Steve & his son Andrew are so courteous, quick, and honest!Steve makes it a priority to provide his cell phone for any weekend emergencies and is amazing at giving a fair assessment and opinion of how to best proceed forward. We could either sink a couple hundred dollars into a motor, take a chance of that burning out and needing to also replace a compressor, or instead of wasting money gave us time to think about replacing the unit.The company stocked up on units ahead of this season and has them ready to install, not like a few companies that said it would take weeks to arrive.My mom used someone else to replace just a compressor and was charged 3x what Steve quoted us.Steve was pleasant, did a great job of explaining what wasn’t working, and cleaned up after himself.10/10 would hire again!

If I could give Bintz more than 5 stars I would. Andrew did a perfect job for a great price in a timely manner. Their work is top notch and they are very communicative. 10/10 recommend.

Steve and Andrew came out at 8 AM the next morning and in less than three hours, put in a new furnace. Their work was quick, clean and first rate at a very reasonable price. Furnace stopped working on Wednesday, 03-18. Because it was relatively mild, did not really notice the discomfort until last night / this morning. Contacted Steve Bintz who said his son, Andrew, would repair the furnace between 8 and 8:30 AM today, Thursday. Andrew arrived at 8:03 AM. Steve and Andrew Bintz are outstanding professionals in the heating and A/C field. They are consistently polite and caring, and have never failed to do an exceptional job, and to do so in a convenient, fast and highly efficient manner. We would not fail to recommend them to our family, friends and associates, and have in fact done so on several occasions in the past. I cannot imagine using any other HVAC business but Bintz Heating and A/C. They are purely excellent!

Our heater stopped heating on a very cold day and I called bintz. They were able to come the same day. They diagnosed and fixed it quickly and they were extremely affordable. I would recommend them to everyone!

Bintz is amazing! They replaced our furnace and less than 6 months later, we called them because our a/c went out. They came the same day to troubleshoot and determined our compressor was bad. Because we had an old unit, they gave us three options for either replacing the compressor, purchasing a dry unit or replacing the entire thing. We chose to replace the entire unit, which they did the very next morning and only took 1.5 hours! They are very professional, down-to-earth, family-oriented and friendly. I would highly, highly recommend them to anyone!

I own a business in Glendale. I have had Steve and Andrew out here for repairs on my ancient a/c and heater. They were fast and the charges reasonable. Before I called them, I had a larger HVAC and more well known firm from Waukesha come out . They were more expensive and the service was not as good. Bintz seems to be a small business who appreciates its clients. I hope they dont change!

I contacted Bintz heating early one morning when the blower motor on or 19 year old furnace failed. The whole house smelled like my daughters curling iron burning up. Steve came out, and in less than 20 minutes diagnosed the problem and pulled the failed motor. Steve went to his shop picked up a new replacement motor and had me back up and running with a new motor in less than an hour. (He een gave me the option of buying a new versus rebuilt motor.) Steve didnt try to sell me a new furnace. Just fixed what was needed. I felt very comfortable with the service given, and the price of the service call. I will defeinitelly use Bintz heating in the future.

Furnace stopped working - called them because we found out they would service our uncommon brand - even tho they were booked for the day, they squeezed us in; came within 2 hours of our call - fixed the problem in 15 minutes with very moderate cost, and voluntarily returned the next day with proper filter after we were unsuccessful in finding it on the internet.
