I had my nails done here on Monday and was there for 3 1/2 hours. I do not do extensive work with my hands, but I have had 2 nails break out of nowhere as of yesterday. All of them are uneven and bumpy. I had dip powder excess around my nails and when I asked the nail tech to wipe it off, she said “oh it will just come off,” and still hasn’t. My toenails look half painted and I was unhappy with the service as soon as i left even with efforts to try to get them fixed how I wanted them. The owner is out of town on vacation, but I am hoping to get to speak with them as soon as they come back.

I have never been so rushed through having my nails done as I did today and the quality shows. I asked several times for my nails to be straightened out and rounded on the edges to no avail. I will not be back.

I went to get my nails done with my sister they did ok in the start but then it went bad and they were rough with my hands and they were sloppy and they started pointing and laughing and talking in their own language which i was using my translator and they were saying very very rude things about me and my sister. I do not recommend going here. PLUS they were super dirty. There was glue all over her fingers and left over acrylic powder.

Got a full set of acrylic nails they charged me $46 when the service is listed as $26. That is the cost of dipped nail which I have done. Nails are done horribly with gaps and splotched nail polish application. Will not be returning and would never recommend.

I love it! My tech did my nails very well, and was not only efficient, but very polite. I noticed that there were only two techs when I went. Because of this, I saw so many ladies who were being impolite and impatient to the techs while waiting for their turn, and eventually just left. Either way, the service was amazing.

I got my nails done and they were yelling at my younger sister because she moved to much and because she bit her nails. In my opinion that is extremely unprofessional. My nails ended up cracking after two days and didn’t look that good. And my older sister got acrylic nails. The nails looked very different from how the picture she showed her was supposed to look. And she used completely different colors. Throughout the place they were running around and they’re we’re only four people including us. It took them 30 minutes just to paint our nails and almost 2 hours to do my older sisters nails. One lady was working on two people while someone was sitting down on her phone. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their nails done unless you want really bad quality and want your sister getting yelled at by the nail tech.

I had to take the paint off because it was on my cuticles and there was spots that weren’t pained at all! My nail broke four days after I got them done. And the shape was not what I was wanting so I had to refile them to a different shape. The guy left in the middle of doing my nails to go smoke that’s not professional at all... and he charged me 45$ for the nails. Not pleased at all with what I got.

I have gone here as a last resort twice, once a few months ago for dip and nail extensions. Those fell off literally fell off which is impossible for dip unless you pry them off yourself. Today was another experience where I walked in, asked if they could do a quick nail polish change on my toes the guy was so rude, told.me they were too busy and didnt even offer to have me wait or tell me how long it would be. Didnt get up either just stayed seated. That was rude in my opinion.wouldnt come back.

I wish I would have read reviews before we went. The last two reviews were our exact experience. Overcharged. I told both technicians what my daughter and I wanted. Acrylic. We were separated and I didnt watch my daughter. She came back with dipped nails, which OF COURSE are more expensive. Daughter wanted coffin shape nails and what they did was a horrible example. I wanted the normal white tip acrylic. He started putting on clear tips and had to take off. Nails are different lengths and crooked. Not sure how to post photos, but I will if I figure out how. My recommendation....try elsewhere.

Ive been going to Luxury Nail & Spa for years. I dont wear nails often but I do get the pedicure and eyebrow wax quite frequently. Super sweet staff.

We have been going here for several years since they opened. I see Nancy when I can break away from a busy schedule with my own business. Nancy always has a smile when she sees me and I will always remain a customer with this business as long as she is there. I also make sure she knows I appreciate her service. She by far is my #1. I would give 10 stars if I could have the option. Thank You Nancy for all you do to take care of me and my daughters.

We got pedicures for special occasion...few days later polish is off of my daughters right foot!! 50 dollar pedicure should last more than 3 or 4 days!....btw it was empty in there on a weekend....probably because of bad service

My friend and I went here for my birthday because I had 30% discount that was sent to me through text. It was 66$ together. However I didn’t end up getting my 30% off it wasn’t the amount it needed to be.If it was 40$ each. Then it would have been 80 together and 24$ off so it should have been 56 not 66. I do not recommend going here. Also my person only dipper my nails twice and I think they should have been dipped 4 times like usual. I only used my 30% because it was applied to me via text. And even if my friend didn’t get the same service of 30% it still wouldn’t have matched up.

Clean, soothing and they do a wonderful job.

Very relaxing. Not crowded or loud. In the past I have had to sit and wait for my turn which one time was of a wait if thirty minutes. Today I was taken care of right away. They have 20% off on Tuesdays and Thursdays which is great for my schedule! Changes are being made for the better with management. I really enjoyed my pedicure.

I waited over 40 minutes, even though I made an appointment. I asked for the peppermint pedicure (said to last 45 minutes) that only lasted 30. He rushed through the entire thing. Also when he painted my toes it looked like I let a child do my toes. I asked him to fix them 3 times and every time it looked no different than before. I could’ve done a better job at doing my own toes. Not worth the money and definitely not worth the time I spent waiting around.

I always enjoy going to luxury nails. The ladies are so sweet there and they do a great job on my daughter and I. I make appointments with Danielle for my dip and she is amazing. I will go to any of the ladies for my pedicures because they all do such a great job!

The service was great been coming 3 years to get my manicure and pedicure. They all ways help with picking out the colors. The new lady that working the desk not much impressed with her outfits for business. There are small children do come in with there moms. She really needs to dress more pefectionly. I want stop coming the ladys are really nice do great jobs.

I had an 11:00 appointment today and arrived around 10:50. The male employee checked me in and took me to a pedicure chair. He didn’t run any water just had me sit there. At 11:35 I was still sitting there and no one had said anything about when someone would be with me. They all then started speaking to each other and pointing at me, but still no one addressed me. Two other women, who just happened to be Caucasian, walked in indicated they had no appointment and they were serviced right away. At that point I gathered my things to leave. As I walked out the door the same guy who walked me to the pedicure chair then tells me someone would be with me in a minute. I expressed my frustration and they all just looked at me like they couldn’t understand why I was upset. Totally unprofessional and I’m left to think I was treated this way because I’m African American.

I had a great pedicure on Friday and Saturday morning I promptly stubbed my big toe. I returned and they repaired the damage for free. I have consistently received great service here.

Used to love going here. Will now forever go to Rose Nails right up the street! They have gone downhill and completely rush me through every time I go for a pedicure! I usually tip well but will never return. Rose Nails is much more reasonably priced for a nail technician who actually cares.

Well it was good but I got my nails done in dip and thin it came to fileing them it cut my nails and got them off centered so now one of my nails are a rectangle and the other I round and I also have a hang nail and I asked if she could fix it and she just did the manicure. and it hurt extremely bad.

They are competent and quick. Some of the workers do a much better job than others. Sometimes the dip or gel lasts for two weeks, sometimes it lasts for two days-just seems to be the luck of the draw. They are not the friendliest people and some of the girls are downright rude. Im on the border of continuing to go here or find someplace else. I think after my last visit I might look for another salon.

I thought I had finally found a great place to get my nails done. The first time was amazing, as I had told the woman of my past experiences elsewhere. Today was absolutely TERRIBLE the woman was very rude and was jerking my hands. I always get the dip and add glitter on the top of they dont have the color with glitter already. She acted like I was nuts for requesting this said they cant do that and she threw the sample nails with glitter and told me to pick one, I did and she applied on one nail, I said nevermind because it covered the color. I know for a fact they can do this I get it done every time I go, I know the name of the glitter just couldnt remember the numbers.I told her the names and she said no you have to know the numbers. Very rude.Not sure if I will return even though I like how they do my eyebrows. They just lost a loyal customer that easily spends $200 a month on services offered and I give a generous tip if I am happy with the results. I will not be treated this way I almost left in the middle of getting my nails done, she was very unpleasant. I plan on calling Monday to talk to the manager to let them know about my experience.

RUDE! I went to go get a full set and had a picture of my own previous nails for reference of how I wanted them shaped. The girl that was doing my nails referred to them as coffin nails. Before she put the acrylic she started cutting away and left me with pointy nails... NOT WHAT I TOLD HER OR SHOWED HER. She could tell I wasnt happy and asked nicely of I wanted them re-done. I replied with yes, because that wasnt what I wanted.... Completely different mood after I said yes. She was rude and rolled her eyes multiple times at me and the best part I was belittled the WHOLE TIME. Even got mad when she couldnt up sale me to gel. Then last thing that topped off the whole experience I got charged $5 for coffin nails when all she did was file JUST A LITTLE BIT off the sides. Not only did I deal with a rude woman they ripped me off $5. Funny how they dont charge for square or round nails but will slide a $5 charge for coffin nails. COMPLETELY UNCALLED FOR. Last time I ever go there.

As I sit here waiting to get my nails done, 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment, the gentleman said he couldn’t do my nails they way I wanted so I switched to something that he could do, and now he won’t look at me, do my nails or even tell me anything. He’s just walking around avoiding me.

They did a really great job. I had my nails done the week before at Solar Nail and hated them so much that I decided to go get them popped off and redone. They look fantastic and exactly what I asked for. She took time to make sure they were done right which means it did take a little longer than I am used to. It is on the pricey side in my opinion...but it is very clean and organized, and they had tons of colors to choose from. They definitely push the dip, so be prepared for that. I will definitely be going back.

Received my first Pedicure here. Spacious and clean facility. Some of the staff is really nice and some are too serious. My wife and daughters frequent this location.

Not impressed. Ive been here about 10 times over the past 5 years, mainly just for pedicures. The ladies are nice but the quality of the pedicure has gone down significantly. I paid extra to the sole remover pedicure (which honestly my feet werent bad at all) just to be told I need to use lotion more and she clearly wasnt in the mood to do a good job. Im sorry, but the whole reason I went out of my way to pay for a pedicure plus paying additional was so my feet would feel smooth. She scrubbed the bottom of my feet for realistically 30 seconds. She spent 30 minutes out of the 50 minute pedicure half ass rubbing my shins, basically. I swear the bottom of my feet were rougher when I left. Never again.

The first time went had a nice service but it was on a Thursday. I went back on a Saturday & service was terrible! I had the nexgen powder. I was so disappointed! It was thick & there were not smooth! There were a lot of wrinkles! It weighed my nails down! I got them redone at another salon. It took soaking my nails in acetone for a long time & then using the drill file to get whatever was used to remove it! I would not recommend this salon! Very poor service!

The pedicure and polish changes are average/fair. From the minute you walk in the door you feel rushed and like you are interrupting their day. I went a second time to see if it was the same rudeness or not. The female at the front desk almost acts mad that you came in and before you can finish a sentence she rudely orders you to pick a polish. Then someone stands besides you making you feel pressured and doesnt introduce themselves as your nail tech. Everyone that works their seems aggravated and tired and unhappy. I wont be going a 3rd time.

I got a gel manicure and pedicure here (with nail technician LV). My manicure easily lasted two weeks, even though I work with my hands, and my pedicure is still going strong! Ill be returning because of how they lasted.

First impression was the place was nice. The service and the workers are so rude. Never coming back that’s for sure.

Rude my daughter and her friend went here they were not happy told it would be cheap tried to charge 36 bucks for a set of nails they didnt like and got cut and was bleeding during process told just to charge 20 to card and charged 36 instead the lady said u lie you pay she lied how by saying not happy and you see the blood. Wth if my daughter gets an infection you will hear for my lawyer 36 dollars is not cheap or worth being treated like crap

I have been going to Luxury Nail & Spa for 5+ years and I love the owners! I live in Las Colinas and still drive to Midlothian ( about an hour drive) just because I love the service I receive and the remolding of the shop is wonderful. Now every shop isnt perfect, I have had a couple of mishaps but I have always been taking care. Anytime a mistake was made my nail techs were always very apologetic and sure to compensate me for any mishap that occurred. I recommend this nail shop to anyone who is looking for great service.
