Leslie is my go to girl! So thankful I found her. All my experiences with her have been nothing short of phenomenal. She is always kind, caring, honest, comforting, warm, friendly, sweet, very knowledgeable, educational and very well experienced. She has such an eye for detail, a true artist. I had been searching for a new injector through Instagram for references of good work and came across this medspa. I went in today for Dysport and filler with Leslie. She made the process very comfortable and made sure I had plenty of information beforehand and after. She provided lovely work that I walked out of the office feeling excited about. Prior to my appointment, scheduling on the phone was easy and the staff are friendly. I highly recommend this wonderful place.

Exceeded my expectations in every way! Having had Botox and fillers before, I pretty much knew what to expect when I gave Anew a try. But upon entering Anew, things felt different. In a good way! The front of the spa looks like Elle Decor come to life, the welcome warm and inviting. My consult and treatment was with Grace. She studied my face as I explained what I was hoping to change. She asked several questions that indicated a thorough understanding of facial anatomy and relevant treatment options. Owner Leslie stopped in the treatment room so I had an amazing, thorough consult. The injections were quick and expertly done and my result was better than any I had before. Grace explained that individualization and a custom approach is an absolute must for Anew and carefully making a plan before a needle touched my face was what gave me such great results. Anew is the only option for me. My “holy grail” medspa!

Leslie is really talented! She knows how to make you feel calm and also has a great eye for symmetry. I have been going for about a year now and the before and after pictures are crazy, yet no one notices I’ve had anything done. Feel really lucky to have found this spot.

This place....just scheduled an appointment and had the most wonderful conversation with the gal who was fully knowledgeable, great customer service. Dont waste your money I went in twice within 2 weeks after $1300 for Botox and filler and still have major crows feet and forehead lines which were always taken away at another other office. I tried to talk to Leslie my Injector and shes part owner, sent her before and after pics from a week after and also 3 weeks after looking the same from day of first treatment, and she wont respond to me . I would not recommend this place. Its all about the money, no integrity and they dont care if you get results.

Staff are very friendly. Ive been going to Anew Medspa for a year now. I get the laser facial peel about every 9 weeks and it has considerably helped with resurfacing my acne scars and wrinkles. I highly recommend the treatment, but it does take time and commitment.

I have worked for years in the cosmetics and skin industry, as an esthetician, at a salon and as a counter person at a department store for many cosmetic/skin care lines, so I was always searching for the magic elixir to restore my youthful appearance. I used various plastic surgeons, but found they were not in the business of using non-surgical procedures and preventative and restorative products to enhance rather than drastically change my appearance. They also did not spend the time to explain and introduce different procedures to help soften lines and find out what I wanted for results. Options in the physicians office did not include all of the excellent products and peels, as well as education I have received since finding Dr. Vicky and the staff at Anew. Dr. Vicky understands what women are looking for, she LISTENS, and develops a system that will keep you looking and feeling your best and it is affordable to look fresh and youthful with out altering what makes you look like you!I have tried other physicians, clinics, and products and I will never go anywhere else again. I travel three hours one way, but the distance is well worth it. I routinely hear that I can not possibly be in my forties, and am mistaken for fifteen years younger than my actual age. It is not about vanity, but how good I feel when I look in the mirror and do not see frown lines and furrows from worry (and sun!) between and around my eyes. It feels wonderful to receive compliments about my skin and smile! I feel younger because I look younger and that confidence spills over into other areas of my life. I owe it to Dr. Vicky . I have managed to keep up with my treatments over the years, financially it has been very affordable, and the procedures do not take a full day. I highly recommend Anew.

I really like this place. Ive tried one other clinic for my Dysport and my results here are far better. I use the Groupon every 6 months and will probably start going in between as it usually only lasts 3 months for me. Clean, staff is friendly, and they really know what theyre talking about. I got laser removal from this place $1400 worth. After 8 sessions my hair grew back more than before and my skin started breaking so bad and started bleeding bad especially in the bikini area. I called the spa and went to them for a follow up. I was treated with disrespect, ridiculed and told to shut up. The manager wont even look at me. I am now paying Dermatologist bills. There are other spas in the area that I should have considered. If you want to lose your money and damage your skin it is the place for you

Do not go here- do yourself a favor and read the responses to negative reviews the owners and staff have made.... completely yelling at those leaving negative reviews and being extremely disrespectful or flat out denying they ever came to the spa. Do not spend your money here, they clearly do not care about their customers and refuse to deal with or hear you out if you’re unhappy with your treatments. Disgusting to see such disrespect from business owners.

Ive been using Anew for well over a year now, and their staff has always been professional, courteous, and even understanding to some of my very last minute schedule changes. Their treatments are effective, getting the job done as I want it done with little fuss on my end, and enough competence on their end that they have my full confidence. Ive yet to run into a personal complaint.

Paid so much for fillers for my smile and the results didnt work. Wish I could get my money back. I shouldve listened to the Internet because this came down to skill of the injectionist. She did not do the procedure accurately. Will be looking for another place.

My first experience getting Dysport and fillers went very well thanks to Leslie’s expertise! She took a cautious approach as this was my first time getting injectables. She made me feel comfortable and was very informative. I was extremely nervous and afraid I wouldn’t be happy with the results.I’m a week out now and am VERY happy with the results! I paid $450 for a massage.... NO CHANGE at all...and I would be considered a excellent candidate. Realistic expectations, taught skin, and followed the after care instructions to a T. Whether you need multiple sessions to achieve desired results or not you should be able to see even a subtle change with one session at that cost...NOT ME :/ hmmmmmm # skeptical sucker :(

Im not usually one to post reviews but I felt so strongly about my experience I just wanted to share. Ive been going to the same injector for about 10-11 years and have been really happy with her. Ive only strayed from her a couple of times for a deal and ended up regretting it. I just recently turned 50 and although I continued to get either botox or dysport from her, I wasnt as happy with the results... I figured I was just getting older and the botox or dysport just didnt provide the same result as it used to and it was something I was going to have to accept. And then... I heard about Leslie at Anew Medspa who also has an incredible reputation for her skill. I opted to try her out with a Groupon special for dysport. I was AMAZED. What a difference. Ive been to her 3 times for dysport injections in the last year and Im so happy with the results I get from her. Its not just me who notices. My hairstylist Ive been going to for 16 years asked what I was doing different, commenting that my eyes looked more open and refreshed, another friend who hadnt seen my in a year stated, I think youve gotten prettier since you turned 50. I just said, actually, its my injectionist. I think shes a wizard. She is so knowledgeable and skilled. I will be getting my filler from her as soon as I can. I went to her to a short time ago to get filler and because I was still having a complication from a surgery and then ended up with an upper respiratory infection, she said she wouldnt do it. Leslie said it could pull focus from the area of my body thats trying to heal and I could end up with and adverse affect on my face. She cared enough about my health, safety and result to temporarily tell me no until Im healed and my body is ready. I so appreciated this and found it impressive as she could have just taken my money. Groupon or not, she is well worth the money. I highly recommend. Shes the best and has a loyal customer in me.

I visited ANew Medspa for Facial injectables and had an amazing experience with their injector Leslie! I’ve been treated at several different clinics in the past but Leslie’s bedside manor, knowledge and injection technique was the best I’ve experienced. After a full facial assessment, Leslie recommended I get treated with Dysport and Restylane Lyft for my cheeks. I had microneedling on my hair and face. That was ok. Nothing long term as far results. I had the eyebrow hair transplant done where hair was shaved from my head and split to make eyebrows. I was told the woman inserting the hairs was skilled in ensuring the eyebrow hairs would lay according to the current growth of my eyebrows. Its been a while and I have eyebrow hairs that grow opposite the rest of my eyebrows. Overall, it wasnt worth the money.

SO SO SO Happy with Anew Medspa! I have been there for Dysport, Restylane Lyft, BBL and Microlaser peels. My skin has never looked so good. I was always nervous to have anything done because I wanted to always look natural and like I had nothing done (Oxymoron, right?!) But they have achieved that for me! Everyone compliments how smooth my skin looks and when I tell them what Ive done theyre surprised. Usually I get comments like I always thought that stuff made people look fake or I cant believe how natural you look!. I have had two co-workers, two family members and a friend start going to Anew Medspa after seeing some of my results. Leslie is my favorite there--she is absolutely amazing! She tells you step-by-step what she is doing and makes sure youre comfortable through out the process. She is thorough and professional. She has always discussed costs and options with me and helped me figure out what we can do that works within my budget to achieve the results I am looking for. I highly recommend Anew Medspa! They also have great Groupon deals that I often utilize!

I started going to Dr. Vicky when she was DT in he skyway. I love her and her work. A month ago I went to the other owner and wont ever do that again. Shes like a car salesman who wont shut up or listen to what you want and the Botox did not work. My lips were SO bruised even though she talked me into a more costly product than my norm to avoid that..

Very unhappy. I feel like I was taken advantage of. And was talked in to services that were not right for me.Went back in to get my Dysport touched up, because it was uneven, then I was charged for it. I had a prof rational done, and my skin is now worse. The procedure was very painful and recovery was horrible, I couldnt sleep, go out in public. They told me it would be like a bad sunburn. I also got talked in to buying their complete set of skin care to help woth the recovery. Icalled to ask why I wasnt seeing results, I made an appointment, went in again and she told me I need more treatments!! It was over $1,000 for 1 treatment! She then said watch your email for my June special and I was sent on my way.Im completely unhappy and sad.

I had a great experience here. I am 24 years old and was looking to have some preventative Botox in my forehead. I’ve read studies regarding the benefits of preventative Botox and wanted to have this treatment done. I used a groupon here and I believe Leslie did my injections. She did an awesome job!!! I had the treatment done in November and I loved the results! I had 50 units of Dysport to my forehead and space between my eyebrows. The results were very natural and subtle. I will definently return in the future.

I came in for a laser peel but got talked onto fillers amd bbl instead. I have waited a month to see the full affects but there are none. There is a married couple that are co owners and seem very plastic. She had done my proceedures and I dont see any difference. It has cost me almost $900. They seem to pick and choose who they think will spend the most money there. I know I cannot recoupe any of my money back and wish I would have read some of these reviews first.

My wife went there lazer hair removal treatment. After 8 sessions on different parts of her body; hair started growing again just like before. Not only that, her skin started breaking and constant bleeding. We had to go to a dermatologist and still going under treatment. When we went back to talk about our concerns we were treated with disrespect, asked to leave and to shut up. horrible place.ok, see you guys in court, cheers

Unlike their welcoming look of their office space, their customer service was horrible. They leave their old outdated equipments for their Groupon customers. They behaved very rude and badly toward my daughter and me in two different occasions. When I confronted them about their poor service in compare to other places,they changed their story and behaved very irresponsible.I have done many Laser procedures in many twin cities Spa and Laser centers in the last 3 years through Groupon, and none Groupon but have not seen such poor attitude before.Good luck finding a different office.

If you go to this place, do not let Leslie Bergeson (she is one of the owners) do your treatments. She missed about 1/3 of my full leg during my laser hair removal, and when I called her out on it, she got an attitude and told me that this was the way they do the full leg. This is not true, because I had another tech do it and it was a completely different experience! After I called her out on it, her attitude towards me was completely different everytime. When I talked to her about it, first she said that she had a solution to make up for it, but then when I came in to see her she changed her mind and said that I actually got more laser shots with her then with any other tech. Even if this is true, the fact still remains that 1/3 of my leg was missed and didnt get any laser treatment. After the meeting with her, following my last treatment of course, she suddenly decided that there is absolutely nothing Ill do for you, you can either buy another package or dont come back here. Apparently its just all about business and money with her, and not about treating clients with respect. The fact that there was an attitude when I talked to her about it every time was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Save yourself some money and headache and either see another tech there or go to a different place. Proskin in Bloomington is a really great place where they treat people very well and do an amazing job! Highly suggested! Ive been there multiple times, but decided to try anew medspa because it a closer drive... Id rather drive further next time. I also emailed their Doctor about this issue, Dr. Viki- she never responded to me, and instead, Leaslie read the email which wasnt even adressed to her. No respect for privacy either.

LOVE the Vaser Shape and the Skin Pen! Have had Vaser on my abdomen and arms, and Skin Pen on my face and neck. Absolutely amazing results.Not only did the Vaser firm and tighten my abdomen and arms - it helped significantly reduce my back pain. I highly recommend Vaser to anyone with back pain or pain from abdominal adhesions. The pain relief is almost immediate and lasts for months. Far more effective than the steroid nerve sheath injections I have tried. Vaser also firmed and tightened my abdomen that has been through 3 babies and 2 abdominal surgeries.Had a Skin Pen session on my face two weeks ago, and had my first neck session today. Although I was told it would take a month to see the full effect, I notice visual improvement daily. My puppet lines and jaw flab are almost completely gone - after only two weeks!Both the Skin Pen and Vaser are painless. I could have easily slept through both procedures.Read the two star review from the patient that felt they did not get results from the Vaser. After 6 Vaser sessions, I can tell you that you MUST follow the aftercare instructions. If the aftercare instructions are not followed the results are significantly compromised. The fat that is melted by the Vaser needs to be eliminated from the body.I got the best results from the Vaser when I drank a liter of water (Smart Water) two hours before the procedure and a liter immediately after the procedure. No coffee, no tea, no alcohol, no red meat. After the procedure I drank lots of Smart Water for two days, eliminated all sugar and saturated fat, and ate lots of fruit, veggies and wild sockeye salmon.Dr. Vicki, and her staff, are friendly and professional- and they make sure you get results.

I wouldnt go there. My friend went there and her skin is now damaged after paying $1400. She went back to the place to talk about it but they treated her poorly with disrespect; yelled at her, told her shut up and kicked her out. Now she is paying more money for dermatologist.. horrible place :/

I bought a groupon for brow restoration and there was a total misrepresentation. They required a consultation which was essentially a sales pitch asking for another $4500.00. Apparently, their typical fee for this service is $6500.00. Total RIP OFF. Do not go here!!!!
