Great phone service sound like they know what they are doing

I came here for a regular flat iron and the stylist did a horrendous job. I left with my head in pain and my hair damaged. They also said one price on the phone and another price when I came into the store. Safe to say I will not be returning. This was the worst salon experience I ever received.

I always have a wonderful experience coming here. The girls are so friendly and professional. Ti straightened my hair today and she always does a fabulous job, is nice and always gets me in on time. I highly recommend this place.

I recently went to Alts Finest shop and my over all experience was good. There was very little waiting and the service was quick (sew-in took 3 hrs).The stylist were professional and friendly. In addition, their prices are very affordable.However, i do have one compliant.... my hair was braided entirely to tight my head is still soar and its been two weeks and i am not tender headed.So thats something that you might want to look out for other then that the finished look was great.

So the Stylist lied about her ability to do what I asked. I paid $185 for a style that barley lasted two weeks. I asked her to sew my wig on and to dye the hair a different color. The color was perfect but to put tons amounts of glue on my hair (which I was trying to avoid) and hear about the legal drama, I could do without. Needless to say I won’t be returning.

Recently got a partial sew-in and style with Kaia(dont know correct spelling). She was great! And fast. Got in there and out in 2 1/2 hours max.

I went for a full head sew in and the young lady that was sewin it in was stating she’s about to finish beauty school... so i thought she was gonna do my hair right... nope she left the top of my head with a flap on it and... and i told her to fix it, she asks the manager about the hair not stayin down and they both told me it would eventually.. if a customer complains do what they ask.. but they didn’t, i didn’t care they will never see my money or referrals ever again.

Yea I have been here when the vibe was off. But you know what I went in there RECENTLY and the atmospher was awesome the girls that were doing the most arent there anymore. People are very quick to judge because of the area . Get over it. If you want your hair done at a great price and quicker then any other shop that stack clients on top of each other then go here. I went down the street from there a while back got there at 10 and left at 9pmThese girl whip hair like no other shout out to my stylist Ashley 😘 ps they are professionals in my eyes you dont need a license to do a SEW IN or CUT on Weave! Great service very professional.. drove 9 hrs from north dakota my stylist was Ashley she did a great job.. and was fast will recommend all my friends to come to this shop.. and the price was not bad all.. want ur hair done the right way come to this shop...thanks again..

This place is most disturbing place I have even been to. It actually shocks me they are in the business,one of my co worker informed me about the place and i went there on Friday 9/25/15 to get done my hair. The customer service was extremely poor and after sitting there for almost an hour they started fighting literally beating each other up. Its competely safe to say its actually dangerous and Traumatizing environment to be. And they charged me 100 dollar for very poor quality work. All I know next time I wont even think about going back there.

My phone would not let me share, but I will love to share my experience never will wear weave again because of this little unclean leave too many gaps in your hair. might of switched hair, not on time, weed smoke smelling place, nasty place behind me. Everyones in the mirror more than the client.# messy Minneapolis. Want to be Atlanta.

The WORST BEAUTY SALON EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!! They r lucky they even got 1 star. None of them have licenses. Calling the health department these scam artists need to be shut down! They stole one of my packages of hair! Dont ever go to this shop U WILL REGRET IT

Horrible. Needed a hair appointment before Monday because I have multiple performances coming up this week. I have been calling since they opened at 12:00 pm and it is now 2:30 pm and no reply to my voicemail from yesterday nor today. Didnt even bother to answer the phone to say they dont have time. Super unprofessional take your hard earned money to people who appreciate it.

I went the day after Christmas, this review is a little late but the stylist Teisha did my sew in and it was amazing and quick but it look really nice my edges was layed & my hair was slayed . I cant wait to get another sew in by Teisha check her out guys, she actually communicates very well . My mother even loved her and the way she did my hair . I feel like the shop is very open and you just have to be open minded .they treat one another like family

If you want to be in / out its good. Ive been twice and my stylist was Tay. The first time the braid job was good but the sew in I spent 6 weeks trying to comb over the closure track. Price was reasonable. 2nd time the braider wasnt as good she didnt braid as tight, but the sew in itself was right. Down side when I went back the 2nd time they raised prices by like 30,40 $ and didnt tell me til I was already there. So $180 for a sew in w/ there hair. They said because the hair quality was better. Because of that Ill be looking other places if Im going to be paying that kind of money.

They officially suck i ordered 4 bundles from them which came up to 132.00 ali express has better deals just for them to charge me 80 dollars to install my hair had gaps in it it also didnt last nothing but a week... Im done with them never again

Okay first off, I would like to tell everybody that my name is Chrissy and I just left the shop today at 5/10/16 on a Tuesday. I left very very upset today with my hair undone. I had a APPT at 5pm, I think they forgot about me because I was sitting there for 2 hours. When I finally got in the chair I was being jumped around because no one wanted to braid my hair I had a big attitude because I had other stuff to do today. When I expressed that to the hair stylist the excuse was that they were short people. I feel like THATS NOT THE CUSTOMERS PROBLEM. PERIOD. IF YOUR BACKED UP JUST DONT SCHEDULE SO MANY PEOPLE THAT DAY PERIOD. THAT DOES NOT TAKE A ROCKET SCIENTIST. The hair stylist had an attitude (shes light skin and very skinny) she said she refused to do my hair because I had an attitude ( like what! you dont expect me to have an issue after waiting 2 hours?) but anyway if you looking for a shop dont go here EVERYBODY here has a problem and there not afraid to argue with you even if you are a customer. DONT COME HERE THERES OTHER SHOPS IN MINNEAPOLIS THAT WILL TREAT YOU RIGHT AND WITH RESPECT BUT THIS PLACE IS NOT THE ONE. I dont even think some of these girls have a license to do hair (they were using chemicals to color while I was there) Im going to find a way to get this place shut done pretty soon Im trying to contact the owner if anyone knows please dont be afraid to respond thanks!

I must say that i love Kia. She does great hair and she doesnt steal hair I went to a girl name Tika and Tay and they both steal a pack of hair I wasnt going to go back but I had seen that they had a new face in the shop and I tried her and love it I didnt have to worry about ppl Taking hair because it was in my arms and I was giving it as we went on.and I loved it but its not the best shop but Kia getting the job done.

This place was horrible, first of all they charged 180.00 I went to Tay who was loud ghetto had me waiting 2 hrs before she did my hair to only rush through it, my tracks were still showing nothing but females in the shop and all u hear is cussing soooo unprofessional this place is ghetto trash I wouldnt advise anyone to go there!!! Horrible experience!

Horrible. I will never in life get my hair done here again. I got a sew in and when I got home I had a throbbing headache, the braids were just too tight and packed together. 3 days later I decided to just take it down. A patch of my REAL HAIR came out with the braids.

I Got My Hair Done For My Birthday And I Paid For A Cut And Style And My Hair Wasnt Cut Or Styled Just A Lot Of Hair On My Head.

This is one of the worst places Ive been to. The fat lady at the desk is rude ass hell I dont understand why she even there. I only in the hood
