1. Entering the dealership it was well laid out and quite nice. It had good waiting areas and a nice selection in the lot, though I feel like the quality caters to those who buy new, not used.2. The purchase experience was solid, and I was accommodated the best that they could manage given that I myself have limited credit options.3. The car I got no longer had AC after the second day, and though I scheduled the appointment during the warranty, the date of the appointment was after the warranty, so I no longer will have AC until I can fix it myself.4. The issue highlighted in 3 prevented me from doing my second job with any degree of comfort, so upcoming it will be more difficult to make ends meet on things, but we will be trying.Would definitely reccomend if you are buying new.

ZERO STARS!!! No mechanics in this place only parts changers! Zero ability to troubleshoot problems! When I complained about the terrible service their solution was to tell me to find another dealership! I have been dealing with them for several years, rarely do I have a good experience even buying a brand new truck through them was terrible, I had to sign the paperwork 3 different times because they couldnt even get that right the first time! I highly recommend you make the drive to the Hamilton or Ronan Ford dealership!

Good people but still a lithia dealership

Bought my new car here at Lithia I have free synthetic oil changes, tire rotations and 10 pt inspections done every three months. Love this place. Ive bought 2 vehicles from them and their all very pleasant to work with. My salesman was Joe LeCoure, if you want a good deal see him or anyone available to help you find what your looking for a maybe something your not! 😄 great car, suv selection. New tires, oil change. Checked coolest. Did not replace radiator cap fully. Lost 1 gallon coolest before I found problem and tightened the cap.

Much like some of the dealerships dont. Cough deals Cough kia. So I give these guys 5 stars. No hidden clauses in the contract. Best car shopping experience ever.

Its always amateur hour at this joint, they have now pooched 2 brake jobs so badly for me that I actually feel embarrassed FOR them. Theyre probably fine for routine maintenance and repairs but for anything technical you should save yourself a lot of time and money and stick to a specialist.
