Car wouldnt start so I had it towed here for a professional diagnosis. It was there 3 weeks, and got looked at one time. They never found the problem and gave me my keys and said Take it somewhere else. Im writing this to let everyone else know to Take their cars somewhere else as well.
Booked appointment online several weeks before. As I live out of town, I made the plans well in advance and drove all the way to Missoula to be told they couldn’t do anything cause their online system isn’t synced to their service. Don’t have an online booking platform if you aren’t going to honor it.
Bought a used Nissan from dealership. Received first few oil changes and tire rotations with purchase. So....so far oil changes and the tire rotation have been free. But...easy to make appointments, and taken right in when appointment made. Had to change one appointment just prior to arrival due to work conflict. No problem and was in the next day. Right next to mall so easy to kill an hour while waiting
Outstanding service department! They went out of their way to work with me to schedule my service appointment (which involved cancellations and rescheduling more than once ). They [which included Raquel, Cynthia, Amy and Andy] were always courteous, understanding, and helpful. I was greeted immediately, intake was prompt, and when it became evident that the problems with the car (which was under warranty) would not be able to be completed that day, I was provided a rental car (no charge). In addition, they returned my car to my home and picked up the rental when all the issues were resolved. I was very impressed with their professionalism and their efforts to insure the least amount of disruption to me and my life. Best service department experience I have ever had. Thank you all at Missoula Nissan!
