Touchless car wash station doesn’t work - ate my money for the basic car wash and I stood there like an idiot for 20 mins waiting for it to open up. Go somewhere else, not worth your business, it’ll just take your money.

Terrible. Car wasnt clean. I asked to go through again. Denied. Asked for refund. Denied. Definitely not the EZ Way. Kid was laughing at me, told me to get out of line and not to come back.

Very happy with the new touchless wash system they installed! Did a great job on my car trying to keep as much of the road grime off during the winter as I can. Their tunnel wash is good as well but I prefer touchless when I can. Would love if they offered a monthly pass for the touchless!

The engine degreaser and tire cleaner didnt work, the vacuums worked welland had plenty of suction.

I used a self wash bay. Water pressure was awful and even though I only rinsed, I could see that soap was leaking out slightly, I kept seeing a small amount of suds while I rinsed. Now I have to wash the soap spots off somewhere else. Lesson learned, that was my first and last time.

Self wash left white dry spots all over my car, I will never use this car wash again complete waste of money, car looked worse after the wash than before

There was a huge pile of salt right in the bay that I kept tripping over. The nozzle would constantly drip down my hand and sleeve with the pressure nozzle and I have a hazy film on my windshield that wont come off.

Just used this service today the automatic wash left wax and soap all over my car I had to go pay an additional 8 dollars to reclean it myself spoke to the manager and he refused to compensate us in anyway stay away from this buisness.

I see reviews on this car wash scratching peoples cars Ive been through this car wash dozens and dozens of times without incident...most people are just looking for a handout. These folks provide a great service at a fair price. on May 26th 2020 I would like to add to this review, I purchased the monthly wash club pass for the top of the line wash, i think it was around $50 for the month...I have to say the additional money is worth it. I normally spray my own wheel cleaner on before going through, and then spray wax the car and shine the tires up on my own after. My car comes out better using this package than It did doing it the old way and if you go once a week its only 12-13 per wash. Great value and a great local business that Im happy to support!

Did the self serve and did a 4 dollar soap and a 4 dollar rinse. I like that I can use my card but I do not like that each swipe is only good for 4 minutes. after the water dried on the truck it was covered in white spots. So make sure you wipe the water off before it dries.

Great self service 24 x 7 multiple bays, that can handle 2 cars at a time. There is hardly ever a wait here. They also have a ride through wash with great monthly or single use options. The staff are friendly and do a great job. This is a real great car wash.

I have been going to this car wash for years and they do a great job. I like the new updated changes and the added detail service for interior cleaning. They take good care of their customers.

Im very happy with quality of the drive thru wash and the people are always friendly, even if I have to call the office. I have the monthly gold package and I think its worth it since I go 3 times a month. I also bring my motorcycle here to the DIY wash because its inexpensive(Ive seen +$2 more in Franklin near me) and some of the bays take cards, which is wicked convenient.

Today I went for a car wash. I was first in line. After waiting about five minutes and no attention I got out of my car and went looking for an attendant. There were now six cars behind me all aggravated. A woman approached me and said her son left to go cash a check. There was no one to operate the car wash. All six cars and I left. I think the owner needs to get his act together. I went to Green St. Car Wash and they did a great job.

Ive been coming to E-Z Way Car wash since we moved to Milford and I generally have no complaints. I now have a monthly pass there which is convenient. On a couple occasions where I had issues, one of the two owners, Ryan, has spoken to me directly to resolve and really cares about taking care of the customer. Ive seen a few people complain about scratched cars on here, and what people have to understand is that sometimes dirt and grease from a previous car gets on the brushes in any car wash, which is then transferred to the next car as either grease stains or an unfortunate scratch. That happened to me recently, I had both grease stains and a scratch. I called Ryan, and he did not fluff me off, in fact he did not demand proof that the scratch was caused by the car wash or anything, he took responsibility and met me at the car wash after I got out of work and buffed out the scratches, now my 4Runner looks better than it has in years. Im completely satisfied with this car wash, as well as the owners, Ryan and his father Mark. Ive met both, nice guys who care about customer satisfaction and have put a lot of money into this business to upgrade its equipment since taking it over.

This place used to be awesome. I honestly didn’t even want to give it a star. The sign said “under new ownership” I really hope they fix this place up! It took longer to find a working vacuum station then it took to vacuum my car. (Only two worked). The self wash car bays where horrible, after finally finding one that actually turned on after paying. The power washer attachments hose turned on and had a huge leak from where it attached to the ceiling. Causing it to spray from the ceiling all over anyone trying to get close to the car. The brush was beat to hell. The wash setting and wax setting both where the same thing. Then after spending 10 trying to clean it. The vending machines took my cash and gave change only (and no it wasn’t a change machine it was the vending machine, the change machine didn’t even work itself) I just wanted to get a “shamee” to dry the car off. And trying to find someone who worked there was not possible. I really hope this spot gets fixed up by the new owners. It used to be a great place to go clean your stuff.

Vehicle was left full of soap. Not properly rinsed.Update: The management answered. Obviously they either did not look at the pictures or they dont care about customers. The car was NOT properly cleaned. NOT USING THEIR SERVICES EVER.

I was a little skeptical in trying this place after reading all the negative reviews, but Im glad I did.Firstly, it is touch less and automatic which I havent been able to find in the last 2 weeks I have been in this area.Secondly, quality although not perfect, is pretty good (better than most of the others Ive tried here).So overall, good and worth trying.

Several months ago I was using the self service bay when an elderly gentleman walked up and stood near me and said something inaudible. I initial thought wad that he was a homeless man soliciting money, so I told him I didnt have anything. Then he spoke louder, claiming to be the owner and pointed to a sign saying dry cars outside of bay. I said Oh, ok, sorry about that and he made a snarky remark about people not paying attention. Mind you more than half the bays were open..Today I was using one of the bays and i saw him pop out of nowhere and began harassing a customer parked across from me about something. Based on the facial expression and body language (couldnt hear the convo over the sprayer) I knew that old guy was up to his no good ways again. By the time I was able to talk to the other customer and explained I was also harassed by him before he had run off. He explained that he pulled into the bay the wrong way??? We had a good laugh about it while I told him my story. Im 35 and very respectful to business owners, and the other customer is middle aged with a toddler in his back seat, neither of us are trouble makers here.It seems this elderly man owns this business so he can yell at random people about asinine subjects. Truly an odd fellow.

Scratched up my whole car and the customer service was ungodly awful. The owner definitely needs to step up and take control and tell his employees to be more careful with customers cars. Never coming back.

My wife and best friend always go here so I guess its good. I dont really believe in car washes.

Horrible experience. Double charged me when I swiped my credit card, car was still a mess when I left. Better off taking your time and washing your car at home not on a timer and can use a better vacuum to reach small places in your car.

Better off going to Fitzys in Grafton, indoors so warmer, less money, much higher pressure wands at least double the pressure

In the winter, the main objective of the wash was to remove salt from the problem areas (the bottom) of the car. While my car appeared clean and salt free, the underwash did not do its diligence.

Scratched my brand new car, when I tried calling Steve the owner to discuss this with him he denied it and told me it was impossible his car wash could cause damage to my vehicle. I inspected the vehicle while vacuuming prior to the wash so I know it was caused by his car wash, stay away from this place!
