Barely even looked at my car, didn’t even put in the garage, just left it in the parking spot with my hood open until i picked it up, didn’t call back once they were done “looking” at my car and told me a i need a new head gasket, new engine for coolant leakage, and all i needed was a new radiator cap. Terrible service.

I sent my car into this shop for quote and diagnostic due to my car suddenly dead even though I have changed a new battery. The mechanic just checked the battery with multi meter and told me the generator and the battery terminal need changed. I asked how do you know both need get changed just a simple test. He said he knows....I asked how much and he said generator $750 and terminal under $100. I walked away and sent my car to Toyota dealer because I believed no major part failure. The total turn out just $280 by changing the positive battery terminal. Obviously the mechanic knows there was no major part failure but not satisfy with only changing the terminal so why not change the generator as well...... Dishonest shop I would run away!
