I had Leaf filters gutter protection install on my gutters..The best investment ever!!! Great company!!! The installer was great he did a wonderful job I couldn’t be happier..with the job and leaf filter works like the salesman told me…

I had the Leaf Filter system installed in January, 2021. The salesman was very good and provided an impressive demonstration. I live in a wooded area with many pine trees and was assured my setting was the perfect candidate for this system. After thoughtful consideration, since this was such a very expensive undertaking, I decided to sign the contract. They were installed the same day. My problems started over Memorial Day when we had heavy rains. The water was rushing over the gutters in the front and back of the house. This was the start of my problems. A technician came out and I was told that the gutters were not pitched correctly and that it would take two technicians to correct the issue and I would receive a call to schedule the appointment. I never received a call. I called and was given a date and timeframe of 0800-1200. No one showed up, so I called and late in the afternoon the same technician showed up ALONE. He recalled that he told me it was a two person job. Then he calls his supervisor, who instructed him how to do it alone. I spoke with the supervisor at this time because I was skeptical. Colby finished the work in less than an hour and told me that the back downspout was also plugged. The supervisor assured me that he would be coming out to inspect the work. That never happened.Last week during some rain the water was again pouring over the gutters. I had sod laid last year and it is completely ruined under the gutters, because it it just a mud puddle. I again called and today the technician came, not during the assigned time frame. He put the ladder up in the front bed and walked all over the roof with a small hand broom and swept all of the debris off, I had to get my blower out to clean off my windowsills and front porch. The technician then tells me that Leaf Filter is aware that there is an inherent problem with debris gathering along the flashing and they are working on a solution. He then tells me that they will continue to offer this service, free of charge. Seriously, why did I pay $4000 for this system.

The customer service was great the installation was prompt, clean, good quality, fast and very thorough. Inspector came after installation was done. Shared pics with me what was done. Very satisfied! Appreciated the financial options available to us, which enabled us to do this. Climbing ladders is not something we can safely do any more. Great product for our gutters to be free of debris and sturdy installation was done to our own gutters. Very pleased.

The product provides all of the protection the Sales Representative said it would- it is durable, high quality and provides better protection than similar products. The Sales Representative anticipated our questions, provided an on-site demonstration, answered all of our questions in a very professional, friendly and helpful manner. The installation team were professional, polite, efficient and timely. This was all accomplished at a very competitive and reasonable price.

Their instillation crew was friendly and professional. The work was completed on time and they cleaned up afterwards. We have had several storms since then and the system works beautifully with no problems.

We had some of our garage done by LeafFilter about 12years ago. Never had a problem with it. My husband had been cleaning the house gutters and the lower gutters on the garage since the other installation, 12yrs ago. Recently he has hurt his back. We decided to have the rest of the gutters done. LeafFilter did not replace the gutters. This product is well with the money.

We were surprised to find their installers had his kids helping to do the job. However, it all was done quite professionally, and just in time before the tropical storms.They also did a good job of picking up after themselves, but afterward, we found five large screws in the yard. I sent a photo of four of them to the salesman, Kahlil. I suggest the crews be equipped with an inexpensive metal detector that will help them in the future.

Looking at the typical photo image of the product you can only see the screen or filter from which it gets its brand name. What stuck me the most was the structure below the filter. It appears well designed and exceptionally durable. This is the structure that supports the filter material. Also, my particular situation involves very small seeds every spring, not necessarily leaves in the fall. Therefore my concern was that if I chose the competing brand of gutter guards, these small seeds could follow the current and end up in and eventually clog my gutters. In addition, I commend the installing crew regarding scheduling and installation. Everything was very profession and competent.

There was a problem with the start of my install but as soon as the manager, Jay McD, heard of it he rescheduled and compensated us for the inconvenience. The crew was neat, nonstop and kept us informed about everything they did. Product looks good and works very well. Researched and found them to be the best product by far. They were hard working, fairly priced and I would definitely recommend them without reservation.

The salesman Khalil was great, very friendly, easy to talk to and very honest. He was great to do business with, also he was good at follow ups. The contract was written on May 26th with an install date of June 8th. Received a call on June 6th from Drew to tell us they won’t be doing the installation on the 8th and to give the Milford office a call late Monday afternoon if we didn’t receive a new install date earlier in the day. Called the Milford office at 4:15 PM on the 8th and was told the new install date was June 25th because the installers transmission went out on his truck. Really!! Was told the crew was a Maryland crew who’s truck’s transmission went out, and now the Milford crew would do the install on the 25th, when I was told all along the install crew would be from Milford. Finally on the 25th two gentlemen showed up on time and completed the installation. They were very friendly and did a good job installing the LeafFilter. I paid the installer with a check, but was not given a job number or any paperwork or receipt for the job. I was told the Milford office would send me the information to register for the warranty. Well it is now July 22nd and I have not received anything by mail or phone. No information to register the warranty, no job number, no receipt, no nothing!! Called the Milford office and no answer, called the customer service number and no answer, but left a message on the voicemail. Called the office number again and this time straight to voicemail! Left a voicemail on the office number as well.I can say I am impressed with the LeafFilter product, we have had several hard rains and it handled the rain with no problems. As far as professionalism, there is none, as well as poor or no communication!! The commercial on TV is impressive, but the Milford office is not! Still waiting to receive the information so I can register my very expensive LeafFilter system! I am not impressed with the Milford office of LeafFilter at all, but yet I am supposed to believe they will back their work and product for life went I can’t get them to respond to any of my inquiries!!!! Very sad, but true!!
