This place was hands down the best eyebrow threading that I’ve had. I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for 7 years. She is perfection.

This place is awesome. So worth coming here. The thing is that its super busy on the weekend and for good reason. Just make sure you make time. I didnt and almost left but Leila stopped me, which is very considerate of her to do. First time here, I didnt have too much time and Im glad she stopped me cause it was a quick and satisfying experience. Thank you.

The girl who did my eyebrows left my skin scabbed and inflamed. She also kept walking away to have a conversation with a male and laughing while threading my eyebrows. One side she overtrimmed and told me to use coconut oil to help the hair to grow back. They looked super uneven and her behavior was beyond unprofessional. Terrible experience. Owner reached out and gave me her phone number but when I called she never answered. I will never be back and I tell everyone I know about my experience.

I love this place so much it always makes me feel so much prettier. I only trust this place with my eyebrows and I drive an hour from St. Cloud to get them done here!

My first time here. I really care about my eyebrows. The lady of Asian descent (sorry if Im wrong) took a lot of care with my eyebrows. It didnt feel rushed and I felt like she cared about symmetry. They were super bushy when I walked in. I made sure to let her know I didnt want them thin. She exceeded expectations. Definitely worth the 14 dollars. I went on a Saturday around 1pm.. the wait was about 15 minutes.. definitely worth it.. when you go in, put your name in the book! Im happy and will be back!! Only sad thing was they didnt have any punch cards for your next visit :(

I went in for a brow tint and threading and my brows turned out black. I’m blonde and it does not match my hair color at all. I tried getting the tint off right away but it was left on for too long and now I have two pitch black brows to walk around in for weeks. I had asked for a lighter color and it was supposed to be brown. It looks to me like they don’t have more shades for light colors for their tinting service. The threading itself was okay but I would not recommend getting your brows tinted here if you have a lighter hair color.

She charges 6 bucks more now...16 and it hurt, not like the good ol days when Leila did threading!!!

It was a quick 10 minute wait and only took about 8 minutes to do.Im a guy with thick, straight eyebrows, so it was a little bit painful, but not too bad.Its inside a nice indoor market. Id definitely go back.All my girl friends said the person did a great job.

They are OPEN! New system where you take a number, and they spray down the station after each customer. My favorite place to get my brows done. I have thick brows and don’t like them too thin. They always turn out perfectly and very affordable.

I went on Saturday to get my eyebrows done and it was a great experience. I haven’t done my eyebrows in about 3-4 months since COVID-19 started. It was a great experience and i felt safe the entire time I was there. A mask is required to enter the building, as soon as you get there you are ask to disinfect your hands and take a number and wait for your number to be called. She disinfected her hands and used gloves the entire time. My biggest concern was how she was going to do my eyebrows without using her mouth and she is actually certify to do eyebrows under COVID-19 circumstances... she actually used a mask 😷 the entire time and used her neck to do my eyebrows. I felt safe and secure and the place was clean (as any other time I have been there) it was a good experience. I will be going back in 3-4 weeks with my mask on. 💛! Thank you for caring for your customers and making my experience a great one!! I totally recommend.

I’m sure a lot of brow treading, waxing, whatever you do is based on your personal preference. However, I’ve been going to Leila’s for quite some time and have never been unsatisfied with my brows. All the ladies there so a fantastic job with mine, which are naturally very bushy and thick. Only negative is on the weekends there’s often quite a wait, and they (along with all midtown) DO NOT validate parking.

I have really bushy eyebrows and wanted to have them thinned down. I showed them a photo of how They were a few months back and asked her to do exactly that. She nodded her head confidently but when I was done, they weren’t how I had asked AT ALL. I requested that she make it a little thinner and showed the photo again but she insisted that she doesn’t like thin eyebrows. She also seemed in a big hurry to get to the other customers and I didn’t want her fixing them in a hurry. I came home and had to fix them myself.

My eyebrows have never looked better. When I started going I had been plucking my own brows and they werent very symmetrical and I was over plucking. They explained where they needed to grow back in and why they would look better more full. I followed their advice and left them alone. They know what they are doing. Leila definitely trains her staff well and everyone treats you like an individual and dont just try to get you in and out even when there are other people waiting.

Some of the brow artists are better then others. A few do a great job. Clean cute little shop. At times the wait is long and you cant make appointments.

This is top of the line service for anyone looking for an authentic brow threading experience in the twin cities! Leila was precise and very gentle to all areas of my face. The atmosphere was very welcoming with comfortable chairs. I would highly recommend this place over the large crowds at the MOA brow shop. Hands down this is the best service and care from a very skilled professional!

Leila obviously does the best job on your eyebrows, so if she’s there she’s worth the wait. Unfortunately, Leila just recently increased her price by $1 (not the end of the world) but they also now don’t validate parking. Now with tip, increased price & parking, I’m paying almost $20 for my eyebrows which isn’t worth it anymore.

Just got my Eyebrows done there and I loved them. Great customer service and great advice on how to care for eyebrows. The last time i got my brows done before today was not a great experience and my brow were a mess but Leila worked with my brows and made them look great! definitely going back!

Great place if youre finnicky about your brows like me. All the technicians take the time and listen to your requests. Havent had a bad experience yet, and my brows are always getting complimented. For new people: make sure to go up and write your name on the list when you come in.

When I went to Lailas the first time, she explained to me that the place I had been to before had been waxing off the very front of my eyebrows! I didnt even know that, but she was absolutely right. 2 and a half months later of growing out, and they look much better, but I am not sure some portions will ever grow back in again. Wish I had been going to Laila all along.

Update:I went back a second time to get my eyebrows done. Since there was a long line last time, I went there right at opening to avoid the line. They opened 40 minutes late so three people in line left. They rushed through all the folks waiting. They took half as long on me as last time. My eyebrows did not look as good as they made it look last time. I had to go home and do a bit more tweezing. I think this was a fluke because I believe theyre extremely skilled and kind people. Im just not sure what happened this day. My experience was poor enough that I dropped a star. But I would go back to give them another chance though.Original:Leilas daughter did my eyebrows and she was great. She took time to teach me about my eyebrows and give me tips on how to better tweeze and shape them with makeup. She did a great job.
