Fix took minutes during normal business hours, but was charged $160.No issue with service or timeliness, but price was high for services rendered.

I foster kittens and my house was starting to smell a bit too much like cats, so I had an air filtration system put in. Damon was the one to install it, and not only did he call to consult with me on it, but he was right on time, really a funny guy and was in and out in less than 20 minutes! Our heater stopped working on a chilly Fall Saturday early morning. A service tech was able to come by early afternoon and diagnose the problem. They laid out options for repair or replacement. We decided to replace our hard-working 30-year old furnace, and they were able to do the replacement in 3 days. We are so pleased with our warm, cozy home and how fast Uttkes were able to respond and they gave us fair, honest, and reasonable quotes and service. We recommend them to anyone!

Installed a furnace for me. Took time to do a thorough and accurate estimate first. Explained everything and answered all questions. Very nice service - even replaced a condensate line from my A/C for free because it was moldy. Definitely would recommend.

Did a great job on Sunday with the coldest day of the year when our furnace went out. Did a temporary fix for the day and installed a new furnace a couple days later.

We couldnt be more happy with the service from Uttke & Sons! We were without heat and they were here in less than 2 hours of our call. He was great in explaining the issue & gave us a couple fix it options that might bandage the old clunker but after talking the options through with him we decided to go ahead and get a new furnace. The next morning they were hard at work in a very, very tight space which was not an easy task. After the new furnace was in they were able to fit on an april air system for us which wasnt possible on the old one due to space. We are so very happy with their ability to figure out the logistics to fit it all in. We are warm & happy now breathing perfectly humidfied air without breaking the bank. Thank you so much!

They did a great job updating my furnace to something that belongs in this century and adding central air. Service techs are professional and efficient, and the pricing is very fair.

Part price was over the top. I could have gotten their $600 part for half that price on line. With a little more effort i could have fixed it for $60. My bad for not researching.
