I went for my birthday and not even a day later the gel polish was chipped bad. My experience there I was passed off to 3 different people. They never filed my nails and left me with a bunch of sharp points on my nails. For my Pedi I want the deluxe and I got nothing but still charged for the deluxe. They didnt cut or file my toenails I had to do that myself when I got home. They didnt give me a foot massage or buff out the calluses. The topping on this sh!+ Place they still demand $90 for a service I got poorly and rudely. If I could rate a 0 I would. Never going back there and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

DONT GO HERE!!! Worst pedicure of my life. The products are all expired and smell like latex gloves that have fish in them. My friend and I had to go to the nearest gas station to try to get the smell off but were unsuccessful. 24 hrs later paint is bubbled and a brownish color. paid $100 and they refused to do anything for me.

This was my first visit here. Male who did my pedicure was very nice and talkative however I was told $30 by female worker for a basic pedicure with gel polish before he started. When it was time to pay the women told male to charge me $50. I have never payed more than $38 for basic pedicure with gel at other salons.

Omgosh I had a gr8 experience here today, Especially since not visiting in 2 yrs! Today I went in for a mani/pedi, & they took me straight back to my area. An older gentleman greeted me & he did my pedi. I went w a Volcano Spa Treatment, OMGOSH to die for! It was very relaxing & quite soothing. Got a nice back massage, via their massaging chairs, Also recd a heated neck warmer. During my pedi, I had a lovely gal that did my manicure. She was very careful, took her time, 1 nail was a little off & she quickly took care of it for me :) My legs felt like jelly afterwards, I think they relaxed so much they fell asleep. They both spoke very little english, but all 3 of us had a gr8 conversation & several laughs. Today wasnt busy, they told me, 1st thing n the AM they are very slow. I will b going back 💙

I came in very late in the evening, I think they were about to close and I fully expected them to say they couldnt take me. But they did a dip manicure despite the late hour. After a very stressfull weekend I needed this treatment. I appreciated that she took her time to do a quality job even though it was late and she looked exhausted. They were polite but not pushy. My only complaint is im not a fan of the lotion smell. I will be returning I think.

I had decided to stop in and treat myself to a mani/pedi. The pedicure should have let me know not to get anything else done. The lady was super rude and wouldnt respond to anything I asked. She started on my nails. I kept asking about the color and she wouldnt respond. I told her I didnt like my nails and wanted them redone. She charged me the extra amount but my nails had cracked and were chipping before I made it home. I will never go back again. She also talked about me to another customer as if I werent even there.

AVOID! AVOID!! AVOID!!!!! My mother and I went here for mani-pedis. The staff barely made eye contact or spoke to us. The man doing my moms manicure cut her finger. Not a nick, but CUT HER FINGER! The blood dripped down her finger. And continued bleeding for a while. No apology from anyone in the building. I had to keep showing him where my nails werent smoothly filed, even across the top and not shaped like I asked. He (finally) left and a lady finished our manicures (we should have left!). We both told her she didnt completely cover our nails with polish. Her reply indicated she would take care of it. She didnt. Both of our manicures likely wont last more than a couple of days because of how poorly they were done. I should have followed my first instinct and keep driving when we noticed they werent as busy as other nail shops. WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! But the Health Dept probably should.

My fault should have read reviews first... very unpleasant attitude and depressing atmosphere. I did not feel welcome at all and should have followed my first instincts and walked out. Woman doing my nails never cracked a smile!!! I requested gel polish hands only. When she trimmed my cuticles she trimmed my fingers too!!!! Color I chose looked nothing like it did on color wheel. Very unhappy and will not be back. Salon also very cluttered. I think the health department needs to pay them a visit. They certainly do not appear to want customers or appreciate them . I wont be back and you should take your business elsewhere.

Worst experience I ever had first time I went it was that she had to put the fake nail on again on almost all my nails because there wasnt even glued on she cut me many different times place is very depressing and a mess!! I decided that I would go bck one more time because its the closest to my house and I was in a rush she glued the nail on to my skin not my nail I have had my set on for a week and I put my daughter in the car seat and one breaks any other place u walk in there tell them what happened they fix it move on bout your day no she said she wouldnt fix it for me me that I need to be careful I kindly said I would never be back!!! Should have read reviews!!!

I enjoyed this place. They cant do fancy designs but they are cheaper than most and did a good job. Request daisy shes the owner and the best they have!!!

I stopped by to get a full set of acrylic nails with coffin shape. My thumb looks stubby and none of the shapes are the same. The polish I originally picked out was lumpy had I not said anything he would have been ok with it. I Asked for another color similar and he brought back a completely different color. I was on a time crunch so I didn’t say anything. Then I sit and wait for them to dry and he tells me I am good. But when he sprays them he messed up one of them. They were nice. But not worth $35.

The absolute worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon! The lady messed up my nails, over charged, and then told me to get out and pay full price when my nails werent even finished! All bc I told her I didnt like it and wanted her to fix it! Do not get your services from this place, I promise you that you will leave very dissatisfied and disappointed!!!

This is not a good place to get your nails and feet done. They are over priced and the quality of their work is not that good for the amount they charge. When business do start to pick up they rush to hurry up and get to the next customer. I will go elsewhere next time.

Kind of rough with my hands, made one finger bleed after SAWING TOO HARD. seemed very rushed. but it turned out cute so not that mad at it. i think the price was stretched a little. when i tried to lower the price by 10$ she argued to pay more.

Daisy is amazing!! She is the only person Ive had actually take time on my cuticles in a pedicure. She made sure my toenails were definitely presentable!

To expensive. For a color dip they charge $45. Im used to paying $35 at my usual place. I had to remind him about the hot towel treatment included in my pedicure because he wasnt going to do it. Also the time before this one the acrilic was applied to thick on my nails. Ill just continue to go to the other side of town to my usual place.

Went here for gel manicure as it was close to area were I was running errands. They have a big sign that says 10% off for military and was quoted $35 for just manicure and $40 with wax treatment. I asked for just the manicure which was decently done and I went to pay, no discount, no discount this month and then charged $40 for just the manicure. After the fact they gave me a card to come back and receive a discount and they have their price list on it. So they charged me $10 over, what a disappointment. I dont plan on visiting again if they are just luring people in to deceive and overcharge.

TRAN!!! TRAN!!! When you go ask for TRAN. He has excellent attention to detail and he takes his time. He is extremely patient and polite! I personally believe he is the best nail tech in there. This is the second time did my nails and I am always satisfied!

It was very clean. I took my daughter to get Manis and pedis, when we left she told me her feet had never felt better and I got two thumbs up. So I figure any place that can get two thumbs up with a smile from a teenager must be a pretty good place.

Customer service was the worst ever I my granddaughter and daughter would highly recommend NOT to go here. Me with daughter and granddaughter went here they did not listen to our request for all to get pedicures and jell nail only did both on granddaughter which is 13 my daughter and I only got pedicures the nail polish after a hour was still wet and came off. We get these services done every couple of weeks together and this is by far the worst services we have ever received. PLEASE IF YOU ARE READING THIS REVIEW TAKE THIS SERIOUS. They would of gotten a better review but they were pushy from the time we walked in. I dont like being rushed and I would of left if it wasnt for my sister. They even rushed us to pay and didnt let me nails dry all the way. I asked if she was sure they were dry and she said yes but when i put my seat belt on some of the nail polish scraped. Not to mention the nails were cut unevenly.

Don’t go here unless you want your nails destroyed. The guy filed the previous dip manicure so much that my nails are like paper! I pointed out that one of the square edges was crooked and so he made them all round. I left at that point without letting them put another dip manicure on and now my nails are so flimsy from his excessive filing that they are continuously bending and snagging. Not to mention, the price they quoted was higher than I’m used to paying at good salons. DONT GO HERE.

Worst service ever.. Told the older lady I wanted my overlay thin and natural.. She did the exact opposite.. They were chunky and shaped horribly!! She didnt clean the acrylic from under my nails. Since the acrylic was unevenly distributed on my nails.. The tips broke off the next day.. I called her willing to pay for a nail repair and was hung up on!! Went in to get the nail fixed with 1 person in the chair she told me there was a 2 he wait!! Yes, I went back because only she could have make my 1 broken nail match all the other horribly done nails!! Thank you Alpha Nails for the horrible nail job!! It is because of you that I found a great nail shop in the same area!! Should have given them no stars!! Dont give all your hard earned money to rude inconsiderate people!!

LAME! I did not feel welcome and wont go back. The lady was repeatedly short with me and rude. The gel polish chipped the same day and I have lost 5 rhinestones in less than 24 hours.

Sometimes they are good, sometimes not as graeat. No one speaks very good English so it can be hard to communicate. The door advised that they took credit cards but they will pressure you to pay with cash. If you do pay with cash they wont give you a receipt.

They cut my cuticles in three different places. My nails were cut crooked and the dip nails do not look professionally done. Place did not seem clean either.

I’m sad to say this was not a great first impression for coming into this store. I asked to be out in 45 mins and 75 mins later I was leaving with one of the worst manicures I’ve had. Only one finger wasn’t knicked from the grinder. Ouch!! I will not be returning

Do not go there! My daughter and I went to get some pedies. The lady cut my toenail while she was getting my ingrown toenail out. And blamed me for it!! Didnt apologize or anything. My toenail is infected and hurts so bad.

Most technicians are good but one lady overcharged me was pressuring me to cut my real nails and she filled my nails really low

I really love the customer service but I feel that it is too over priced for the quality of the set. I am military and receive 10 percent discount but it is still 45 dollars for a full set with gel..

So, this was my second time at this place. The first time I went it was ok. Of course they were trying to up-sell more expensive services, but I have experienced that often. I went in yesterday to get a fill, and a woman came in complaining about an infection from an ingrown toenail that she apparently had removed there a few hours earlier( why would you go to a nail salon for this anyway???) I guess the lady working on my nails was the one she had, because the lady stood up and started yelling at her. :/ Needless to say, four of my nails are uneven and look like what I like to call chicklet nails because the acrylic is too thick and some arent even the same length. I will never go back again and caution others thinking about going there.

I love my nails they were a little expensive but totally worth it
