Good dealership, you can expect the same as other dealerships (same building layout, check in/out process etc) my 2 star review is specifically applicable to the service department. i have a well documented case in which i took my car for an intermittent issue and the service department hold the car the entire day without even testing for the specific issue. Their report just sated unable to replicate issue how can one replicate something one ever tested. I will advise you to be careful about the service here. there are more options for consumers.

I was greeted promptly. The service writer was very helpful. It was the first service for the vehicle. He recommended a four wheel alignment, which I agreed to. Having been in the trade myself, I knew the importance of that. I was able to wait for the vehicle like I wanted, and it was done within a reasonable amount of time. Overall was very pleased with everything, and would recommend Piercy to others.

Overall disappointed in the sales people. They are using the covid excuse to raise prices, when ironically its preventing them from selling vehicles. After much and forth, and a bit of arguing, they finally gave a reasonable price. But it was too late, my wife did not want to do business with them. They are aggressive, and think because its a sellers market they can do whatever they please, including charge $4-5+ extra for common cars, and use the general excuse of supply and demand except demand hanst changed much per various articles.They are not the only dealer pulling this during a time when everything is in chaos, between chip shortages and other factors. Hopefully come 2022 it changes, and they drop the extra fees to cover a non-issue, and treat people better.

The GSM that was on duty, wasn’t able to meet him in person. Thank you sir for your help and able to give me the car at my pricing I can afford. I had a great experience at Piercey Honda for leasing a 2022 Civic Sport. My leasing consultant, Thomas, made the paperwork process easy to follow. All representatives were helpful, friendly, and courteous. The interior is super fresh and the exterior is in perfect shiny condition. The car rides smooth and I love driving it.

Service advisor (Brian) worst customer service always trying to scam every time I take it in for an oil change unnecessary mechanical fix when the car still new and runs perfect and I requested to fix weather stripping he gave me ok he was going to fix… its still hanging off from the doors when we picked up the car they are lazy only good thing they have there is salesman .

It was a good experience, I returned my leased car(they paid off my leased car) for a financed car. I ended up returning my 2019 Honda civic hatchback for a 2021 pilot, they really hooked it up and everyone who helped us was really nice. Even the finance guy. He was a great help and answered all our questions. I originally got my car out near Santa Cruz for my lease. My intrested rate was low and I put no down payment down, if you are looking to trade your car or get a new one the time is now.

I called looking for a Honda Clarity Base which retails at around 33k, they marked up the price by $10,000!!! $43,000 for a new car? Thats Acura level money!Way better options in the area so please do your research before buying. Avoid this dealer if you can.

I bought my honda 2021 accord from. Great service didn’t feel rushed. Friendly staff. The sales man Sam who helped me find the right car for me, he went overboard in helping in everything made sure the whole process went smooth. Definitely recommend. My partner purchased a 2020 Subaru Impreza Sport . The staff was amazing . Finance process was very streamlined. My only heartburn, the vehicle sound system (speakers ) do not work . I can’t blame the dealer . This is a result of a software (firmware ) issue by Subaru. I just wish they would have attended to this before offering the vehicle for-sale. It’s inconvenient to make a reservation with a Subaru dealer two weeks out to get it corrected . But over all both of us are extremely happy and recommend the Piercey brand . 👍🏼

I was able to buy a CPO 2018 Accord with all the features I wanted and less markup than I expected. Overall, Sam and all other advisors are very helpful and I would definitly recommand this place!

I went on a Wednesday morning for routine oil change. There was no rush or line of vehicles but everything was moving very slow.Normally in a service center in Stevens creek or elsewhere they check under the hood with you and around the car to see any first glance changes required but that does not happen here.Anyways, the service person only emphasized on the preventive changes with a estimate of more than 1000$ and not what is actually required and needs urgent attention which would have cost 250-300$.The estimate did not have any note about engine air filter change and then post service note contained a note saying it requires attention but I declined it.There was definitely a lack of effective communication here which I have not experienced in a Honda service center in bay area.My cars warranty had expired for 80000 miles and I wanted to extend it and was told multiple times the finance department will call me but no one called, I can only imagine how a car dealership makes less profit if it does not want your business.I was called at 12.15 pm that the car was ready and I am still here at 2.00 pm and the car is not out here.I am not sure if these service center do not want new customers or are they overwhelmed with work that they care less but the decision to come here due to it being near to my new home was a BAD decision. I should stick with Honda at Stevens creek, big mistake on my part there.

Service advisor ( John) was very helpful, and supportive . The car was making some noise from the front dashboard which was very annoying. John helped to have a technician check, and perform test drive to duplicate the issue. The technician was able to locate the issue, and was able to fix the problem. Overall I was very happy with the service. Due to the attitude, and willingness of the service team, I have been bringing my car for service at Piercy Honda, and will continue to do so in the future.Great Service.

SHADY SALES PRACTICES, we had a horrible experience at this dealership. Just to begin with their inflated MSRP, that is just a bad start. Think twice about coming to this dealership, for sure you will overpay. If you want a fair and straightforward buying process don’t come here, they don’t care for you as a customer. Sure the inventory is low, but there are plenty of other dealerships out there, choose the one that treats you right. And run away from that square sheet!!!

Updated star review. Had a wonderful experience with our salesman Thomas Battles, and did not feel pressured in making our purchase to a new Ridgeline. He needs huge recognition for his great customer service and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Anyone need a new car, ask for Thomas.I dropped the 5 star review to a 3 star review ONLY because their finance team made the whole experience uncomfortable and were very pushy. Once the finance manager came in, the whole experience was ruined because i kept asking for clarification and he kept repeating the same thing. And he was more focused on attempting to poach me as a technician to work for him and showing me his Snap-on tool box. Neat. Just trying to buy a car here. Stop attempting to poach me. Anyway, with everything said, sales team i give them a huge 5 star rating. Finance team, solid 3 stars. 👌

Went in to fix a recall, and they disconnected my keyless fob, and then when I went to let them know the next day they wanted to charge me $192 to make a diagnosis, when it clearly was that they disconnected it, because it was working perfectly fine before ! $192 + wtv they were going to charge me just to connect it again ! Don’t go here to fix your recalls!!!! Bad customer service !

Bought my car here over a year ago (little difficulty with the Finance Dept but were good now) and the members of the Service Team have really come through time and time again, for every maintenance order since then, and made the whole experience worthwhile. They always take the time to explain the work the car needs (without adding unnecessary tasks), what work theyve done, and how you can help keep the car working at its prime. My husband and I went to inquire about the CR-V. We had called earlier by phone and someone from the dealership had asked us to come in and that the CR-V was available for test drive. When we went to the dealership, we were told everyone was busy. When we requested for a test drive they started jeering by saying we can test drive if we pay 5K above MSRP and sign that day. They said a few other things which I really dont feel like mentioning but seriously they were trying to insult us and make fun of us. There were no customers there apart from us and I wasnt surprised- if this is the type of customer service they offer. We just stopped considering the CR-V after this and proceeded to buy the Venza. Hondas brand name is getting dented seriously.

Worst car buying experience ever. The salesperson gave me a quote for civic sedan 2022 ex trim for 32,000 usd whereas msrp is 24,700. He argued a lot and blabbered that its calfornia and its the cheapest rate anyone can offer. When I started to walk out, he then gave me deal at 26500. Seriously? If someone new for buying car, please avoid the dealer. You will be easily deceived by them. For example, he also offered me a low lease for honda accord, but the total cost of car is way high. No ethics. Without car being in inventory he wants me to pay deposit, do credit score check. Huhhh.

I was a long time customer for Piercey Honda (since 2012) and have used them for most of my services. I did notice a significant change in their customer service since early 2020 as most service advisor are mostly a salesman now(not sure if its related to the pandemic). Our Honda Odyssey had a fuel cap warning sign come up and we since we have purchased an extended bumper-bumper warranty, I took it in for a check-up. The service advisor stated that they will charge me a diagnostic fee of $199.98 to root cause this issue and there is a chance there might be no issue found. A bit surprised with his response since the fuel cap warning sign was triggered multiple times, I noticed Piercey Honda takes competitor coupons, I searched and showed them a free diagnostic web coupon from Capital Honda (also valued at $199.98) but they wouldnt take that (even after an escalation to a service manager) and ask me to book an appointment with Capital. Again, disappointed with the advisors response but I took on his advise and have scheduled an appointment with Capital Honda. I am hoping Piercey Honda will be back to be customer focus dealership soon as it used to be an amazing Honda dealership. .

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!We went here to check out the Accord Sport 1.5T. The salesperson who came up to show the car was Waheed.After showing the car, I made it clear to him that Piercey Honda was the first Honda showroom were visiting and we wanted best price for the car so we can decide to buy it towards the end of the month.He called us to his desk to give a quote of the car he told us that hell reduce and give the best price.He made us wait for over 20 mins to get a quote of 1 car and that too was for Accord Sport 2.0T which was not of choice.The quote he showed was $43K whereas the MSRP was $33K for 2.0T.I asked him the quote for Sport 1.5T he then rudely dismisses it and asks as I quote, Will you buy the car today or not?I reminded him that I was looking for a best quote, after this he started talking in rude tone. He asked what price are you looking for? I told him somewhere near MSRP or little more than that but not $10K more than MSRP.Now, he just got up from his chair and then said as I quote him again, THE DOOR IS THAT WAY, GET OUTWe were shocked at these words of his.We were in a hurry so we just left from there.Next day, I go to the supervisor and tell him about the episode. His first question, why would you quote MSRP? we never sell at that price, we wont reduce even a dollar less than the price we showThen, I pointed out its not about the price but the behavior of the salesperson then he started to laugh and ignored as if its common for them to interact with customers rudely like this.If the store supervisor himself doesnt care about these incidents then theres no one to approach on the site for help when it happens.I hope someone responsible takes this issue into consideration and act on it. Ill make sure to tell people not to visit this place and there are many other Honda showrooms around which have better customer service.

They tried to sell a damaged car to me without letting me know about the damage. There is a accident reported on the car and the car even has a dent. The person who showing the car tried to hide that and didnt mention about the accident reported. Once I figured out the damage they tried offering me more discount . But I dont trust them anymore so I didnt take the car.

I got my Fit Sport from this dealership. My salesperson, Marcus, was pretty responsive with his emails. Made an appointment to check out the car. I decided to buy and Bryan from finance helped me out with the all the paperwork and patiently answered all my questions.Before leaving, Marcus told me to email him if I had any questions or if I needed any accessories for the car. A few days later, I realized I needed a cargo cover so we emailed Marcus. Never got a reply. I guess the customer service stops once they get your business.In addition, I filled out their parts request on their site and no one emailed/called me. Get everything taken care of while you’re there.Overall, they do a good job taking care of you while you are there.

Came to buy a Honda Civic Hatchback at 9PM on a Friday, and Manolo Ríos was the first one to great us. He was very direct to the point, no hassle and was willing to work with us. That’s the kind of service any customer wants, but especially with the kind of service that makes you feel welcoming as if you were at home. The simple gestures of offering coffee or something to drink, those kind of manners that sometimes there hard to find when buying a car. Buying a car can sometimes feel stressful, well let me tell you that’s wasn’t the case. If you ever in need of a car feel free to stop by at Piercey Honda and ask for Manolo Ríos, he is bilingual so if you need someone who speaks Spanish ask for him or feel free to call.

Went in for my second oil change, as the car is brand new. 16,000 miles. Sent my wife in to get the oil changed. Advisor explained the necessary things for the code that the car pulled up. Told her to sign and they would get started. They said they are also going to do a alignment because its recommended wife called me asked if that is ok. Told her no on the alignment because car is brand new, drives straight, and we never hit curbs. Goes back to the advisor her name is Rosalie Tran. Tells her I only want an oil change..... after they finished we got a bill for $337.33??? My wife tells me that the oil change was $337.33?? After looking at everything, they gave us more than an oil change. Differential service. My wife said ROSALIE TRAN never told her that this is going to be more than an oil change. She also would have called me to make sure we wanted to go with that option. I told the advisor to have her manager call me. I had to call the next day and told ROSALIE that I can come down there if she prefers. KEVIN the service manager who I know personally as I have worked at the dealership before finally calls me. Basically didnt believe what I had to say! Told me that is not in his Advisors character to do that. I explained to Kevin that my wife would have never agreed to pay $337.33 for an oil change. She was not told the price Kevin, your prices arent even in bold on the work order. Only on the invoice when you pay the cashier. I wont be coming back, nor will I ever recommend this business.Customer is always right

I went to Honda Piercey spending 1 hrs with my family, but they said the car was already sold out this morning. Problem is I didn’t have any message from Honda before I left my home for there. Say they do work on your vehicle but when my service report says the spark plugs were changed I expect them to be changed. Upon further examination they were not changed and also got my vct actuator fixed and after 10k the part was faulty again. They dont do the work they claim they do but they want to get paid..

Very unprofessional. They wanted to charge me $200 to replace my weak battery. I went to the autoshop and it turns out my brandnew battery was of course in perfect condition and 100% charged, just loosely connected on one end, which the professionals at Honda didnt mention a word with.

My son was looking for a car on CarGurus and found a few listings. After one bad dealer experience and one car was totally not what they said it was, we were a little skeptical.We saw a listing at Piercey Honda, I sent out the standard information request form on CarGurus and received two responses within minutes from Aaron and Omar.We made arrangements to meet, we drove to Milpitas from San Francisco. So I was hoping that this time it was a real deal.When we arrived we were greeted by Aaron, a very nice down-to-earth dude. He walked my son and me out to see the car and meet Camran who brought the car around. Camron was super cool and no pressure.This was my 19-year-old sons first car buying experience and they made it awesome. They were pleasant, fair, and clear.Everyone we dealt with was awesome! I really appreciate that at no time did anyone make us feel pressured.Special thank you to Aaron, Camran for making the process for my son a wonderful experience (a young first-time buyer). This is something he or I will never forget.I wish more car dealers and staff were like them.

My experience was really good, even though I didn’t book an appointment I was greeted by service representative as soon as I reached there and whole process was quick and easy.Johnny Nguyen Was the service representative who helped me on that day he was very professional and answered all my questions regarding the process.I will definitely go to Piercey Honda for my next scheduled service.

Never never come here to get your car serviced, prices are ridiculously high! They charged me $150 for labor fee, just oil and filter changes.The response below is just official response. I called the number few times, they just transferred me from here to there. I didn’t get to speak with anyone who can take care of the issue!
