I first want to mention that my original contractor who recently retired recommended A+ Exteriors. I called A+ and scheduled my appointment to provide an estimate within 1 week of the call. Tim arrived on scheduled date and discussed replacing my front entrance door to my home. He recommended we purchase the door of our choice and advise A+ when door was ready for installation. I received estimate within 1 day. We scheduled the installation date and installers arrived on time, were very courteous and provided a top notch professional installation. I have a second estimate for installation of new pull down attic stairs provided by Tim. Tim and entire A+ team are very professional, courteous and provide A+ quality at a reasonable price. I have already recommended A+ Exteriors to family and friends. Word of mouth is the best advertising !

Cannot say enough nice things about this group and especially the workers. Ive had my siding, gutters and 1/2 of my windows done by them and just today the final 5 windows - some 5 years after the siding and first bunch of windows. The work and especially the workers is ever getting better- they are/were great to begin with, but how many places can you say get better with age?? except wine?? from the top down, they are worth investigating if you are doing work on your home. they really are

Our experience was bad from the start. The guy who was supposed to be the owner arrived very late, then he was showboating on our roof discussing the aspects of our roof while we stand looking up on him which I thought was very tacky. We used them because they had a little better price comparing to the other quotes we got however, this is one of the point Im trying to make. To try to sacrifice a little bit more for professionalism, honesty and peace of mind. This happened months ago and Im still picking up nails. This company have a group of boys that they used and seem to pay whatever so they do whatever. We set a time for the job and they called us after 7 the evening after we paid to asked if they could come the next day we thought oh wow. Sooner the better so we wanted to agree to the time since we missed the call. We called back several times and left messages and no response. They showed up anyways. We let them nevertheless. We have also agreed for them to change out the gutters. That didnt happen until weeks after for whatever foolish reason. We had to endure lots of rain without gutters. Plus our cover on the chimney was added later. It was a long and annoying experience and it seems they just make up stuff to tell you when you call and come whenever theyre ready. The guy who came to fix the gutter broke one of my angel statue in the back and tried to removed the evidence but they didnt get all the broken pieces that fell in the cracks. I am sure because it was right after he left and I was home alone. That in itself was so distasteful. I would never recommend them to anyone they are just awful. I really could go on and on..

A Plus went far and above what I typically experience from tradesmen. They were knowledable, professional, always on time and Alex, the owner, expertly handled all the negotiations with the insurance company. Without that help it would have been a nightmare for us. Based on the great reviews and multiple recommendations I received for A plus Exterior, I was very disappointed by the assessment and quote provided by sales rep, Tim Kovalsky. I asked for an estimate for roof repair of three missing shingles - he tried to convince me that placing a claim to the insurance company to replace the entire roof was the best option (on a home we closed on only 3 days prior). When I expressed disinterest in that plan he separately called my husband to try to convince him of the same. I’m not interested in that type of predatory business tactic.Still I asked for quotes for the remaining work we discussed - most were high ($400 to replace 2 vinyl siding panels, $1500 for 2 windows), but nothing, but I had to do a triple take when he sent me a quote of nearly $18,000 for a new exterior door!!! No thank you, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

This company put a roof on a building in our condominium complex. From start to finish it was an easy, experience. Alex and his team were top notch. I had a pretty complicated leak that several other companies had attempted to fix. Alex made several trips, surveyed everything and just told me “I will fix it, don’t worry I will figure it out”. Well he did, worked around our schedule, was prompt, tidy and the best part is, no leak!! Done perfectly. The price was cheap. In fact, he wouldn’t take money from me until he knew the leak was fixed. He is honest, smart and a nice fellow. You will not be disappointed.

The process of working with A+ Exterior has been great from start to finish. Alex answered all of my questions on getting our gutters cleaned and leaf guards installed, gave us an excellent quote and had the job completed quickly. While working on our gutters, the guys did a great job and cleaned up afterwards as well.

I recently purchased a new home that needed a new roof. I called on a Monday to make an appointment, and the roof was installed the very next day. New gutters went on a few days later (they even replaced the old downspouts at no additional cost to match the new gutters). Gina in the office is very helpful and super responsive. Will use them again in the future when its time to update the siding.

During the last storm I had water coming through the bathroom exhaust fan. Alex showed up the next morning and after looking on the roof told me the exhaust was fine it was the plumbing vent had a bad boot. He also included warranties and free gutters. Office Manager Gina communicated lots of important information through phone and email in a timely and friendly fashion.I initially contacted A Plus Exterior because there was some staining on our ceiling upstairs. Alex visited immediately and provided knowledgeable advice. In fact, he didn’t attempt to sell me a new roof; instead, he explained that repairs could be made and that I still had some time to spare on my garage roof.When we decided to move forward on a completely new roofing system, Alex explained a clear rationale for the methods and materials used, and he answered all of my questions. Even though he is very busy with a growing company, Alex spent over an hour talking to me about my roof; I could tell that he appreciated my business and is passionate about his profession.His team worked diligently to install the new roof. They arrived on time and created a safe, organized work environment. They documented all stages of the project, meticulously stripping off layers of old shingles and checking the decking for imperfections. Then they installed a new roof with precision. Everything—underlayment, rake trim, ridge vents, flashing—was installed properly. The shingles look great and have rejuvenated the look of my home. The next day, an additional team visited and installed gutters and downspouts. A Plus Exterior recently replaced the roof I have over my kitchen area that included a sky light. I had damage to my roof. My only interaction with the insurance company was to file the Initial claim. Alex went over the damage with the claim representative and was able to have the claim adjusted when the work indicated that more needed to be done. The roof replacement was done well and fast at a good price.

Alex came out performed an inspection of our issues, took pictures and explained everything. When we selected A+, they were prompt in scheduling our job, answered any questions I had and took after pictures and emailed everything once the job was complete.

We did not buy a roof from them, but that is actually the point. We called A+ Exterior asking them to take a look at a leak in our porch roof and give us a quote. The owner Alexander Montero came out, looked at the roof, and patched the roof for free and told us we did not actually need to replace the roof and that it was good for another year or two without replacement. He even refused to take a tip!
