Good place to go for getting feet done as a man. Comfy seats massage chair as well. It would be a tad bit better if the waiting area was bigger. It gets crowded. Also have some wine on hand for top pay customers

Tuesday, April 9, 2019 was my second time visiting this shop. The first visit was about 1 week prior, at the initial visit I got a full set pink gel, which started lifting and chipping just 1 week later. On my second visit I mentioned and showed the areas that were terrible to the technician and all she did was say okay. She proceed to give me the fill I requested and it was not done properly, you can still see the areas that are cracked, the area of the previous gel, nails lifting at the side, etc. I went back yesterday Wednesday and spoke to Amy (manager or owner I suppose) I showed her everything and explained that this is not okay her response was that my nails look just fine in her opinion and she cant fix anything and that I need to come back in a week and pay half price for it to be fixed. I feel like that is completely unfair for her response and solution to the problem of my nails not being done properly from the initial visit when I received a full set. I will not return, customer service is not good at all, with the exception of the technicians lilly and tou (I believe thats his name) they serviced my cousin and her nails are still in great condition and no fill needed 2 weeks later. I love the work done to my nails and feet but the nail tech Thu thats his name can be very very ruff! I had to keep redirecting him not to be so ruff and let him know that hes hurting me with the tools by getting too close to my skin. When I got home after visiting their shop, I noticed my skin around two of my nails were bleeding slightly and sore. So if you do decide to visit King Nails, Please request Lulu or Leelee I believe thats her name . I used her before but she had an appointment that day. I love how patient, kind and does great work so I will make sure to schedule an appointment with her for now on.

Ask for Lele! She is the best. She takes her time and her attention to detail will leave you loving your nails.

Steven did a phenomenal job on my nails and feet. I accidentally came in here because I was looking for another business whose name I didnt know. I was told the shop is on 199th and 47th. Steven did my dip and pedi instead, and I can honestly say both are the best I have ever gotten. Do hesitate, come!

Lily is one of the best nail techs at Kings, she also specializes in ingrown nails. Im never disappointed getting any of the services she provides. Great customer service 👍🏽

I have been going to King nails for 3 years. I love Lily...nice and listens to what you want. I wish they did more designs but Lily tries to do what I ask and Im pleased. Eyebrows, I love Amy but shes fickle sometimes. All in all pretty good experience

I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE!!! If I could give zero stars that is exactly what they would receive!!! Very unprofessional they do not listen you can not tell then what you want as a paying customer!!! They get upset if tell them if it’s not even or to thin!!! They are just horrible! I did not like the shape of my nails before he applied the acrylic and told the man right away he is trying to tell me that it will get thicker nooooo it won’t you did not file or anything yet! I told him that I don’t like thin nails before he even did anything! He got an attitude so I said take the tips off!! He got upset and did not clean off my nails at all and Jut very rude!!

Lina, Lily and Steve are the best PERIOD! Steve only do manicures but Lily and Lina do manicures and pedicures and theyre really good. They pay attention to details and are very patient I LOVE THEM 😍😍😍😍😍😍

This was my third time there? This time the nail technician was friendly, but slightly inexperienced. I would say she did her best. The eyebrow technician really sucked. This is the worst Ive ever seen. Ill be going back to the old place thats crowded and wait.

This place customer service is horrible. They had this lady to do my toes and I swear for gel polish my 14yr old daughter would have done it much better. Not me nope not again!!!

Waited 2 hours just for fill in. It was Saturday so I expected the wait. However I ended up being the last customer and she rushed so fast I had to keep asking are u gonna do this or that! The polishing was so bad I think my 9 year old niece could do a better job blindfolded!!! Unfortunately I am going back and demanding someone to at least clean up the polish, but I won’t be back again!!!

Talk about butchering my nails! I asked for a simple gel overlay on my natural nails and ended up with acrylics and a cut finger from over filing! And i didn’t learn and went back to try and get a refill with another tech... my nails ended up so thick that i couldn’t even scratch my arms...i won’t be making that mistake again

The older bald headed oriental male (name:Toy) who sits next to the huge fish tank work instruments are extremely filthy. He keeps the tools in a light blue plastic sterile like bag to fool customers but if you look closely the tools are rusty, dull with caked on gunk on them. I flipped the bag over and it had like spaghetti on it (clearly an old nail tool bag). I noticed this when I was soaking my nails off and looking around. I immediately discussed this issue with the Tech and he brushed me off as if I was speaking jibberish or something. He knew exactly what I was saying. I politely got up with dripping acetone on my nails and left. I didnt feel like catching HIV on this day(sorry not sorry). The next day I advised the owners wife (Amy). She passively said that she was going to have a conversation with him but she never did in my presence. Any way Im not new here. I usually let Micheal work on my nails but his attitude has gotten so horrible if you attempt to correct/suggest certain things about his work so I stop allowing him to do my nails. The other females know the bare basic but if you want serious nail design youre out of gas here unless the owner (Steven) feel like doing if hes not busy or even there. Amy is his wife and shes in charge over the eyelash station. She actually does pretty nice nails but only does nails if shes not busy doing waxing/ lashes. Now Ms.Leelee does the pedicures. She really good but not to experience with overlays, nail shaping serious designs. Overall the place is not the worst, worst place but its not the best either. I would rate King Nails a low 2.5.

The customer service here is just awful! I gave this place a few chances and each time it just gets worse!. It’s this one nail tech there who happen to burn me 3 times with the nail buffer because he kept talking to his girlfriend who is also a nail tech there! Super rude and loud! He kept getting mad and showing his aggression by grabbing my hand! Each time I warn him that he burnt me! He just kept talking to his girlfriend and laughing. I will not be returning! Stay away!

I had a very bad first experience with the gentleman on far right hand side from the entrance. my second visit was way the lady at station 3 and she did a good job. I believe she said her nam was IC (I see) I apologize if I wrote her name on it that’s how you say it.The only way to get your nails done is it you come with an attitude. Which doesn’t mean you have to be rude like they are just be stern.😕😱😭

First time going here and last. Went for a fill and to replace two broken nails. The guy who did them didn’t shape down my nail. It has bumps im them. I also asked for gel polish, he gave me regular polish which I aaked him again when he was applying if it was gel and he answered yes. A week into me doing my nails, the polish started peeling. I wont be returning there!!!

Used to love them until I realized how bad they did nails.. My gel nails slowly started breaking off day by day one by one.. I barely had them on for 2 weeks and I had to take them off already after that I decided I was done with them

I had my eyebrows waxed at this place. Immediately after I left the salon, I felt a burning sensation and the eyelid area was really red. I applied neosporin for a few days and the irritation kept getting worst. Today I had to go to the dermatologist. Not only did I suffered a burn on both eyelids but also had an allergic reaction. I had to pay $100 for the corticosteroids!!!! I had my eyebrows waxed all my life and this had never happened. It was my second time at this place.Clearly the wax was too hot and the fact that they cleaned me with alcohol made the burn even worst. Also, They obviously applied the wax all over the eyelid area. They ripped two layers of skin!!!Please, go to a professional even if you have to pay a few extra bucks!!! So far I have spent $250 in medical expenses!!!

Omg, I am soooooo angry about my experience at king nails. Not only did I not get what they advertised that they can do, but the basic job he did on my hands were pathetic. I got a gel full set, my nails came out uneven, lumpy, and the looked like it was done by a child. I went back later that day to them to have the nail revised and basically got chewed out by the unprofessional, rude, and talentless nail tech. He even went as far as to suggest that I was unemployed and probably just got a job and my employer did not like my nail polish, that was the reason I came back and he proceeded to apply regular clear nail polish over the roughly buffed fully paid for with a nice tip new gel full set. Never me again ever.

They make you feel like you are home.....they give awesome pedicures....

Biggest pet peeve: When Im going to get my eyebrows done and the person complains in my face and say You have too much eyebrows they too hard and it pisses me off when I say to just shape them and then they cut them soooo thin. Like dude you are an eyebrow waxer!! meaning any kind of eyebrows. I need to learn how to do my own eyebrows because Im getting tired of this. Stop trying to thin my eyebrows, I dont like my eyebrows looking like twigs on my face!!!!!! At least try to be respectful and not complain in front of me about my eyebrows. Im sorry my father blessed me with these beautiful bushy wonders. Theres a difference from shape to thin. Literally I kept saying just shape them a little I dont care for it to look extra pretty and she kept talking over me saying no I have to cut them because they are too big..... like dude who are you telling me how I want my eyebrows to look. Dont get your eyebrows done here, the place looks nice but the people are disrespectful and rude. Please if anyone is reading this review dont ever get your eyebrows done here only if its with a lady named Amy she is good but the other girls honestly fire all of them. Amy needs to have her own eyebrow place because she is nice and respectful she never complains and does her job but honestly dealing with the other girl makes me angry but its sad theres only one good person there but do not come to this place.

Steven and Amy are couple that runs the business its nice, just need to get rid of the guy Michael he has a very bad attitude did not do a nice job on my nails he polish my nails with old polish ask him about it he ignored the fact that I was asking him about the Polish that was chosen off the wall I do not recommend anyone to sit under the care of Michael bad attitude

The guy did not listen no matter how much I told him no. He did what he wanted no matter what I wanted. Designs not what was suppose to be. Just hate the overall finish. Will never come back. No cate for customer satisfaction or desire.

English language is minimum, not sure thry understand fully what you say and want.Not alot of designs either.

Newly equipped, nice personalities, free wifi, spa like atmosphere regular pedi or you can get extras if you need a little extra pampering.

My first time there I had my nails done in the coffin shape. Ken did my nails. Terrible job, the next day all my nails were breaking one by one. I guess he barley put any acrylic on them. I will not go there again, everyone fights over the owner to do their nails and hes always full, so your left with the inexperienced workers.

The nail technician seemed tired and aggravated. My nails were filed crooked, and when I informed him about it he really didnt try to correct it. My pedicure also seemed rushed 😞
