Its a car wash. Thats all I can say, you do everything else on your own. Today 8/27/21 was not crowded when I was there.

Russell Speeders is the best. We have the pass that lets you go ahead of paying cars save a lot of time. Worth the price. Workers are very friendly and do a great job 👍👍👍👍

***warning*** if you have a small car there could be damage to your lower control arm bushings either front or rear. My car was not stable on the moving rails and tried for them to stop. I could feel a slight hop when I was in the wash. Yes I was neutral in a manual. Photo is attached of the damage. If Russel speeders car wash is reading this. I want my 15 bucks back.

Service quality has significantly reduced.Prices are very high. Coupons books are not available. It is not same place it used to be.

They NEVER spray all four wheels down when entering the wash bay! The wheels always come out dirty because of that. It would get 5 stars if there were more attention to the wheels! For the price, the wheels should be a big priority for them as much as they are to the consumer!

Went here for a quick car wash a couple of days ago. Have been here only one other time before and when I wasn’t on the track properly the guy made me move my wheel to correct it. NOT THIS TIME! This time I KNEW I wasn’t on the track properly and I was trying to move my wheel to fix it but the guy kept yelling at me to stop moving my wheel! So we went through the wash and heard some strange noises. Pulled out and started to drive away when I felt something strange while I was driving and heard a strange noise. So I looked out my car and my tire was exploded! Because that guy didn’t make sure I was on the track properly! Going to call them to get reimbursed for my replacement tire but if the company reads this, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

Washed my car at Russells today. It was okay, as for my first time. The only thing that bothered me, was that the front of my car was not cleaned. Also, my car was still wet once it was out of the wash... Only suggestion would be someone to towel dry them quickly after. Other than that, it was okay.

This is a great place. I use them frequently for a quick, convenient, wash on a regular basis. They also offer full service detailing. We bring our service vehicles there for full detail when they get really dirty, and they always come back looking like new.Highly recommend. 5 stars.

Not very good on customer service.used to be a unlimited car wash customer. as well as a regular with oil change and detail work to our cars.poor customer service is what they now offera big change from when they first came to shelton.

For the last three months i have been going there under the unlimited wash pass. For those three months Ive been paying cash. I hate the thought of a recurring payment being taken from my card. I pull up to the Shelton,CT location this morning and was told they arent taking cash for that service anymore. WTH? Why not? So i can pay cash for a car wash all day every day but not for the unlimited pass? Ive honestly never been to a business that turns down money. You guys lost 42 dollars a month just from me because of this. Id imagine Im not the only customer who prefers paying cash for services. Its a shame too because the car wash at the Shelton location is fantastic. The Milford location, not so much. Its VERY old and damages a LOT of cars. Check out the reviews. I live 5 minutes from it, and i wont go there.

I signed up for the monthly pass, I was surprised of what came with this monthly pass free vacuuming, stuff to wipe the inside of the car, free compressed air to get dust from the little crevices and you can go every day if youd like and the car actually looks clean

Convenient quick car wash. A fully automated facility; no hand dry service. Would be wise to inspect your vehicle prior to departure as system is not perfect.

Always go to Milford location. This time I paid for the $19.99 that includes polish and tire shine. NEITHER of these turned on when I went through and usually always do. Think they gave me the Express wash. Disappointed

Car wash used to be called Charlie’s car wash in the late 1960’s. Still the best exterior wash for the money. Self serve for interior cleaning but lots of options in vending machines and the vacuums work great. There’s an option for unlimited washes for a monthly fee.

Quickest $6 I’ve ever spent. It pushes you through in about 15 seconds and doesn’t even clean your car in the slightest. Never wasting my money on them again 😂

Fast in and out. You can stay in the car. And itsinexpensive. especially if you get the 2 month deal. I have the 2-month deal on both of my cars. It cost $40 per car, and I can go there as many times as I want. If I want to wash my car 10 times in one day I can. And the customer service there is great. I forgot the guys name but hes tall, has glasses and dark hair with a beard and mustache, he is a super nice guy and really helpful!

I think this is one of the better car washes Ive been to. No one really drives the vehicle off after you are done getting it washed but overall they wax Armor All the tires all inside the car wash. They have a monthly charge which is extremely reasonable and you can get your vehicle washed everyday

Dont sign up for their unlimited monthly plan. You try and cancel in plenty of time and they still charge your credit card. Bad business

Easy in easy out car wash spot. Specials on Tuesday. They have a free carpet cleaning machine and air for your tires. The vacuums only accept quarters and cost $1.50. There is a change machine. Cant say anything bad about this place.

I wash cars all over the state this is the worse car wash Ive ever been to. Avoid it had car washed twice and rims were covered in black liquid. Had to clean wheels with a rag cause of this sloppy wash. I should have just gave them $20 and drove away without a wash. Avoid this business.

Its OK for an automated wash. They usually miss spraying the back of my car, as it goes in the wash, due to some distraction. But its quick, and the car comes out mostly clean, except the back. Dry time could be longer. The more people waiting the worse the wash.

Typical drive thru car wash. They also do detailing and waxing. Cheapest place in town for a quick wash. They also offer an unlimited wash package for a monthly fee. Monday through Thursday rates are reduced for the drive thru wash.

Best place to get your car washed and detailed

I have been bringing my service trucks here for years and have always been pleased by their quality service. I run a chimney sweep business, and as you can imagine, our trucks get destroyed. Covered in soot, caulk, roofing tar, and black hand prints.......... Today I am shocked at their work. I brought 2 trucks with well over 100k miles, which have been sitting in storage for close to a year for detail service. When I returned to pick them up, my jaw hit the deck, shocked how both these trucks look BRAND NEW!!!!!! Thank you!

I love the price point, but why do they skimp on the passenger side during the prewash?

I been going to this car wash for awhile to wash since it’s close to my job but I won’t be going again! Everytime I drive up they want to advertise Unlimited Wash and I have to refuse everytime which is aggravating. It’s a very tight space and hard to line up your tires with the track. It’s even worse now cause they have signs everywhere stating services which shouldn’t be in the way as your trying to pull into the wash. The front of my car was filthy even though it had come out of their wash telling me that the sides are only being cleaned. The workers need to be more careful how they point the power washer nozzle when you are coming towards them cause everytime it looks like they are gonna hit my hood. I can’t recommend this place anymore it used to be a good place for a quick wash. Advice to management move the signs out of the way!

When in town I stop by here to wash my dirty truck. Come out the wash the front & back of the truck still dirty like why I paid for carwash service! So I park & wipe down my truck myself to get it right because no one wipes down your car when you get out! So if you like your car with no dry drips or dry wet spots bring a towel or go to a carwash that wipes down your car period!

It’s decent. Gotta pay $12.50 just to have them spray ur wheels which is bul$&@(; It’s cheaper to buy the wheel cleaner from WalMart and spray it before you go through for the $5.50 basic wash. I go to Mobil in Milford with the car wash and pay $10 for wax and 5.50 for basic. Hmm!

My girlfriend went there once and they charged her card every month without authorization. Every time she went to speak to the manager they told her he wasnt there. Were reporting them to the BBB and consumer affairs

How can a car wash charge 5.75 for a basic car wash one week and go up to 8.50 the next ? What a ripoff !!!! When I asked the attendant why such a big increase he said “ that’s just the way it is for now”. I said I feel like backing out of the line and he said “ go ahead “ . Iv been going here for years and yes the gradual increase of .50 here and there are annoying but 2.75 increase in a week !!!! And such rude attendants !!!! Not sure I’ll be going back there anytime soon

The equipment in the car wash makes small scratches all over your car. I dont know why car washes like this arent going touchless. The brushes inside dont get cleaned enough in-between cars.

Wouldnt go back, wanted interior cleaned and was informed there was an hour wait when there was hardly anyone there, car was still dirty afterwards and they dont towel dry, do wheels or interior windows, go to Personal Touch instead, pay a little more but you get a lot more too.

You get what you pay for at this place. However, staff is not very knowledgeable. I explained to the person taking the payment that I could not remove my cars antenna and asked if the wash would be okay for it, to which they replied yes, and after the wash, my antenna was bent and nearly ripped out of my car. But I guess thats what I get for going the cheap route for my car wash.
