It is highly unlikely a business will have all 5 star reviews unless there is some payoff going on. Super suspicious since I had a legitimate horrific encounter with them. This morning I called Elite Mercedes to get a quote on shocks for my Mercedes. Ray Answered and said he could not give me a quote on shocks unless he could look at the car. I explained that I just had a total knee replacement and it is hard for me to drive the car back and forth, and asked for a ballpark quote. He said he could not, I would need to bring it down. So, post op knee replacement I drive my car down there. He advised me that he can set an appointment to look at my car next week. What?! I asked him why he didnt tell me an appointment would be required on the phone when I called instead of saying I would need to bring it down? Insane!He says well maybe I can drive the car around the block, I said great here and tossed him the keys. Then he says no, Im not going to drive it. Fine, I picked up my keys and headed out the door and said, You are the worst and I will write you a review! He said, Good! Go ahead! Then he follows me out to my car to take pictures of me and my car! What a psycho! Never in my years of dealing with auto mechanics have I ever run into someone as unprofessional and rude as Ray at Elite Mercedes! Stay away from this mechanic! Not only is Raymond untrustworthy and unprofessional, what legit businessman would follow a perspective customer out to their car to take pictures of them, really creepy!

This shop is operated by ex-Mercedes mechanics. They are professional, knowledgeable, and organized. They were able to find the root cause of the problem for my car and resolve it timely when others gave up on after several try. I would highly recommend to Mercedes owner to use their service instead of paying the dealers.

I was in Milpitas one day and my check engine light came on so I decided to drive over to Elite Mercedes. I met Raymond who took the time to diagnose my check engine light and then when he went to start my benz it wouldnt start. He found out that my battery needed to be replaced and I was lucky that he had one in stock. He took the time to replace my battery while I waited a short period of time. It was our first time taking our car to Elite Mercedes. We didnt know what type of maintenance our car was due for. When I showed up to the shop, Raymond was very helpful and professional. He gave me printouts of the different types of services that his shop usually provides, and was very patient in explaining what would he covered. I also asked him to check our brakes, heater, and engine filters to see if there were any issues. Not only was he willing to check everything, but he called me back and gave me a very thorough assessment of all the checks that I asked him to perform. He found multiple oil leaks during his inspection. I could tell he was very honest because he explained how there was one leak that could cause bigger issues down the road if not fixed now, and that we can hold off on the other leak because it was very minor and wasnt worth putting more money into fixing it. We got our car back that same day (and washed).. Service A, oil leak fix, engine filter replacement, and key reprogrammed. Elite Mercedes is reasonably priced, and doesnt charge an arm and a leg.Overall, Raymond and Team were very helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough professionals. I would highly recommend Elite Mercedes to anyone looking for an auto shop to take their cars to.

Best service I’ve experienced by an independent service shop. They went out of their way to give me great service. They diagnosed the brake problem and fixed only what was needed and they advised me of other things to look out for in the future. Price was very reasonable compared to other shops an especially to Mercedes dealer. They were nice, professional, and competent. I will definitely be back as I have found the right shop for my Mercedes.

When I explained the service that my vehicle was needing; they addressed the items I’d listed and went beyond what I had referenced. The essence of customer service is to take care of a customer in a timely manner, however Raymond and his team exceeded my expectations and I believe this is the beginning of a long term customer relationship.

Raymond is very helpful. When I did annual service, they pointed out transmission gasket leaking problem, and suggested me check last years service, which should include transmission service. I did that at San Jose dealer last year, but they asked for $230 diagnose fee first, even though Raymond already pointed out the transmission gasket problem. At last Stevens Creek dealer replaced pan gasket under warranty. Another day check engine light is on, and Raymond checked the issue and cleared error code for free. I feel they open business is to offer people help, not like San Jose dealer, to ask for money first and drive customer away.

These guys are great! They plan ahead when they know I’m coming. They drop me off and pick me up at local coffee shops/restaurants while I wait for my car to be fixed. They do quick and quality work. Most of all they are trustworthy. They refreshingly work with you to keep repair costs down. Not many service shops do that. I’ve got many options much closer to my house but I’m happy to go further away to do business with these guys.

Raymond and his team were great! We had a transmission issue and ended up in limp mode. Being somewhat new to the Milpitas area, we used Yelp to help in finding a mechanic in the area that could work on Mercedes cars. Our usual mechanic being in Mt. View wasnt an option as it would been too far to drive to and didnt want to have it towed there.Luckily we found Elite Mercedes Service & Repair! Raymond was easy to work with and very informative about what needed to be done and why, he was patient with our questions and concerns, since it was a relatively expensive repair (rebuilt Mercedes transmission and computer). He understood that we needed to review our options and was helpful in keeping us informed. They even helped get some gum/road tar off the car, along with a quick car wash! These guys are highly recommended if your in the area, responsive, patient, trustworthy, and nice! We love supporting small, local businesses in the area and theyve won a repeat customer.

Raymond was honest with his words and you can tell he has had years of experience under his belt. Though there was additional maintenance to be done on top of my Service B for my Mercedes, he suggested that I can come back in a couple of months to do it as it was not necessary at the moment in time. During my 2.5 hours of waiting, they were able to drop me off within a 5 mile radius and picked me back up when the service was completed with my car washed. Raymond also replaced my key battery as well which was completely unexpected from him! Im definitely coming back for my car maintenance.

Our 2007 Cl 550 with only 19,000 miles on odometer experienced an instantaneous and devastating oil leak that covered the entire. engine compartment with oil.I had thought it was a power steering related issue as when the oil leak expressed itself, at the same time the oil leak became apparent, the PS system failed.Upon recommendation from a friend, I had AAA transport the car to Elite Mercedes for analyses of the problem. Within 5 minutes Raymond Lam, one of 2 owner partners of Elite, determined that the engine had blown a oil filter gasket which had initiated the spraying of oil about the engine,,,along with additional assistance of the serpentine belt system.Given prior experience with dealership service departments, it is entirely possible that such a rapid analysis and subsequent repairs and cleanup of the ungodly mess under the hood would have taken substantially more time,,,,and at a significantly higher expense.Car was done and ready for pickup the very next day....I did also request a full service of the car including a coolant and brake fluid change. The costs were very reasonable and the cleanup was excellent.My first experience with Elite and certainly will not be my last. I do have a great deal experience with working on and showing my small collection of old classic American muscle cars,,,,so I do have substantial experience in this area. These guys are awesome! My headlight shorted out leaving me with an annoying warning every time I was in my car. These guys diagnosed my problem and fixed it in a jiffy. They also correctl installed an illuminated star (which was the cause of the problem in the first place). These guys are a lifesaver. Well worth the hour drive to get to them. They have dealership knowledge without the dealership judgement and price. I highly recommend them!

Raymond is GREAT! Elite Mercedes is my go to. Its hard to find a shop with staff you can trust, and I feel fortunate to have found one. He doesnt upsell service or try to make you do more than necessary but quite the opposite. Tired of poor but expensive services at the dealers, I was looking around for an alternative, either near my resident or near Menlo Park. A friend suggested Elite near my house. Both Ray and Robert are very professional and effective. Mercedes service is never cheap compared to Japanese cars. But the explanation and the attitude towards their work are excellent, that make us feel safe to pay without suspision. Of course I do not have suffcient data to recommend further, but for sure I will be back for future needs.

Ray is a very good mechanic. He doesnt recommend things that you dont need and he always gives you the correct options and diagnostics. Much better priced than the dealer service station with better service.

First visit to Elite Mercedes and my one word summary is WOW. Raymond took the time to meet with me, gain background info/details, and made suggestions on what service should be done. We settled on a diagnostic check to confirm whether expensive work (as recommended by another repair shop) was needed. I paid for a regular diagnostic but the actual work done, for no additional charge, was a detailed compression check for all 8 cylinders. And to top it off my car was washed and he had someone drop me off at a nearby coffee shop. Thanks Raymond!

Fantastic shop at Elite Mercedes. Very knowledgeable people there and professional services from top to bottom. I got my 2001 E320 in for Service B for a reasonable price. They got it all done within 2 hours as they had estimated.They did not have a waiting area where I can spend couple hours comfortably but they gave me a ride to the closest Starbucks and shuttled me back afterwards. Provided excellent exterior car wash for free with shinny wheel hubs. Even threw in a free wiper blade replacement for free. Checked me out within minutes but explained results of tests thoroughly.Overall great and competent services. It is close by where I work around Cisco in Milpitas thanks to my friend at work who recommended Elite Mercedes to me.
