Ms Aurora, include Ms Lushonda are extremely helpful, kind, courteous, friendly, as well as Knowledgeable to say the least. I came in with a matter at hand. Though customer representative (Ms Aurora) was needed they were very professional and sweet keeping me up to speed with what was going on; and they handled my problem swiftly and with care. They deserve employee appreciation rewards not to mention they are gorgeous blessed women!

I don’t come here often, but I’ve been maybe three times and each time has been a more pleasant than expected experience. And the hours are hella convenient.

The manager Aurora and Young lady at the window Luria were very patient and understanding with trying to verify my check. Took them over a hour an half to get it verified, and not one time did they get frustrated or mad. Very professional❤️

When I first walked through the door I was greeted with nothing but smiles. There was this one cashier in particular named Lushonda who had an unbelievable wonderful persona. Her customer service was great and even though she had distractions around she still made sure I left out satisfied with every question I had answered. She is definitely the reason why Ill be coming back.

I normally don’t write reviews but I had to for this store. I have always had a negative opinion of these types of stores but I needed a money order and had no choice. I was concerned when I walked in because there were not a lot of people working so I thought I would be waiting all day but I wasn’t! The manager was professional, friendly and fast! She did an awesome job despite the short staff. I think her name was Aurora. I’ll definitely be back!

Even though this location always seems to be understaffed, the Manager (Aurora) here is great. She always goes out of her way to get customers taken care of and out the door in minutes. Because of her ability to work quickly with an attitude that is both positive and cheerful, she disarms some of the grumpier customers and sends them on their way with a smile. Her ability to maintain her professionalism while working with a skeleton crew and frustrated customers is amazing. I dont know what she makes but she definitely deserves a raise.

This place just had me waiting for 2 hours to registered a car and they end up saying he wasnt able to do it he did something wrong on the computer and he had to call dmv and wasnt able to get my car registered he told me i have to wait 24 hours and im coming from kenosha he just made me loose my time.

One of the rudest places I have ever been to. They are lazy and very sneaky as well. I was there with a friend to cash her check they gave us the worse time ever and she goes there all the time to cash her check. She goes to someone new that just started there and obviously didnt know she doing.
