😁 Trust them 100%! Im thankful I can take my vehicle to a shop and mechanic(s) I know will do professional, accurate and ethical repairs. Earlier this week I took my car in for a diagnsosis and quote, and I will most certainly return soon to have the problem identified repaired. It is and will be a very important and expensive repair, but itll most certainly be worth every single penny!! Thank you so much!! 😁

They are mature individuals with a lot of experience. I feel that they know what they are doing and are not going to rip me off.

I have been bringing my car to this facility for many years and not only has the customer service always been great, I have always been happy with the work done on my car. They are honest and reliable and Ive never had any reason to worry that they arent giving me the best car care

I am all about first impression. I walked in, they have advertised that emission testing is open. Yet, on there front door they have posted that’s it’s closed for emission testing. So, on first approach the front counter guy, first the music was a bit loud. He spoke in a monotone voice that I could not hear and had his nose STUCK ALL THE WAY UP because he didn’t understand the question I had. Very unprofessional. People really should start taking looks in the mirror and reminding themselves, the unnoticed is noticed. Not coming back. It’s rude and disrespectful.

They tried to tax me $2,400 for a $700 job so I took my vehicle to another mechanic. These people are crooks plain and simple. And over the phone they quoted me $100 for a deposit for a tow but once I got there they asked for a $200 deposit in which I paid. I stated to second guess my decision to work with them almost immediately. After they gave me an estimate I started to search parts pricing and other mechanics in the area. And yes I did ask if I could purchase parts elsewhere to have them install and the answer was no. I never purchased my own parts. I only inquired. However, I found another shop that would do the exact job that they were trying to up charge me for. And that place gave me a rough estimate of $800. I went back and told the owner that Id be taking my vehicle elsewhere and Id have it towed right away. So I basically paid them $200 just for a tow because I never got back my deposit. And the receipt they gave me had a few miscellaneous charges that equaled out to $200.19. And the other tow company only charged me $65 to have it taken a few blocks away from the exact location that Laus picked it up from. And then he called me twice to reduce the price by $200 each call because he knew he tried to swindle me. And then called me to complain about this review I gave. Please stay away from this place and do your research before you take your vehicles anywhere.

Brought my car in on a Tuesday and after a cursory check of my belts and pulleys was told that they could fix the issue but could not get me in that day and to bring it back first thing the following day. I brought the car in bright and early and felt confident they could get my issue resolved. Received a call a few hours later stating they couldn’t in fact fix the issue because they lacked some specialty tools and would need to order parts and was told my car would need to be take elsewhere. Just frustrated that was told one thing one day and something else the next and was charged for them not being able to fix anything after being told they could.

Ive been a resident for 20 years and counting. Laus has always been very friendly & a positive and reliable automotive repair shop. They provide emissions testing along with providing detailed information when taken in for an estimate. Their rates are by the lowest with my AAA card theres always a discount on the total. You are on Talented, Highly Knowledgeable and always up front with the estimates.

Smoke machine broke down so I have to take my vehicle to another shop to finish what they started to get my check engine light off and still charged me full price on my diagnostics which is higher than other shops in the area I will not return not even for registration and sticker

This is the only shop my uncle ever referred me to (that says a lot). I saw two negative comments and laughed. These folks are honest and should be your go to for repairs.

Jim went the extra mile to carefully explain the problem as well as different solutions. The work was done faster than I expected and he even checked the rest of my truck thoroughly for additional issues. I was given a sheet with multiple points that were checked and he let me know what needed to be attended to and what points were fine. He even washed our vehicle!! And with this Wisconsin salt, it needed it.

First of all sir my Bills that I pay dont have nothing to do with you or this shop Ive been paying bills very well with no problem for a long time so it has nothing to do with you and second of all to charge a 111 dollars it seems like you would tell the customer what your charging to look and how much your charging to look at whatever the problem is over a hundred dollars is not chump change to have nothing done you communicating at me like Im a child what person do you know would be happy giving you over a hundred dollars for nothing you need to tell customers what your charging before you get started with anything and not worry about how someone pays their bills you have a good day sir also

They are on AAA list. They checked my vehicle first thing. They had a price and fixed same day. Friendly and reasonably priced. Will return.

I went in to get my tire fixed, I had a nail in my tire and it was close to the tire wall, so all they were able to do was plug it. After getting tire fixed, they came back with a list of recommened services that supposedly my car needed. The list included an oil change, tire rotation, flushing of fluids, etc. This list is clearly fabricated because for one, I had just had an oil change from Braeger Chevrolet one week before. Second, I have a 2011 Chevy Camaro, my back tires are bigger than my front tires, so its impossible for my tires to be rotated. The dealer I went to the previous week, also completed a multi-point inspection on my car, and there were absolutely no recommendations for my vehicle, and certainly not any fluid/flushing maintenance is needed. Not even a week later after getting my tire plugged, I recieved mail from them stating my two front park lights are out and its strongly recommended that I bring my vehicle in to be serviced. This is a flat out lie and if my my two front park lights are out, why wasnt it recommended at the time of service? I even checked my car to make sure, and my front park lights are perfectly fine. I also did not agree or sign anything authorizing them to solicit me through mail. This location is known for adding on and recommending unnecessary services and repairs to its customers. I do not recommend this service to anyone unless they enjoy paying for services you do not need and receiving solicitation th through the mail without youre permission.

No customers but still took a hour to change tire

I made the mistake of taking my car here for a flat tire because it was the closest one in my AAA network. 2 weeks of horrible service and excuses for treating me like a criminal later and I finally got my car back with a bill 3x what it should have been. I would have rather paid full price for a tow truck to take my car anywhere else.

I will not return to this shop if it was the last auto repair in WI..First of all I had my truck towed there a recommendation of AAA stated if I would use this business a 10% discount of the bill is appliedYou would think a company thats been around as long as this one would know without a doubt, and no rocket scientists to determine if theres a burned out fuel pump on your vechicle....The owner Bill with his soft, slow spoken dialectcontinued saying the diagnostic fee would start @$65.00 up to $110.00, so after keeping my truck overnight, then charges me the maximum which I felt I had just been taken advantage of, especially if they were supposed to have been qualified, honest mechanics and not there to rip.off customers.The final decision made was to have my truck towed out of there to another shop that was more professional and replaced the fuel pump at a more reasonable price....So if youre interested in trusting your vechicle with honest, professional mechanics, GO ELSEWHERE FOR A SECOND OPINION...
