Wade was great. He came over quickly and was able to figure out the main problem right away. He was a great and reasonable price, and I had heat again shortly after he started fixing the problem. I will definitely be using him again in the future, if need be!

Our management company (Real Property Management) used Reliable to handle a loud noice coming from the AC furnace. After their first visit, the noice got much worse, finally after two days the unit stop working all together. Our management company indicated that the representative from Reliable determined that there were several things wrong with the unit and quoted us $3,000 dollars in repairs which included replacing the entire furnace. We contacted a different company that was recommended by our realtor, they solved the problem for under $500 and indicated that a new motor had been installed incorrectly in the unit which is what ultimately rendered the unit unusable (this is the work Reliable had done), and that the noice was just a balance issue with the fan. We made the management company aware of this but we still got a bill for $800 for services rendered from Reliable. In short, we had to pay Reliable more to break the unit than we paid a real AC maintenance company for fixing both the original problem, and the one caused by Reliable.This is a very shady company, do your self a favor and call someone else.

Came out to my place last year when the boiler broke down. Made an attempt to fix the boiler and it worked for a day, but the finicky boiler broke the following night. Made a call and he was quick to come over and fix the problem - free of charge! Awesome service....my 1st choice for any heating/cooling issues.
