Serge was very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I received quick responses to all of my questions and concerns. I live around 1,000 miles from the dealership, and they were able to help set up the shipping, so I didn’t have to try to figure it out myself. Overall very satisfied with my experience.

Nice little private dealership in Milford MA. I had recently bought a new car I was not looking to drive in the winter. As such, I sought out a little Corolla 4 cylinder to tool around in for the winter months. Came across Milford Auto Mall with good reviews and they live up to it. Very casual experience meeting Bill, let me take the car out for a drive and it was in great shape for its age and showed no cautionary symptoms. We finalized the deal and even after the sale, they send cars to their local shop to have them evaluated and guarantee them to pass an inspection sticker. They found the power window module was bad and replaced it for me. Been driving for a few weeks now and zero problems. I would return to them for a used card any day of the week. It was a pleasant experience and I recommend if in the area.

I think I might have had the best experience ever when auto shopping with Bill from Milford Auto Mall. I was separating active duty military and was moving to the Boston Area. I had a Mini Cooper in Europe and absolutely loved it. I searched the web and liked a few cars and Bill stepped it to help me the rest of the way. The negotiations were easy and respectful, the purchasing was all done through online sources and speaking to them through email. The best part of all, I was coming into country with no car, no home and just asked if they could deliver the car to my hotel. Bill took care of me, when I needed some help. My nephew bought from here and had a fantastic experience. I recently picked up a 2009 BMW X5 and had a great experience as well. Friendly, courteous, helpful patient and not pushy at all. We compared several cars all side by side had them all running going through them all. Finally of the 3 we decided, they got us approval plates and were always keeping us informed. We had one issue that showed up after we took it ( very minor ) that didnt show up on our road test. Spark plug issue causing a misfire, we called and was back within an hour. They had it fixed while we had lunch and were very apologetic. Honestly, it wasnt their fault it happens but their customer service honestly and integrity will keep us as loyal customers. Highly recommend

Pierre sold me a blue Honda Element. After the purchase I figured out that I needed various repairs on this vehicle, such as a new catalytic converter among other costly things. The brake pads also wore off within a year. Buyer beware these people will try and make you buy a car that you WILL HAVE TO REPAIR YOURSELF. Also, he said he was going to put new tires on the vehicle, and low and behold he lied about this as well. Overall completely dissatisfied and horrified that someone has this much of a lack of empathy and respect for their customers and their safety.Response to Owners response:I actually did bring it back in, so I find it really funny that you would get passive aggressive about me complaining about this online. When I brought the car to a Honda dealership, I came back with a laundry list of problems. I was told by Pierre that the problems were just a ploy by the dealership, and that he was not liable to repair. Given the opportunity to fix the problem, he refused. Do not get upset about a bad review, you earned it.

Came and got a 2011 Ford Explorer overall it was a fast and easy process everyone at the dealership are incredible people and really go above and beyond I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT EVERYONE COME AND CHECK THEM OUT THEY ARE INCREDIBLE!!!!!

While I was initially hesitant about going to a smaller dealership, my experience with Piero and his wife changed this. The dealership is a family business that offer the same high quality service that one may expect from a corporate dealership. This is what anyone would hope to find when purchasing a used car!I experienced this service before I bought the car and after I bought it. A few weeks after my purchase I was experiencing some battery problems because of the colder weather. I told Piero about the issue and without hesitation he offered to replace the battery for free. Happy to announce that I got the new battery this week and am happy with the service - The man stands by his cars!

The customer service was great and it was a very low pressure sales environment. If the review was just based on that this would be 5 stars.I bought an 04 Saab knowing it was an older car but have been completely let down by Milford auto mall. After purchasing my car I found out it needed new door seals (leaks), cabin air filter seal (leak) brake pads all around, none of the tires were balanced, new cap for power steering, floor mats, new door lock motor, a new key fob.So after paying above fair market value for the car I had to drop another $1800 into it in order to make it road worthy. These are things that a reputable dealer should and would catch prior to selling a car. If buying from them make sure you look over the car with a fine tooth comb.

One month later the piston on the inside of the rear caliper launched out the back of the vehicle an smashed through someones front grill on the highway. She took the vehicle back he supposedly did a brake an caliper replace he never did anything an then tried to charge her 700. The vehicle has had so many issues.
