The pick up desk at MSO Missoula County International Airport was very busy. I wish I would have booked a car from a company with the ability to skip the counter. However, the associate handled everyone very efficiently and quickly. My review would have been 2/5 if it wasn’t for him - I didn’t catch his name but we were there around 4pm on Sept 11th, 2021.

I recently rented a pickup during my trip to Missoula. I received a 2020 F-150 Platinum, which was great. However, we discovered that the gas tank was less than half full. It also did not appear that the vehicle had been cleaned between customers (interior or exterior and certainly not to the level I am accustomed to with Enterprise). Especially with Covid still ongoing, I expected more on the interior cleaning front. Overall, great vehicle and poor vehicle servicing between renters.

I am always pleased to rent vehicles from Enterprise. Their prices are reasonable, even in recent post-pandemic times when car rental prices have escalated. Their service is first rate and the vehicles are always clean and fully operable. Im sticking with Enterprise for my car rental requirements.

--Because the manager worked to get us a good deal is the only reason they get a second star--We were informed 48 hours before our pick up time that the other enterprise location couldnt accommodate our arrival time (2 p.m.) and we would have to get our vehicle at the airport for 25% more then our original cost. After agreeing to these terms we arrived at Missoula to be informed that we would be charged 50% more then our original quote. Additionally we were told by the manager that we werent being appreciative and we should be happy about the 50% price increase. She then she told us we could go somewhere else or she could charge us full price if we wanted. After contacting enterprise at the help center they gave me a reference number and no one ever followed up. Save yourself time and energy, book with a company that will honor their prices and treat their customers with respect and understanding. Extremely disappointed with the local customer service and the corporate customer service center.

Excellent team of people. The counter wait was almost a half hour after I got off the plane. There was more people at the Enterprise counter in Missoula than the other 6 counters total. Once I got car everything was fine, clean and ready to go. Return took only one minutes.

I have had two good experiences with the Enterprise staff at MSO airport in the past two years. This past experience, since I did not receive the type of car I was hoping for since they were overbooked, they were kind enough to give me a discount on my rental. I had no issues with the car, and picking up and returning was a breeze. I was a little concerned that the staff were not wearing masks every time I walked up to the desk, but I kept my distance. All in all, I really like the service I received from this location and will book with them in the future.

I recently rented a car through Enterprise for a vacation out of state. I was very pleased with the quality of the vehicle, it was a 2020 Ford Ranger. The truck performed perfectly and was in excellent condition. The staff at the Enterprise location in the Missoula International Airport was very friendly and polite when I picked up the vehicle. I was very satisfied with not only the great service but also the price to rent the vehicleI received for the amount of days. It was well under cost compared to the several other car rental options. I would 100% recommend using Enterprise to rent a car!

When I arrived at the Missoula Airport, I had ordered an economy car. The Enterprise agent upgraded me to a 4WD vehicle since Montana was expecting weather and I am so glad that he did. I drove 650 miles through snow and ice and wet conditions, and I cannot imagine what that would have been like in a non-4WD car. I thought it was extremely thoughtful, and I made it through the week without any problems. Thank you!

I have been using Enterprise for years for my car rental needs. They are always friendly, kind, and efficient. I had to swap vehicles...no problem. I had to extend my time of rental and it only took a phone call. Enterprise will always be my go to for any car rental needs I may have in the future.

Easy airport pickup, clean car, friendly staff. Be aware when you drop off though, you just park in any open spot! Theres no return area. I circled forever before just giving up and doing just that, then the staff apologised for not being clear at checkout and said thats what to do, the MSO site just isnt big enough for a separate station ☺

Vehicle not ready on time. No spare tire when it was requested. We had a flat and terrible roadside service. It has been two weeks and still have not heard from customer service about the issues with the vehicle. Very disappointed as we usually use enterprise and rent fairly frequently from them.

We had difficulty getting our car in a timely fashion at the Missoula MT airport - Enterprise was understaffed and had difficulty cleaning cars during this Covid-19 crisis. But their service was nonetheless quite good. They delivered an upgrade vehicle (AWD SUV for those Montana roads) later that night to our apartment, and we got a substantial discount as well. I will continue to use Enterprise, as I consider it the best value in US car rentals.

Friendly and fast service both checking in and out. There wasnt any of the multiple attempts to up sell me on a different vehicle or services that I have experienced at other rental companies. Great vehicle and in the same class I had selected at the time of my reservation. I will definitely use Enterprise again!

Total fail. Called twice to confirm rental car, got confirmation. Wanted a nice car to drive to Bozeman. Car selection was poor but settled on a Cadillac. Got a quote and drove into town to pickup the car. Turns our they didnt have that car they said they had, plus they we had to pay an additional 75 dollar fee that wasnt included in the quote. Ended driving a Rav 4 to Bozeman for almost twice the money. Should have just driven my own car. UPDATE: after arriving in Bozeman and dropping the car off we decided to tell the Bozeman folks about our Missoula experience. They totally apologized for the experience and waived the extra fees and charges. Im adjusting my rating from one star to 3 stars which is a fair assessment of my two experiences.

Enterprise Missoula MT. A smaller facility, as you might expect, but still has the same ole high quality service that I have come to regard as the standard. The normal vehicle inspection is a self guided tour here as they did not have enough staff to provide that one on one experience but the cars were all in very good shape which made the check out and exit from the airport faster. Always recommend enterprise to whomever and to wherever I go. Only four stars to keep them hungry.

Had a very unpleasant experience here Tuesday night when we landed around midnight only to find out the branch had overbooked (something their management apparently does regularly) and they were completely sold out of cars. I had taken four planes from across the world to come here and bury my father the next morning, only to find out our reservation would not be honored. This occurred even though I had called to confirm availability and made a reservation 10 hours in advance. Nobody bothered to even try and call/email to let us know there would be no car available. You should be ashamed of yourselves and the horrible way you conduct business. I would not book here again, especially if you are depending on actually having a vehicle available for you.

I found Enterprise to be trustworthy and easy to work with. I chose to work with Enterprise after a previous terrible experience with one of their competitors, Advantage. Unlike the customer service folks at Advantage, the people I worked with at Enterprise were straightforward and honest. After I returned the vehicle, I was happy to see Id been invoiced for the expected amount without any extra fees or charges. I plan to stick with Enterprise for all my future rentals whenever possible.

We had to switch cars here while on a road trip and had a horrible experience. I left keys for our house in the car and when they cleaned out the car they just put them in generic lost and found and made no attempt to contact me. Then when I called looking for them they failed to send them to me in a timely manner and it took several calls and days before we got them back. I know I was at fault for forgetting them, but I expect a car rental agency to have a plan in place for lost items with as much significance as keys. Someone should assume the last renters are going to need those back!

WHEN WE RENTED OUR CAR, WE WERE NOT MADE AWARE THAT THE DROP OFF WAS OFF-SITE NOR WERE WE MADE AWARE THAT IT WOULD BE CLOSED AT OUR DROP OFF TIME. WE CALLED AND THEY DIRECTED US TO OFF SITE AND GAVE US A NUMBER FOR A SHUTTLE SERVICE THAT WAS CLOSED. FORTUNATELY, THERE WAS A SIGN ON THE WINDOW THAT INDICATED WE COULD DROP THE CAR AT THE AIRPORT IN A DESIGNATED SPACE AND DROP THE KEYS INTO A BOX AT THE AIRPORT. UNFORTUNATELY THE LACK OF INFORMATION TOGETHER WITH THE MISINFORMATION OVER THE PHONE COST US ABOUT AN ADDITIONAL HOUR OF DRIVE TIME. IT IS DISAPPOINTING WHEN THE CALL CENTER DOES NOT KNOW THE INTRICACIES OF THE AIRPORTS THEY SERVICE. I DONT BELIEVE THAT I WOULD USE ENTERPRISE AGAIN.

As we landed at Missoula airport I received an email telling me that my rental may not be available. Mind you that this was a 2 hour flight and received the email during the flight not days in advance. Upon landing I made my way straight to the Enterprise desk to find out that my fears were true and they did not have a car for me. I asked why and the attendant gave me a multiple choice of reasons from hail damage to deer damage to people just arent returning cars. I asked if any of the other nearby branches had vehicles and he said I dont know but you can call them if you want. He said he would probably have cars in the morning and told me to leave my number that he would call me but I never got a call.Lucky for me a couple, we were sharing a cottage with in Whitefish, had rented from another rental agency and upgraded to have room for my girlfriend and I.As we left the airport we drove by the off site Enterprise and the lot was full of cars. This made me furious along with the fact I never received any attempt from the Enterprise attendant for help.Upon returning from my trip I contacted Enterprise customer service via email but never received a response. I guess when your as big as they are you can dust off the average joe.

A pretty good experience with Enterprise until the end. I left my wallet in the minivan wed been using for 5 days and was unable to reach the desk using the number given here on Google. It appears calling that number has no option to talk to a human at all. So I returned to MSO. I located the van in the parking lot, went to the Enterprise desk and was given the keys to go out and look inside. My wallet was gone. I know exactly where Id left it. The man at the counter asked the young guys whod cleaned the vehicle if theyd found anything, and they said they hadnt. I called the cops at the airport and was given the impression that this kind of theft is common. Obviously this is my fault, though one would hope employees value their jobs enough not to steal. Be aware that if you rent from Enterprise and leave something in the vehicle, you wont get it back.

We rented a pickup truck in Montana and had two flat tires over the course of the eight day rental (at different times). Initial customer service was poor, with one of the roadside assistance reps accusing us of lying when we told her that we had not hit anything (the AAA service person confirmed there was no nail or object in the tire - they were massively overinflated). Another rep was entirely unconcerned that the second flat tire nearly made us miss our flight home. However, the local manager in Missoula made a significant effort to reach out to us and to make it right, thus the 4 stars. I hope Enterprise will use this review to help improve its frontline customer service, but am glad that the actual location managers still care about customer service and have the ability to make things right.

We arrived late on Moussla after a 6 hour weather delay in Denver. The full size 4wd truck we had reserved was not available do to a recall notice. The agent worked with us to reserve one that was coming in at 4AM and passed that information on to the next shift.It was ready for us a half hour before official opening time. Trying to confirmed a reservation and the direct number give takes us to locations everywhere but where our reservation is. But thats not the beginning. We got a rental through our insurance company and the car they rented us has expired tags on the plate. Trying to get it fixed, they are giving us the run around, after finally getting a trade for a different vehicle, I get the run around again. So frustrating 😠.

We had reserved a car several weeks in advance. When we arrived they did not immediately have a car for us. We were offered an SUV but turned it down. We wanted an automobile. We then spent the next hour waiting on the guys behind the counter to first eat lunch, then figure out that nobody was getting the car. They then scrambled to find the car and clean it up. Over an hour later we had our car. Cant say I would recommend Enterprise.

Great location at the terminal with a full range of vehicles. I would give this 4-1/2 stars if it was possible. Staff was friendly and helpful on both ends of our trip. Better directions could be provided for drop-off as it was a little confusing when returning to the airport. Also, our vehicle was not really thoroughly cleaned especially on the interior, and exterior was a little beat up as well.

Had a great experience with the Enterprise at the Missoula Airport. Very fast and friendly customer service. Getting the car (and dropping off) were very easy and they seemed genuinely interested in me as a customer.My only feedback is, I had never used a keyless car before and had a momentary issue of starting the car. I had pressed the button, which turned on the car - as I needed to navigate to my hotel, but I was unaware I needed to put my foot on the brake to actually start it. Rather than get out of the car and walk all the way back through the airport I decided to call them...you cant just call the desk and ask them a question, you have to go through a lengthy voice automated system, pressing several buttons before that happens. Because that took so long I was able to figure out how to the start the car on my own.It was definitely a good Enterprise and I know Ill use them again.

What a joke! They gave away my reservation after my airline was delayed for my weeks stay in Montana and refused to work with me to find additional accommodations. After calling corporate Enterprise we learn that they are supposed to hold reservations for 12 hours and apparently this office doesnt feel like they need to play by the rules. Very difficult to work with so far! Highly advise not to use this branch if you want to use the car you reserved!

Terrible customer service with Enterprise! So many problems were made on a one day rental that its now nearly four weeks after the rental that I was able to prove that the car was returned on time to the location promised. Weeks of dealing with this asking for various managers to contact me while my bill reached over $3000 and at every turn I was being lied to about the security footage not showing the car or even a car of the same model being returned that day. We told them that we took a picture of the dash upon drop off to prove we filled the tank, this was at 4:19pm. All they had to do was give some effort to review the footage around that time period. The regional manager got involved after getting nowhere with the branch finally yesterday and suddenly they found the car that same day the regional manager reviewed the footage of the car being returned. Want to know what time it was returned? 4:15pm. Weeks passed as I waited for them to review that footage while my bill increased by the day. I honestly believe they never tried. Want to know the excuse for why they didnt recognize the car this whole time? The invoice said it was grey but it was actually silver! So I get an email of the additional charges being dropped today, ok. Still no phone call with apology from that regional manager who found the car? Instead I just get the bill of $200 for the day rental via email. Really Enterprise?! If I was that manager and saw that the customer was telling the truth this whole time and cared about the trouble they went through even in the smallest amount I would have immediately personally called them to apologize reassure them this will be rectified. Your sinking so low right now that you still charge me $200 for this headache and my time lost at work fighting everyday for weeks?! Still No apology. Still waiting to see how the Enterprise Corporate office is going to rectify this situation. They have been involved for the last week, still nothing. You think they would want to make this right and regain my trust in their company. You think they would want to learn more about what went wrong to prevent this from happening to future customers. Not once has a manager called me, I have had to get on the phone everyday multiple times, talk to two branches and the Corporate office wasting my time getting no where. Every time I asked for managers to call me. Still as of today not once has anyone from this entire company reached out to me. Not once! Enterprise there is not one thing you can type in response to my post that will make this better. You have let this fester too long. Pick up the damn phone. When I did get the local branch manager I was told his employees never passed my number to him every time I called to speak to him. He never once tried calling the 2! phone numbers on the contract. What a pathetic excuse. When I asked if he cared to find this car his response was Its not my money. Well buddy it is your money now because Ill be shocked if you still have a job after this. The branch renting the car out forgot to include the state which the license plate was from on the invoice and repeatedly I was asked for it. You think if that was so important it would be on the invoice?! I was told these security cameras were put in place just weeks before I rented the car. Id be looking at a stolen car report and insurance claim right now without those cameras and probably a law suit because Enterprise does not care! When I talked to Corporate today the license number I read to them from the invoice didnt match what their files had. They still dont know the exact car they rented to me and without that footage they would have never known they gave us the wrong car. We would be being accused of stealing a car we never even touched! Imagine if this happened to you from a one day rental?If you rent a car from this company be prepared to cover your ass. Take pictures of the plate, VIN, outside of the car... do whatever you can to protect yourself because THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER!

The rental process is pretty much the same with all services. All are courteous and friendly. Cars are well maintained. My issue is with how they handled returning my cell phone. On Monday morning in the dark I used my phone to navigate to the rental return at the airport. It slipped onto the seat when I got out, locked the car, and deposited the keys in the drop box. After I got inside, I realized my phone was still in the car and contacted airport police, who took down the information for the agent to arrive. I left my email, my home phone and cell of my travel companion. At my first connection, I called and spoke to a young woman who had just arrived and was on her first day at the job. She said that she would check it out and call me. No call. My son called the phone and the man who answered said that he had my phone and would send it me when he had some free time. Tuesday I called and talked to Alex. He said they had been very busy and if he had time that evening he would send it out. I offered to pay for Fedex and he said he would check with his supervisor--that they usually send UPS Ground. I knew that could take a long time and again offered to pay for overnight. No call. When I called again, I spoke to Josiah, who was the supervisor. No one to whom I spoke was already aware of this situation. I decided to set up my own Fedex account and have it picked up and confirmed with Josiah that it was still in their possession. After several attempts to call back to get their email address to send the Fedex pickup, I called the Enterprise home office and Keith said he would email them to call me. I still had to call them back, and now Josiah was really helpful and packaged the phone for pickup. Fedex delivered it this morning--Thursday. I understand it is my responsibility to manage my belongings, but these things happen. If it had been anything less important, I can understand their lack of urgency. It would be nice if at the outset you were given the option to handle your own expedited delivery and advised of their policy on returning items. Had that been the case, Id have had it on Tuesday and not been subjected to the frustration. Anybody can rent out a car, its the customer service that is the value added to attract business. NO ONE at Enterprise ever contacted me to let me know the status. Disappointed.

Worst experience ever. I hit a deer and needed a one-way rental to complete my roadtrip. I reserved online, and the vehicle wasnt made available to me. Despite me offering to do more than is reasonable (including a several thousand dollar deposit), having a clean driving record, they refused to rent me a vehicle because I only had a debit card on me, not a credit card (and Bank of America didnt have a branch anywhere in the state to issue one). Even calling corporate and having a 15 minute conversation in which I had their representative laughing about Enterprises unwillingness to work with me, I wasnt able to get a hold of anyone willing to make an exception to their policy. They wouldnt accept someone at another Enterprise branch paying for the vehicle, etc.Enterprise needs to either honor the deals they post online or not offer them. And they were unwilling to refund what Id already paid for extra insurance on a car they wouldnt rent me.Do yourself a favor- avoid them at all costs. It would be physically impossible to provide worse service, and to give less of a care about the difficulty they have created, so please use someone else.

I have had excellent customer service at the Missoula counter for the past 6 months and I rent there once a month. This last trip was very dissapointing. My flight out of Seattle was delayed and we did not get into the airport until 1am. As I approached the Enterprize counter there was a sign that they wound return at 7:30 am. No explanation or solutions offered for customers like myself that had a car reserved with them. National was open and rented me a car at the same price. I returned the next day to swap cars and expressed my frustration to the agent. There was no applology, he only stated that the computers shut off at midnight and if no computer then no cars.There was nothing on how can we make things better or What could we do in the future. When asked how to deal with this in the future he stated to use another company. I then asked for a car with remote start option as my only request. He gave me a car that had a standard key that you put into the ignition. Hard to do a remote start when you need to put the key in!

Lost a BOSE headphone here. And never get it back. The custom service only tell me they would follow this case and never give me feed back. It has been 4 months now.OK.Updates for this comments! After 4 months, somebody contacted me after I sent the last email to them. I got my headphone now.Thanks!

Terrible service. Gave away my RESERVED rental car after my flight was delayed. Corporate Enterprise was no help in pushing this office along. This branch is poorly managed and I would highly advise the alternatives at this airport. Customer service is not a priority for this branch.
