If I could give negative I would. I purchased 2 rolls of quarters and inside those quarter rolls are pennies nickles and dimes in total not alot of money stolen but in the grand scheme of things I wonder just how many people they have stolen from(also not the first time tho the first time I thought it was counting error) If your stealing quarters from hard working women and men I can only imagine what your stealing from tax income and paychecks and exchanges. When it happens multiple times its theft not just some error.

I come in to get change often, and cash checks. After reading others reviews..Ive never had it close early on me, and Ive yet to have a rude teller. But then again, Ive not been rude to them either, so...not sure. Either way. My experience has been good Everytime i go in.

They over charge to cash a check cost me $13 to do it. I’d recommend Walmart they only charge $4 to cash a check or somewhere more reasonable.

Ive been going here for years to get rolls of quarters for laundry and to refill my MCTS card (before I knew we could do that online, whoops). While they do charge for rolls of quarters (Why?), the staff has always been friendly. Theres usually only one teller, so transactions can take a while if there are folks ahead of you in line, but Ive had no issues whatsoever. Ive also gone in the morning or early afternoon, so I cant speak to them closing up shop before theyre supposed to . . . To those whove experienced that: Im really sorry! That sucks. :(

I called to ask about how much it would be to cash a small check because I don’t have a car at the moment, it’s three degrees outside, and I’m completely broke. Not only did they refuse to tell me, the woman on the phone was rude and mean enough about it to make me bother to write this! Doesn’t matter how much it costs now because they’re not getting any money from me.

Been cashing checks here for at least two years personal and work check but now will not be going back anymore. The teller was very rude in telling me they would not cash my check even after telling her that I have cashed them there before she said no we havent even though Im sure they have a history of checks cashed by people. Whats the point of being called a CHECK CASHING STORE if you dont actually cash cecks

Been going there for years and years always friendly and helpful...only one thing..lots of elderly care towers near by..understaffed around ssi check time first of the month..long lines..one teller

Horrible service. Just tried to pay my electric bill at 7:10 pm (says online and on the door they close at 8) and there were two employees sitting inside with all the lights on and the door locked. They rudely shooed me away and mouthed closed. Get some new workers!
