I think the service at Lithia Toyota is excellent. They explain to the customer what service they need and perform it efficiently. They are very knowledgeable. I trust them.

Very nice service department. Everyone I met with were very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I recommend highly. I would give then 5 stars, but I never give out perfect scores.

The service is great fast and theyll ship it to your home . Spendy 130 small sensor but have to wait for the rest of my veiw for shipping put the star in the middle.

I felt I had a reasonably good experience purchasing a new Tundra in June 2020. I changed my mind when I went to register the truck at the county treasurer’s office. The dealership had improperly filled out the paperwork and I was unable to register the vehicle in the state of Montana. No one, from sales to general manager would help me, even when my temporary registration expired due to their incompetence. This is my third Toyota truck purchased in Montana and the last one ever purchased from a dealership with no integrity, Toyota of Missoula.

Been using Lithia service for my 07 highlander since 2013. Im mixed on them lately. I think they do a good job and price is comparable to other Toyo shop in town. However, they tend to not pick up the phone. And things always seem to take longer than expected. Frustration may not be worth it if you can find another shop.

I bought a 2015 SUV from lithia. After 3 weeks of driving it, haven’t registered it nor made a payment. I started having issues with hard shifting. Turns out I have to get a whole new transmission. Lithia told me they wouldn’t do anything about it because they had already fixed my sunroof.

Came in for service, they had me in and out and on the road in under an hour!!! Thank you all. And stay safe!!!

I got my car serviced as a walk-in. I was told it would take two hours but I was out of there in one hour!! Thank you for getting me right in!!

I like shopping for Electronics there, got my S10e Samsung phone there & I love it.

The shop is decent, but definitely over priced. I suggest this be a last stop, emergency kind of place.

We stopped b/c we had a low tire pressure warning while on vacation. The service department pulled our car in right away, checked the tore pressure and filled them for us.

Oil change in under 30 minutes, with 10 of it being paperwork before and after.

They spent two hours on short notice on a busy Saturday helping me find out I had filled my truck with bad gas before going on a camping trip, kept me updated the whole time while I waited in the lobby with all of my things, and didnt charge me a dime. They even gave me an additive to put in my fuel tank for free. 10/10, will be going back.
