Very helpful and kind. My car was stolen and found a week later, whoever took it had been living it it and left it very dirty and gross. These guys didnt bat an eye at the state of the interior and gave me a very fair price to restore it to its former glory. Happy to find good people to help me get my car cleaned up!

AMAZING JOB! My car was basically the fur mobile when I dropped it off at Grizzly Detail. When I 1st peeked in my car, my jaw dropped! The interior was so clean it felt like I just bought the car! They even cleaned my headlights (cheapest price in town). They had really great rates. The customer service was extraordinary! They are indeed really good people! I look forward to using them again in the future!

Not happy with my experience at all. I was given $100 gift card here and at first I thought everything was good but when I picked up my vehicle all they had accomplished was shampooing my seats. They had my vehicle for 8 hrs and didnt wash the outside or clean my engine. I was told the seats were so dirty they had to repeatedly wash them. What I dont get is how you cant close my doors and have someone shampoo while you wash the outside of my car. I was asked to drop it off the night before so he could clean my door jams, he never said it had to be before the shop closed he made it sound like he would do it first thing in the morning. He said the wash out door jams with a power washer...why not just wipe them down while the other person shampoos. How do you not have multiple systems to were you can have one person shampoo while the other person cleans. I would have had no complaints with just getting my seats shampooed but when I picked up my car he charged me an additional $50 because of all the time spent on my seats...What the hell!!! You charge a customer more money but dont accomplish everything that would normally come with a regular detail. What a rip off! The guy was pretty nice but did not look or act professional and to charge me more money for just having to shampoo my seats is ridiculous. No hard labor goes into shampooing seats, all the labor intensive work involves cleaning the rest of the car. I got taken for my money and would never recommend this business to anyone. Dealers Choice Detail is a way better option, had I not been given the gift card I would have for sure chose Dealerss Choice over Grizzly Detail...

Life Happens, But finding good people to work with you when life happens is hard to come by.Grizzly Detail has gone above and beyond the call of duty for a retail establishment. They turned what has been an awful situation around, and spent countless hours fixing a problem that I couldnt do on my own.The story goes like this. It was a nice spring day, I wanted to load up a 4 wheeler and move it from Frenchtown to Missoula. I called Pastor Paul Hunt of the Outdoorsmen church located by Franklin Park at Schilling and 10th.(Side Note) *** Free Food & Awesome Service Every Thursday at 5:45 ***Well he took me up there, and I was given a ramp from a random gal to load it. The ramp was too short, and I almost flipped the quad backwards before revving it high, and slamming into the rear window of Pastor Pauls truck.I was devasted. There was no way I could afford this right now, being I am disabled and cant work, and my wife supports our household with her income as a CNA. I make some money buying and selling random things here and there, but this was bound to be a big hit.Pastor Paul looked at me and smiled, and said Free Air ConditioningI knew I had to make this right for him, and worked really hard to figure it out, I got the new window for $150.00 which was less than half of having some of the major Glass replacement places, and than I was going to just figure out how to put it in with him.After many youtube videos, I realized this is beyond me, so I called around, and after a quick trip to Orioles for parts to replace it, we were recommended over to Grizzly Detail service, who said they could do it for $50.00 if we got the back seat out.We got the back seat out, and got it over to them first thing this morning.I called mid day to ask how the job was going, and they said it was harder than expected, but not to worry that they will still work with us on price, and get it done for Pastor Paul.The integrity of a man who does work beyond what the compensation is, is rare and valued substantially.I told them I would leave them this Google review, explaining how wonderful of a company and how good a men they are in this place. If you want quality, Montana Men to work on your vehicle, Grizzly detail is just that. Waited for over 10 minutes at the counter, shop employees were looking at us but nobody would come talk to us. Very unhappy with the customer service and just left. Wont ever get my business or business from anybody I know.

I spoke with him on the phone and thought he was very rude.
