We brought our Ram Promaster van in after it was seen by 2 other dealerships and 2 private mechanics. Not one of them could even find the issue that was keeping our van off of the road. We are SO thankful we found Chad at Lithia Dodge who kept our van in their shop until they found the source of the electrical issues. They fixed it when no one else could.They were very communicative and orient with us which we really appreciate. Wish we could give 10 stars!Now, we can continue on our once in a lifetime trip traveling full time around the USA. THANK YOU!!!

I deleted my last review because Lithia Jeep stepped up big time to keep my business.I have a 2018 Jeep Compass Latitude that had a recall. I needed the ECM flashed and made an appointment online. Turns out, my husband was in Missoula with my car a few hours before for his own stuff. He took it there for me and asked if they could get it done a bit early so I wouldn’t have to come back later (we live in Florence). They absolutely did and my car runs even better than before. He stated that the service person, a young lady, was exceptional. My last review was somewhat negative but Ashley from service called me and clarified everything. Lithia obviously cares about their customer service. Thank you all for hearing your customers and doing right by them. My car has an active PowerTrain so it’s nice that I can feel good about when she needs to be seen. Lithia Ford is also exemplary. Great work.
Nice customer service, but I had to make a trip in for an appointment that I couldnt get anything done as no one informed me the parts werent in to do it.

Always taken great care of me between buying a vehicle and the service department. Very much appreciate the well staffed service department that gets me in and out quickly! Would buy another vehicle here.
Fast and quality service, but they try to add other things onto your service constantly.
I went in to get a front hub changed, when I picked it up, less than a quarter mile down the road, my brake caliper came off because they hadnt tightened the bolts. when I picked up the pieces on the way back and went back, they kept it for a couple hours to put in 2 bolts, then gave me a lame 50 dollars off service and then kept hounding me to give them good reviews online. their technician put my life at risk and a 50 dollar card didnt even come close to making me happy or feel like they should ever touch my vehicle again.
