Spectacular job! My car hasnt been detailed since 2006 when I first got it. It looks better then when I first got it. Thank you! They will Drop you off and pick you up,and a complimentary car wash. To the people saying over priced... I have had multiple kids and teens in my car who do not pick up after them selves. I found milk duds melted rock hard on the carpet smashed between the front passenger seat. I had sticky goop on my back seat. When I looked around after I got it back from being detailed it was perfectly cleaned I couldnt find a sign of anything resembling the crud that was previously there. The carpet looked brand new. that for me would of taken forever to get up, would of taken me days! They deserve every penny. Its a good deal.

I was super happy with their full detail - Ive had my car detailed before but this one topped them all! The inside of my car (which was trashed and full of dog hair) was and is impeccable. They gave me a ride to work and dropped off my car. I would highly recommend their work.

Decided to give this place a try since it is close to my house. Had the exterior detail done and was very disappointed. After I got my car home I noticed wax residue all over different spots of my car. I had to get a rag and re-wipe down my car. They also got wax all over my trim. I couldnt get it off. Still to this day there is white residue all over my black trim. And to make matters worse I was quoted one price and when I went in to pick up my car was charged $20 more. When I asked why she said that I was quoted old pricing. Do not recommend this place. Find someone else to detail your car.

Generally a good job detailing my 2007 Honda Civic. Exterior and interior both looked good at first glance. Minor gripes - The wheels were not completely clean (corrected while I waited), some wax haze left under the bug guard (easy to wipe off) and completely missed the spare tire compartment - full of Cheerios! Just need to add a QC step to catch these little things.

Called and was given an appointment the next day. My 2007 Accent was done by 5pm and looks almost NEW. They even got the 10 year old coke splatters off the roof upholstery from a mishap in Las Vegas that I couldnt get out! These guys did an amazing job - I will definitely use them again! Best recommendation Ive given all year.

RUN, RUN AWAY, I had this shop Detail my pickup and they didnt buff the roof, they didnt even wax it after half heartedly buffing it, they did nothing to the wheels, but did put shiny stuff on the tires, they didnt clean the rear window or clean behind the rear seat and so much more. When I contacted them the informed me that they did The best they could do on a 25 year old vehicle I will NEVER use them again and I would suggest you spend your hard earned money anywhere else!! The only reason I gave them 1 star is so I could review them!

After a great experience 4 months ago I went back and found the company has gone down hill very badly. My first review I gave them a 5 stars but must change it now.I brought my truck back in as well as my 28 RV and found their customer service deteriorated. No more feeling like I was valued. On top of that the actual service left little to be desired.- Mirrors were not cleaned- Windows were not cleaned- Headlights & Grill were not cleaned at all (they said my grill guard prevented that which make no sense)- My chrome nerf bars now have curricular buffer patterns all over themThe interior does looks great and the RV ended 7/10 but here is the worst part:They lost my RV hitch lock and after contacting them twice and was told theyd call back I have not received a call in nearly 2 weeks. Now, not only am I out the $500 on a substandard job, I get to buy a new lock which doesnt cost much but why should I pay for their mistake on top of everything else?Unfortunately I will be filing a BBB claim next week to get the lock issue remedied which I think is terrible. Especially considering how awesome they were 4 months ago.I was told by an employee that they are very busy with dealerships but why should the normal citizen in Missoula have to suffer because of that?I will never go there again.

I paid a lot of money for a complete cleaning job. They did not clean the upholstery, merely vacuumed. I have cleaned my car better than they did and in less time. They did not get all the wax off the exterior and they did not buff out areas that needed it. I will never go back to this place, they are overpriced and unprofessional. One of the employees actually admitted he rushed my car through and was in the process of rushing through several other customers cars. DO NOT GO THERE.

Just had my truck detailed there yesterday. At first sight the exterior and interior looked spotless as i had hoped they would. After lifting up the back fold away bench seats, i noticed that they completely missed all the dog hair on the underside of the seats. Then upon starting the truck up, something with the electrical went haywire and i couldnt get my horn to stop going off. after finally shutting it off, my blinkers would not work. Today i took the truck into Karl Tyler Chevrolet to have my electrical looked at. They found that one of the fuse boxes was completely wet with moisture and that was what caused the fuse to short out. After calling Dealers Choice they denied it was something that they would have done, of course. Thank God for quality customer service like Karl Tyler as they didnt charge me for the work.

Very disappointing! Did not clean front bumper, bed, and rear window. Interior trim left off. Complained and heard excuses. Will never go back and making sure everyone I know hears about it. I got this as a gift for son. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I had a great experience with them: car was clean on time, at a reasonable price. People were friendly. Recommended.

I dont have an accout here and ive never even been here before but have gotten 2 calls from them today that are prerecorded I tried speeking to a women from them not even 5 min ago to tell her this and all she did was hang up on me. I would stay away from them personally!!

My car was cleaned well by Dealers Choice Detail, But upon inspecting it i noticed that there was a huge crack in the plastic structure plate of my center consul. I brought it back to dealers choice and they too agreed that it wasnt there before the detailing and kindly ordered and replaced the broken part.
