Paid for tip prior to service being formed as requested by cashier. Received car back, interior still dirty, rims are a mess. paid for the work service beware.. water spots

I havent been here in years because my car was never cleaned well. I had heard from several people that they are better after new management so I tried again. I paid for their The Works package. This is what I was left with. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and its not even worth trying again.

Took my car there twice, both times my car left still dirty inside. Even after they gave me a free wash because of the bad experience. I litterly picked up a towel and started cleaning my car myself, and noone cared. I paid for the works and got lazy... never again.

For thr 29 dollar price of the works i woukd think they would have at least did a better job of vacuuming. Mud remnants on the sill and dirt in cup holders and on console. More bugs left on truck after i left than when i came in. People were pretty good i guess lesson learned

Went for a second time today 5/22/21. Been there once before and wasnt that bad. I usually go to Dover to get my truck washed. I live in Milford but work in Dover. The places in Dover do charge a bit more but after today I realize that its definitely worth the extra money to go to Dover. Streaks left on all the glass, water spots on the outside of the truck and somehow the passenger side floor mat was put back sideways and had standing water in the actual floor mat. SMH... Read the other reviews, this place is terrible.

Premium Full covers wiping the cup holders and door jams.... Ill do it myself next time. Ill never come here again. Should get a refund for this.

I was most unhappy when I got back in my car after I supposedly got the $23 service that I saw two distinctive muddy foot prints on the mat on the drivers side. I asked one of the boys to clean it up. He was only able to smear it in the 1-2 minutes he worked on it. He then told me there was nothing he could do. I will not get my car cleaned at your business again.

Unprofessional workers with poor attitudes. Terrible experience. My girlfriend took her car for a wash and they did such a bad job cleaning the interior I asked one of the boys for the towel off his shoulder to finish the job myself. The girl at the front desk was very nice and did come out to help once she realized that two customers were cleaning their own car, but it was too late to make a difference at that point. I did appreciate her attitude and effort though and she receives the one and only star given in this review. Given the many other poor reviews this business has received online, its also quite telling that the owner doesnt care about the well-earned reputation he is gaining in the community. Wont waste my money here.

It appeared to me that they were short handed. From start to finish took way too long. They did a good job though.

This car wash is the absolute worst, they charge 30 bucks but cant vacuum nor clean windows. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.. Not to mention the owner is so unprofessional.

Some days better than others. Kind of hard to screw up washing a car, outside of physical damage to your vehicle. I havent experienced that but others have.

Too much money for a sloppy job. Paid for the works $29.00 plus tip wich includes bug removal. Still had a lot of bugs when done. Break dust still on wheels. Tire shine what a joke! And thats just on the exterior. Interior not any better. Waste of money.

I went yesterday and paid $29 for their top wash. Had to go back because it wasnt vacuumed. Then after i drove off i noticed the windows werent washed.Definitely wont go back, Milford needs a better car wash.

Paid $18 for a full service wash and gave them a 5 dollar tip. I had 3 bags of clothes in the back to take to goodwill. After the wash, went to goodwill, took the bags out and the whole back floor of my van is filthy! They didn’t move anything! I saw them wipe the dash. Still dusty as heck! Shameful. The girl at the checkout was really nice and helpful.

They drove my vehicle through the closed curtains which scratched my vehicle on the front, sides and top. they did NOT apologize and gave me a false name when I asked for the owners name. No one contacted me about the incident. This is the 3rd owner of the DUCK IN car wash and this Business has gone Down Hill. I will NEVER go back. They caused over $1,600.00 in damages to my vehicle.

Terrible service they didnt even vacuum my van and i felt sorry for tgem working in the cold and gave them a 20 dollar tip before i saw tge work never again

Spent $29 got $5 worth of work... Carpet was dirty, cup holders dirty, spots all over car & streaks all over windshield.

They move the lines pretty quickly but the actual service wasnt that good. They didnt do a good job with the interior. Not for the price. I clean my car better for less!!!

I watched my car go through and no carnuba wax was applied (pink and blue foam). Mentioned it and was told the light wasn’t working. I explained that I watched my car go under the wax station and nothing came out. I was then told that it was applied because she could feel it when she dried the car. At my next stop I walked around the car and noticed that midway and lower on the passenger side was still dirty. Almost hadn’t been touched. I won’t be coming back unless I absolutely can’t get to dover.

Absolutely NO concern for our current PANDEMIC. masks were off, noses were out and i was disgusted. the employees that are in your car should show some decency and put on a mask while in your car!! and the icing on the cake was the manager watching it happen.

Most of the dirt on my jeep was cleaned. The ones that dry and vacumn did a good job, but for the price of $18 you would expect a better job. The corners of the windows stii dirty and the doorjam in back not done. I decided to purchas their Premium plan and 2nd time thru my jeep is cleaner. The 2 young ladies, Destiny and the other I dont know name were very professional and helped me alot. I think the 3rd time my jeep will be perfect. I did bring in a jeep that was considerably filty.

I paid for the $29 “works” which includes cup holders, upholstery, vacuum, and well you know “the works”. It being 36 degrees made for me being the one of the very few cars running through and although once done the curb appeal of the car looked great but when I opened the doors once I was at Wawa to get gas i found a poor sense of pride in a job well done.With that being said and being a professional within the service industry I made a phone call and explained the situation which was handled with care and sincerity and certainly was a pleasant surprise in the world of “oh wells” that we live in. I work every day to provide guests with the best possible experience and am faced with challenges from those working for me but Duck In takes very seriously the service levels the public comes to expect. They resolved my issue and will retain my business and for those out there who may continue to post without allowing company’s like Duck In to help maybe before hitting post you should make a call and give management a chance to fix the relationship and do the same for you

Not what I expected. Most of the workers are young men who look like thy dont want to be there. Thankfully, there was an older man finishing up my car. He did a good job of going behind them and cleaning up what they didnt do. I didnt expect their prices to be so expensive either... I paid $23 for the Premium Full Service. They didnt do anything fancy either. It was just below the standard of what youd expect. I probably wont be back.

They could be a bit more thorough with the vacuuming n dash wipe down. Other then that, they were fast,considerate n respectful.

After all the rain and driving through a muddy parking lot I was desperate for a clean car. Probably the worst car wash Ive ever has. Took both my husbands and my car through, and had to finish the inside when we returned home. The back was not vacuumed, cup holders not wiped down, windows and mirrors still dirty as well as most of the dashboard. Way overcharged for the services performed.

Staff locked keys in the car and used a tool to gain entry. No one would speak with me through the process. No one apologized. I asked for a refund. The cashier did not know how to return the purchase to my card. Asked for a business card for contact. They don’t have one! And, the tool they used to gain entry tore the rubber door seal in two places necessitating replacement. The owner is on vacation and his business is not attended to professionally.I’ll report on efforts for restitution of repair costs.

They were 6 people taking care of my car but my son can do a better job! Never vacuum the car, still dust everywhere, $18 REALLY???

They need to train their employees how wipe down a car. Everytime I go I have to tell them to use a different towel when doing my rims. They use the same towel they use on my tires with tire shine all in the towel and than they take the same towel to wipe my chrome ribs causing it to smear and make my ribs look doll. Not professional at all.

Duck In gives such care and attention to detail to my vehicle every time I visit. I always drive away with a smile and with the cleanest car around. The staff are the best and the guys always work so hard at what they do. Thanks for continuing to be awesome. You guys rock!

They did not shut the back of my Telluride, before driving it through the car wash after vacuuming it, needless to say the entire inside of my car was soaking wet. When I asked for the manager was told he was oit for a few weeks. Left my name and number and have yet to be contracted. Will never go back and tell everyone I know not to go there!

I wasnt very happy with the $29 Works wash I recived. I had to ask for what was included to be done and it was only done on the drivers side. I treated myself and left mad.

Had entire car unloaded. Nothing at all in it. Trunk was never vacuumed, crumbs still on floors upfront. Its a new car. Easy to clean. Terrible cleaning job.

Paid premium for the Works. They only shined and cleaned three of four wheels. Could see NO spray under my truck. Had to tell them to clean the outside of my windshield. Mirrors were smeared. This kind of service is the RULE not the exception...

I love to take my car here I dont like that they changed owners they dont have a lot of stuff in house that you can buy for your car anymore I think their service and the people that work for them that cleans the cars are terrific. I all ways tip them every time I go but they need to get some more stuff inside the building to accessorize your car to keep it smelling good and other things

First time at this location since new ownership. So disappointed. I have all-weather mats and they left pools of water in them and when I got home I found a big black scratch on the drivers side back door. I was able to buff most of it out, but there is still a noticeable mark on the door. When I got in my car, it smelled like smoke, probably from the two employees who were standing and smoking when I pulled up. They even got rid of the bench outside that I liked to sit on when the weather is nice, like today. The place is just empty and sad. Im going to start hand washing my car again.

They do a great job but vacuuming is very very bad. Always ask them to redo which they do. Last 2 times didnt bother BC it dont change. Even before it goes through I say Please vacuum it good but dont happen. O well.

I got my car washed here on yesterday. The guys really dont act like they want to be there. I have been coming here for years. But since to change of ownership the prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. After they finished drying off my car I pulled off in my Mercedes Benz SUV, a warning light came on that said there was a problem with my mirror and signal light. I stopped to a store and when I came out I saw that half of my mirror was ripped off. I went back up there mad as hell! It was on the passenger side is why I didnt see it. Not one person out of all of them wiping down my car said not one thing about it. When I came back in the parking lot they knew...they just started looking at each other. I went in and asked for a manager. Someone named Dennis Edge I believe was his name. He was so appiligetit. One of the guy said they saw it and he went and got it. They put it back on. Dennis said the guys said that my car came to the car wash without the side mirror. Lies! Well when I got home it looked like it was scratched. It was missing a clear cover. Again they said nothing about the clear cover that was missing. I tried calling the number that is on the receipts and on Google but no one answered. I called again first thing this morning no answer. And today it rained so they were closed. I left a message to let them know that I was not happy. And that I would be out of town this week. I will deal with this when I get back. I will see if they will do the right thing and fix what they broke. I will not get my car washed there every again.

Had to wait longer than usual because they werent drying off the cars in order. Makes no sense. How hard is it to do the cars in order.

Great car wash. It was not perfect but I love the hand dry and the fact I can get the interior wiped down without paying to detail. I will continue to recommend this place and soon I will schedule a detail job.

Took our vehicle In to have cleaned. Staff was on their phones. They were opening our lift gate on our jeep manually. It has a button. Got in vehicle to leave and weather tech mats were full of water along with doors. Like our windows were opened. Told girl up front and she blew use off.

I WONT BE BACK. This place USED TO BE the best around by far. Over the past year or two their service has taken a drastic nose dive. The last 5 times I went there I had to come home and clean my truck. They leave grass on the carpet and dont even touch the seats when Ive paid for vacuuming. The inside of my windows were wiped with rags so dirty it left my windshield dirtier than when I got there. They leave huge greasy spots of ArmorAll in some parts of the dash and none whatsoever right next to that. They dont dry the exterior all the way and dont put tire shine on evenly or even near the bottom of the tire. If you show them what theyve missed they just go back and clean a little portion of what they missed. You shouldnt have to keep asking them to do what they were paid to do. When they used to do a good job I would tip them 30%-50%, but today I didnt even top them. I paid $28 and had to come home AGAIN avid clean my truck. The workers were arguing with each other and using profanity, and as I was driving out of their parking lot, one cut me off and parked a vehicle there to clean it, leaving me blocked in. This isnt the same place anymore. Theres no doubt in my mind that it has either been sold or is under a new manager. Im sad to say Ill be driving to Dover to get my truck cleaned from now on.

Been trying to schedule having my van detailed for over 5 weeks! I have received 3 cancellations and 1 call due to a conflict in date. The staff is unorganized and the people scheduling are uninformed and rude! It appears that only person can schedule??? and they dont really know what the detailers schedule is....???Youre better off trying a different business....if their customer service and scheduling is any indication of the services they provide you will be throwing your money away!!

Found out Garrett sold this location, which is why the car wash there now is extremely poor. Tire shined passenger side, failed to tire shined driver side. Running boards half washed, tires dirty still. Staff is very very disorganized and rude. Been going there for years, not any more. Waste of time and money.

Service wasnt great. The only reason I came here was because i didnt have time to drive to dover to coastal car wash. The girl at the counter wasnt friendly at all, she didnt seem to want to be here. My truck came out with bugs on the front bumper still. Not very happy.

This place is horrible, my first time there to wash my car got the top package which includes everything from washing to shampooing and it came out at the end and it didnt even look like it was vacuumed. The kids here are just on their phones not working, if i were to run this car wash things would be a lot different. I dont think I will ever go back here again unless I were to get free car washes for life. Never again.

I’m leaving a review only to warn any future potential customers - I had an item stolen from a closed compartment in my car. After speaking to a “manager” about the theft, I received nothing more than an insincere apology. And to top it all off, the thieves didn’t even attempt to clean my back windows. A horrible experience and I will never return.

I have been coming to this car wash for years with every car I owned and never had an issue. I know every single defect in my car being as I show the car a lot and I went to today and the car was returned to me with a gouge in my passenger side doors that came from something or someone at this business. Talking to Garrett the owner he kept telling me that it is IMPOSSIBLE that it came from anything that touched my car and must of happened before I brought it there. Well Garrett I do not go around blaming people for things they do not do and the gouge was not there when I left from work 5 minutes prior to arriving at your business and having my car cleaned. You are unwilling to take ownership or a mishap because you guarantee that your machines cannot do this yet you told me that youve paid for having cars fixed in the past for scratches and various other things that have happened. From a seven year customer you have lost my business but 1 car wont hurt your bottom line, word of mouth will.

I bought a car wash and they did a very poor job drying my truck. When I bought the wash they told me it included vacuuming. When I got to pick my truck up at the other end the truck was not vacuumed and I asked the guy why did not vacuum it he told me it was not included in the one I bought. I paid 1375and will not go back again
