So my car turned off right next door at foster freeze, and I went next door to Quality Car Car Center they did a quick check on my battery and alternator. They turned my car on every stayed on determined that my alternator had a low charge and did not charge me. Honest guys working there. Definitely bringing my car back for any service I need, and I need a tune up soon and back brakes. Thank you fellas appreciate you guys.

I went in for routine maintenance and a tire rotation on my car and I was very pleased with the entire process. They have a team of professionals who are very knowledgeable. They were even able to accommodate me with maintenance that “can only be done by the dealer.” They walked me through the entire process to ensure that I knew what I was getting. It ended up costing me a third of what I would of paid at the dealer. In addition to this, the owner is very friendly and nurturing. He checked up on me to make sure that everything was running as intended. I’m originally from the east coast and I highly recommend this place to anyone who’s new to the area and is looking for an honest shop to bring their car. I will definitely be coming back!!!

I needed to get my car through a smog check. After reading the reviews, I was convinced this place provided good service and they were right. Theyre really friendly with amazing service.I was greeted by Joe at the door. I immediately knew he was a cool guy. I came late in the afternoon, so I wasnt sure if theyd take my car, but they did. He kept me well inform of their policies as well. And it took them only about 15 minutes to do everything (Dude, wow). I came for only smog services, but Im thinking about bringing my car back for other car services in the future. Ill definitely spread the word!- Tim

Joe and the team was excellent!! I called early in the morning on a Saturday to see if they had availability to service my brakes. In the end I needed all of my rotors and brakes replaced along with an oil change. They did a great job, provided great customer service and they were efficient. Brought my Ford Explorer in today on 10/16. I was serviced by their employee JOE.M - He was professional and really took the time to explain and break down the issues I was dealing with and even showed me under the car as he explained which was awesome for not knowing so much about cars myself. Over all the inspection was very affordable. They are good at working with you on prioritizing the things you can start repairing. Totally recommend!

Stopped by on a whim midday to see if I could get an oil change. Their lot was full of cars, which turned out to be finished cars waiting for client pickups. I didnt have to wait, less than 20 minutes I had my oil change and I was done.

The partial owner Harpreet was very, very helpful and made me feel like I was in good hands. He set up my appointment and helped me speak to the mechanic Gilbert. Gilbert was very nice and walked me through exactly what was wrong with my car and how to fix it. They worked together very, i was able to watch them from the parking lot area. The set up of this shop is very nice as you can easily spot it and pull up to wait in line unlike other mechanics. There is even shade to cover your car while you wait. When I got my car back they gave me a free oil change and my car is like brand new. It’s been three months since it got fixed and it hasn’t let me down since.

I over paid on stuff my vehicle didnt even need . My vehicle came out worse than when I took it in . I highly recommend no one go to this place unless you are ready to get ripped off . Such waste of my time and money

Great service. Will never go to honda service center for minor issues.Overall cheaper and quicker than honda service center where they had quoted me way higher price including labor charges etc and also had to leave my car with them for the day. Here at Quality tune up they helped fix it in 20 mins.Got in my honda accord, the flap below the bumper had come apart by scrubbing it on curbs. Joey and John did a great job putting it back in place and securing it.

Quick turn around for inspection and smog

The guy at the counter was nice. But the whole thing was a waste of time. I set up an 8am appointment but their techs don’t come in until 10am. So there was no point leaving my car there to sit for two hours not having work done. I was given a price higher than what I was quote for the services I had set an appointment up for. I ended up just leaving. Wanted to like this place as my mom has gotten her oil changed here and the reviews were decent. But no go. Will continue the search for a top notch auto care spot!

Left the air conditioning on in my car today and my battery died. Luckily, I was stranded right next to this auto shop and Harpreet and Gilbert came to the rescue! They were busy but happily jump started my car for me. Thankful for Quality Tune Up Car Care and recommend this place to all!

The guys at Quality Tune Up were tremendous. My BMW had a blown radiator hose and they had a new one ordered and ready to install in just a few minutes. When they found out my radiator was cracked they informed me and let me have it towed home without charging me at all.

I meant to do this review in August and got sidetracked but my husband was on me to get it done. In preparation for my trip to Reno I decided to have an oil change and unfortunately my mechanic was out due to family emergency so I found Quality Tune Up in Milpitas. They were very nice and and I initially left happy. Not even 10 min later I get a call that the mechanic forgot to put the cover on one of the filters they changed. Fortunately, I wasnt too far and went back. I left to Reno the next day and noticed that my car ran a little rough but I thought maybe its because Im going uphill. I didnt do any driving while in Reno so I didnt think much about it. On my way back home my engine light goes on and the car is driving a little rougher. I called Quality Tune up and they said I could bring it in but they would charge me. I told them my car was running fine prior to taking to them and he got an attitude and was dismissive. My husband ran a diagnostic and it showed I had a leak. He checked the car and the vacuum hose was off. He was livid and told me to never go back there again. He was more upset that I had driven to Reno by myself and I could have been stranded.
