thing. Hes a fraud and a thief and I wouldnt send my worst enemy to this business. He deserves to be in jail.

I was sceptical about going to this dealership because of the poor reviews on Google. I have never been so happy with a used vehicle purchase!!!!! The staff is friendly and very eager to please. Jeff was extremely professional and efficient. I was literally on my way home in my new vehicle within an hour. I noticed some things wrong with the vehicle on my test drive and Jeff had them all fixed within a business day!!!!**** I do need to add this.**** Do your research before buying a used vehicle. Know what you are looking for and at. Take it to a mechanic and have it checked out. Local shops like Meineke and Les Schwab can usually even get you in on short notice. Either that, or pay sticker price at a dealership and then you get a warranty.I hope this review will help balance some of the poor reviews for these guys. I truly had a great experience and Looooooove my new ride.Have a good day!!

MUST READ!!I test drove a truck and on the rear drive we pulled over to inspect the truck when we went to start it It didnt start back up. The salesman told us it was more than likely a fuel pump. They said they would take it to the shop to have it fixed and call me when it was done. Two days later they called us saying the machanic replaced the fuel pump, checked everything over, and it was running good. We ended up picking it up that night. Three days later the same problem happened it wouldnt start so we let it sit for a couple days and went to start it sure enough it started back up. Now Im a month in of having the truck and I had another problem. The truck wouldnt turn over and none of the accessories worked so we figured to check the battery and fuses but they were all working. We called our personal mechanic and he walked us through everything it could be. We found out it was a cable from the battery that runs to the engine was loose and when we hold the cable up the truck will start but as soon as you release the cable and turn off the truck it wont start. So if our mechanic can figure out whats wrong with it just by over the phone i would think their mechanic couldve figured out it wasnt a fuel pump or they lied about fixing it in the first place. I suggest taking any vehicle from here to a mechanic first, you can never trust a dealership. Some good things about this dealership was Ale helped us out and was really nice the other good thing was the DMV had my title a week before my temp tags expire like they said it would be. Overall I didnt mind this dealership everyone was pretty nice and helpful the reason for 2 stars is due to being lied to about an issue being fixed and that the vehicle had a thoural inspection when it didnt.

I bought a 2008 Ram 1500 in july, great vehicle no problems and great salespeople. The rest of you just didnt research the vehicle or ask before you bought it. Stop hating on your own stupidy. I am adding to my post. I have had this 08 ram for a year now still no problems.

Sold me a car with a defective airbag. Also a horn that didnt work and promised me they would fix it and give me a full size spare tire before I signed the paperwork. Obviously, I didnt know about the airbag till I got in an accident where it shouldve deployed. There were alternations to the bumper that caused the sensory to be nonexistent. This caused me to get a concussion and severe bruising on my eyes along with the pain a concussion can cause and this couldve been avoided if THERE WERE WORKING AIRBAGS!! The horn and tire? They pulled me around for WEEKS with no progress. They even told me it got a safety check, never been in an accident etc. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone and will never have good words about this place. Take your business elsewhere, as they clearly dont care about their customers or their safetyMight I add I only had this car for a month

*UPDATE* Well after several months of loving the vehicle i had to turn it back in. What was initially discussed as a payment on the vehicle doubled. That was just too much. I dont think that this was the fault of jack (the owner), and all money was returned, but still. Just too bad i guess. If the vehicle is there in a few months i should have the funds to just buy it and i will. But ultimatley, not buying the car in the end knocks a star off. I would still recommend them though. *UPDATE*These guys are great. I would recommend them to anyone. The staff are helpful and friendly without being pushy and the owner was honest and willing to work with me. The vehicle I bought from car werks is exactly what I thought I was buying, no hidden problems or unexpected issues. I plan on buying from them again in the future as my wife is looking for a new car. Honest, trustworthy and friendly. What more could you ask for?

They have cars that arent fixed and come with major problems.

NEVER EVER GO HERE!!! Bought a car about a year ago and have had nothing but problems with the car since day ONE! My car stopped running not even a week of having it, made them fix it when all they did was reset my check engine light and never fixed anything, had my car for over 2 weeks.

My family and I have bought two cars from car werks and they are easy to work with!! They know me by name and have great service I highly recommend them :) I have had my car for a little over a year and havent had a single problem with it and it is a 16 year old car

They dont even deserve one star they are a rip-off they ripped me and my husband off for over $13,000 Jack and 7 and Donnie are Crooks have a brand new born baby and have had our vehicle break down 3 times and they refuse to do anything the day that we bought our truck they said that a warranty wasnt available that day and now we have to suffer and pay the consequences for them being rip off and selling bad vehicles he buys them at auction and does nothing to fix them just throws them on the lot not knowing whats wrong with them for $13,000 and having a newborn baby you think that we would be able to get from point A to point B not if you go through these people what a joke go to Anywhere But Here to buy a vehicle

Car werks is a joke. We purchased a car from them a year ago. Have had nothing but problems with it since. The engine just took a dump on us. Yes their prices are cheap but they are cheap for a reason. I would never recommend anyone ever buying a car from this joke of a dealership.

We went to purchase the 2010 Chevy Colorado for our son’s 1st vehicle. My husband had been dealing with a dealer for a week and was assured the truck was in great condition.. as we had to travel to come and get it. The day we got there a gentleman had just arrived from washing it and handed my son the keys.. our dealer told us to pull it up to the gas station, which by the way is a block away, barely driving away from the lot the truck started knocking so hard! Our dealers comment to us was “ oh man I am not comfortable sending you home with this” Ya think?!The poor truck died out of the gas station...My point is.. is this dealership tried selling a 15 year boy a truck knowing that it’s engine was about to blow .. they should be ashamed of themselves:(

It’s been 5 month they still haven’t produced a title and won’t allow me to turn the vehicle in for a refund I highly recommend not doing business with theese people biggest headache and worst mistake I’d give zero stars if I could please save yourself the time and energy and go to a real dealership

*UPDATE* Initially, my husband and I were thrilled with our purchase from CarWerks. The Jeep was beautiful and ran well, all our questions were answered swiftly, and the staff was friendly and charming. Well, our check engine light kept coming back on. We kept returning it, and they insisted it was just O2 sensor errors, and repeatedly fixed the sensors. When we got it back from them the last time, check engine light stayed off and all was well.A few days ago, the Jeep broke down with a: blown headgasket, trashed waterpump, and damaged thermostat. The check engine light did not come on as warning.Found out today that the dealership disabled our check engine light so that it would quit coming on. It WASNT the O2 sensors triggering the light. It was a massive coolant leak thats been a consistent issue for us!My husband spoke with them, and told them we werent expecting them to replace the damaged parts; we bought a used vehicle, maintenance is a part of that. We had no problem replacing all the damaged parts ourselves...he DID ask them to replace the instrument cluster, because while in their possession, it had been intentionally damaged. The guy gave us the run around, and just offered to have it taken to his shop so the repairs could be done for cheaper. As if I would ever let them lay another finger on my vehicle!!!Dont be fooled by their superficial charm and faux customer service. These guys are as shady and skeevy as it gets!

These guys are worthless. bought a car in cash from them, and cant even drive it because I went to go license it and they had not sent it in yet. now at 75 days after buying it I still have not title and am looking into taking legal actions against this company.

Jack palmer is a crook. he turns miles back on vehicals and disables check engine lights. he sells cars on the verge of blowing up and ive seen it all first hand because i have worked for him. jack palmer is your typical hollywood car salesman never buy from car werks.

I can so totally agree with the people who had issues with this dealership, my mother just had her vehicle repossessed today, mothers day, and not only that she had just made the payment last week, I know she is another payment behind, and she wrote a note with the money order letting them know that shed get caught up the 1st part of June, as I am going back to work then, and will be able to help her more. She is elderly, and disabled. Had got caught up with them when she bought a 2000 Mitsubishi, which Jack reassured her there was a warrantee on the engine, and when she had to bring it back because the head gasket blew out last summer, they told her it was her fault and abused it! She very seldom drove it because it was burning oil as fast as u could put it in...my point is that they are scammers, and dont have anyone there that can keep their books right...they tried to claim that she only put $3000 down on the Mitsubishi, and made no other payments. With the one they just repossessed (Chevy Blazer)that they had added $2000 extra on it because of mistakes, and some other bogus crap they told her...so instead of talking, they can to our place, and as far as Im concerned stole it back, not to mention the personal belongings of ours that were in it...she said she will let them have it, rather then give them another $1..she is out so much money because of their worthless vehicles, and said she was also taking them to small claims court...wonder how many of those they have against them? On another note, my sons father has bought several cars from them, and the last one they bought, Jack finally came down on his price, and we all know that car dealers get their vehicles, mostly from auctions where they pay a fraction of the price that they charge..and they make us feel like we are doing something wrong? Oh and Jack, where is that Christianity you claimed to be so involved in? You just tell people what you think they wanna hear so as to get them to buy a piece of your over priced junk? Word to the wise, dont use the Lord to scam people, itll come back on you in the worse ways possible, I believe youll see that sooner then you expect, and am sorry for that...
