I’ve been going to the Sports Clips in South OKC, but my partner suggested the one in Midwest city. I have to give a shout out to Ali. She’s a great conversationalist, and I LOVE that she told me what she was doing for feedback as well. The haircut turned out great! She knows what she’s doing so well I decided to leave a review. 4 stars only because it was mega busy, but it was also a Saturday and corporates usually the one to disperse hours. I could be wrong though. Anyway, plan on going back!

Personally its a bit over priced for just a toddler & adult cut without any wash or anything. The staff didnt seem happy at all. No smiles or chatting. They honestly seemed miserable. There was one taller blonde gal who seemed ok but the other 3 did not seem happy or cheerful at all. Made the visit uncomfortable.

My barber was nice but did a little too short on the sides and they dont do designs

I have been going to Sports Cuts for a few years. At this MWC location for almost 3 years. Yesterday was the last straw. I will never go back to that location ever again. Those barbers suck. Nope. Never again.

Been going here the past year and Ive always had a good experience! Mostly friendly staff and only 1 time did my hair not come out the way I liked. All in all its been one of the better sport clips Ive been to over the years

Ive used this location for about 10 plus years, ever since they started the checkin online its almost impossible to get in here. I checked in at 10 got a text at 10:06 saying that it would be about 15 minutes. I waited while everyone that came in after me go before me. I understand that they checked in online but do i not matter, was i not worthy enough to get a haircut? waited till 10:40 when they called someone back after they had been in the store for less than 5 minutes. My dad already stopped using this location because of the same reason. Do not waste your time here, they do not value your time. Some people do not have time to wait 2 hours, some people work.

Friendly staff, usually does a great job. The computer system is a little glitchy but Ive never had an issue with the staff.

Quick cut after a short wait. Only downside is that the crew seems to change a lot over the last few years. They used to be a little more stable.

Gets busy but worth the wait.

We took my son for a haircut. After waiting 44 minutes the taper was poor and the stylist cut his neck multiple times.

I took my teenager for a haircut. We waited patiently for 30-45 minutes before he was called back. They wouldnt cut his hair. Told him he had lice. They didnt look at me, the parent, or even talk to me. He has long hair, it was dandruff not lice. The part that upsets me most is they didnt talk to me about it or show me anything.

Before i went i had hair down a little below my eyes I asked for a SINGLE inch off the top and the sides cut down to a 1.5 to a 2 and she did the sides good but she took litterally 3 inches off the top my hair is not even long enough to strand out anymore😐I will NEVER come back

What is the point of online check in if all the people who have just that go before you? Online check in said his haircut was at 12:57. They pulled multiple people back before him. We waited another 35 minutes before the receptionist deemed him worthy of a haircut. I definitely will not ever go on a Sunday again. Haircut was great! Receptionist is awful.

Allison just cut my hair, an she cut pieces off my mohawk that she wasnt supposed to. An shaved half of my hair off. I will never go back there again.

I went in a couple of weeks ago and the stylist argued with me about what a #3 was. Maybe it was miscommunication. I went in yesterday and Jordan did my hair. She has a fantastic attitude so no problem there. The problem is she’s the one who tried to tell me what a #3 was. Again maybe miscommunication. I told her specifically what I wanted. I told her leave the back long because I’m growing a mullet. I wanted two stripes on the side of my head. I was paying attention to the baseball game on tv. She cut my mullet! Id been growing it for three months. I wanted the bottom of the back left long. The stripes on the side of my head are crooked. I should’ve checked before I left but I didn’t. My fault there but nothing could’ve been done anyway. So now for the second time I don’t have the hair cut I wanted but crooked stripes in my hair.

This place always does such a good job! Good prices too! Wish they would open one in Midwest City since I moved!

I visited sports clips in Midwest City for the first time today, used the “Mobil check in” feature, arrived early and as soon as I was done checking in they were ready for me, no wait time at all. MIRANDA was my stylist and took the time to listen to me about how I wanted my hair cut, was friendly, and she did a FANTASTIC JOB!! Everyone was friendly and the atmosphere was awesome!! Can’t wait for my hair to grow back out because I will definitely be back!!

I can understand the wait, but when it was my turn she jerked my head around and missed spots all along my ear and neck. If Im going to wait that long and pay that much then I would expect better service. She was rude from the beginning which wouldnt have bothered me but she didnt even give me a decent cut. It was a bigger lady; can not remember her name. She didnt even touch the top which Im kinda glad after seeing her work. Waste of money; never going back.

Spent the last 30 minutes trying to fix my husbands haircut after his visit today. It was a simple buzz cut but there were pieces of missed hairs all over his head.

1st Time there, made sure to make an online appointment, seemed like the wait to go about it to avoid long wait time. Hair stylist was very friendly and professional about her job. Environment was clean and friendly. Loved the hot towel finish and scalp massage. Will definitely return for future haircuts!

Husband got the MVP special. He liked it. The massaging shampoo relaxes you and makes you feel special.

Nice staff. My husbands haircut was rather uneven, even neighbors commented. Not to be confused with Great Clips, which does a better job for his beard and hair type.

I took my 8 year old son in for a cut. He was treated to the MVP experience, and loved every minute of it. Definitely a bit pricey for a youth haircut, but still a great experience.

I just found out Jordan isnt with the company anymore, she is the only stylist I trusted to trim my beard right, on this side of town. Very sad news. Hope she is doing well.

Be prepared to wait at least 45 min whenever you go in been several times its always the same. First time I waited an hour for a quoted 20 min wait time. Haircut was good but my hair is really simple so that doesnt mean much. The towel and massage treatment isnt anything special. Would be OK if they hired more barbers to get rid of the ridiculous wait times.

Had to fix my boyfriends hair after going here. Did they opposite of what he asked..and apparently could not do a fade at all. Wow. Maybe hire people who can actually cut mens hair lol

This rating is for the app. Don’t bother with checking in early. Came in with kids only to have the person we selected take someone who wasn’t assigned to anybody. Hard to manage children’s expectations when online says one thing and you get into the store and your best plans go awry. Nbd for a run of the mill shop, but why have an app if it won’t be followed. Yes the disclaimer says may wait longer, but 20 minutes longer? Sorry I’ll go back to where the barbers know their wait times.

This place is way overrated! There are many local barbers that do a much better job without the ridiculous wait times and overpriced services.

Im amazed that this chain is still open.Very few women can actually cut hair. Very few chain stores are good at cutting hair on a consistent basis. A chain store that hires almost ALL women?Not good.Go somewhere else. Where there are male barbers. And the place is not owned by a corporation.

Before I went in there my hair was perfectly fine I had a mullet mohawk type thing goin and the lady cutting my hair said it looks more like a mohawk than a mullet and then cut the top of my hair to be more narrow and now I look like a retarded air bender. So yea I aint comin back there Ill stick with the one in Moore where they actually know what they are doing

First time trying this place took my son in because I had a coupon for a free cut .was not a good experience the lady wouldnt finish my sons hair cut because he had one dry scalp flake lol I can assure you it wasnt what she thought it was .and I felt very insulted I was furious so I definitely will not be returning to this place of business

Decent cuts if you manage to get it. Super long wait times. Been here 3 times and each time waited at least a hour.

For a hair cut place it is pretty neat. Tvs and haircuts even warm towel treatment...recomend stoping by for mens cuts. Sometimes the wait is a bit long tho wish they could cut that down a bit. Otherwise pretty nice shop.

Tried to swing by after work and was told there was an hour wait. I didnt have time so I didnt wait that day. I tried to call the next day to get on the waiting list so by the time I got there from work the wait would be minimal. I was told that I cant call in, it WALK INs ONLY. What a load!! Ill give my $21 to someone who will let me call in advance.

Uneven buzz. Left one area of hair way longer than the rest. This is the second time they’ve messed up and you know what they say, “Fool me once, strike one, but fool me twice... strike three.”

Drove all the way here to get my haircut and they turned me away with zero people waiting and its only 4:00!!

This wasnt my first pick. I actually tried 2 other places first today but my normal place was closed or they just didnt answer their phone. My second options is a friend of mine but she wasnt at work. So I just picked the closest place to my job. I am a pretty picky person and my hair isnt the easiest to work with. Bonnie was very awesome. She was very charming even though I was a bit reluctant at first. We made small talk as you do when you get a hair cut. And the conversation and family atmosphere was excellent. She did a AMAZING job on my hair. I had let it grow out quite a bit and did nothing but shower the night before. So my hair looked like a mess but she worked through it and had me going from looking like a bum to looking like a gentleman in no time. I got the VIP package because it was my first time there which is what I probably would have got anyways. This place went from being my last resort to my first option. Bonnie is definantly someone if recommend. Ill be back in a week or so just because I feel confident now in the way I look. Amd its all thanks to her and the details and effort she put into her work.

Online said they were opening at 9, pulled up at 8:55, no one was present, waited till 9:10 and no one has showed up to open, complete waste of time.

This is my go-to location. Always great service and super friendly staff.

Every time you go there will be a long wait time. Also, dont expect to be seen in the order you arrive as they are too dumb to put a sign in sheet so every now and then theyll ask who hasnt signed in and sign everyone in in whatever order they want.

They don’t service to people with disabilities or people In wheelchairs. And their management is quite rude and discriminatory!

Called around 6:30 pm to make sure the open hours were till 8:00 pm Ana said, yes ! I was there by 7:05 and Crystal was my hair stylist yesterday! She was way easy to talk to and wasnt shy to tell me her opinion, im glad to say i love my hair cut !! I only go to this location in midwest city, even though i live on the south side ! Totally Worth it and its really Close to a starbucks !! I only pay $22.00 and get the hot towel around my face and a hand machine messager and im going to school for massage therapy, it was nice to be relaxed and get refreshed!! And if i cut upload pictures on here i would because, The cut was awesome!!
