I decided it was time to bring the ol mustang in to get an interior detail as it had been a few years since it last had a good cleaning. Ive done detail work before and know pretty well what to expect at this point when I take the car in. Shine Auto however, BLEW my expectations out of the water. Firstly they have a super convenient online scheduling platform that gives you a time and date for your vehicle after a few clicks of a button, and primarily their work and attention to detail is OUTSTANDING. Ive never seen my car look this clean before even after other detail jobs. These guys go above and beyond. Griffin and his crew are truly the best of the best in Missoula for getting your car looking shiny new again. Griffin even worked with me when I accidentally realized I needed to get my car back sooner than expected, and the whole experience was just absolutely professional and speedy; beyond all expectations by MILES. As some of the other reviewers noted here, I almost felt bad walking away for only $200 and a thank you. You guys do such a great job and it absolutely shows. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I had some stains in my seats I was hoping would have come out, and there were crumbs in the cracks of the seats when I got it back. If it was a budget detail I would be happy but for the price I hoped to be able to get those stains out. They offered to come try to get the stains out again, but I’ll work on them at home. Professional crew but probably will use someone else next time.

I had a very bad odor in my car after a friend used it and could not find it or remove it. Shine to the rescue! They were very professional and very safe with the current pandemic. My business vehicle recently needed some very quick attention, as two of the back seats, and part of the floor had a beverage spilled on them. This is a commercial passenger van for local and visiting touring travelers, so cleanliness is a priority for me! Sid, the NEW owner of Shine, was available immediately for me to bring the van over to the shop and he promptly began to work on removing the spilled beverage from two of the back seats and floor. Entire process of scheduling, drop off and pick up was very convenient. My car is incredibly clean.

I think I would have rated them higher if my expectations were lower but when you pay that much for a detail you shouldn’t find things they missed on the interior of your car. Several places just weren’t cleaned or treated. The back of the seats were still dirty and spots on the seats were also. I was hoping for a more detailed detail job.

These guys were fantastic from start to finish with detailing my car. This is the first place I’ve ever had my car detailed since I purchased it two years ago— so it was in need of a deep clean. They offered friendly, genuine service. All the guys introduced themselves to me when I dropped my car off. We went through any areas of my car that were particularly dirty: heavy stains, etc. They confirmed what they were doing, and costs up front. They offered to even give me a ride to and from their office while my car was being worked on— I guess chivalry isn’t dead! I was especially happy that they seemed to remove every last dog hair that was stuck in every corner of the car. Being a small business owner myself, I am all about supporting other small local businesses, and noticing the little touches of class that make a huge difference to the customer. To say the least, I was thoroughly impressed with their service, and kind, caring manner. These guys are fantastic. The car looks shiny like new. Actually another company had quoted over $1000 to fix the scratches that were on one side of my car. But Shine Auto Detailing was able to buff them out for just $100 on top of the normal detailing. Its sparkling clean inside and out. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I needed to sell my pickup truck and was on a bit of a timeline. When I called in for an appointment I was told they were about 2-3 weeks out (like every other detailing place in Missoula). I was disappointed but not upset... Sid called me back within an hour and had found someone to come in for overtime over the weekend to fit me in. I was able to leave it over the weekend and pick it up Monday morning sparkling clean.Not even kidding - I only needed to show my truck to ONE PERSON before I sold it for my asking price. They just kept repeating over and over how clean it was.My only complaint was that by Monday morning the carpets still werent dry. It was kind of cool outside and I get that its hard to get that to dry out... but for a little while the inside just smelled like a wet, but clean, dog.Thanks Sid. You guys were worth every penny!!!
