Today my mother and I decided to treat ourselves, so we thought that Venetian Nail Spa was a great place to do so! I have been there a few times prior, and every single time has just been an overall phenomenal experience! I myself have absolutely fell in love with not only my nails but also all the staff here. Today was the first day that my mom had ever received a pedicure, and she has been telling me all day that for the first time in forever she loves the way her feet look and feel, and how great getting Pampered really is lol. We both loved the experience today and felt that it was right to let the world know about all the amazing people that put their time, and their effort into their jobs here. It is truly a blessing to be taken care of by such amazing and caring people!!!I would love to give a shout out to Annie and Hung they are truly some of the sweetest and most outgoing people I have ever met and I would definitely recommend them for ANYTHING that you are looking to have done!!!

Absolutely love this place! The staff was so friendly and polite, ready to help service you once you walk in the door! Beautiful establishment & very clean. Definitely found a nail shop worth staying with! Even gave me suggestions on what would last longer (dip manicure vs shellac manicure)

Brenda (nails) and Kim (pedi) were amazing!!!! I read in the reviews that some people had a bad experience here so I was skeptical and after going I truly don’t understand how! The vibe is very relaxing and everyone is REALLY nice and accommodating. I will be coming back for sure, and I will be asking for Brenda and Kim!

Anytime I want a pedicure I ALWAYS come here, no matter which pedi you choose the massages are always great no matter who does the pedi for me. This most recent time, I got acrylics and let me just say, ask for Hung!!! This is a simple set but easily the best mani I’ve ever gotten with my nails looking perfect!

They were definitely packed. I mean personally I had never seen the nail salon so busy but the way they handled the customer intake was beyond professional and I am more than happy with the service that I got here. Honestly, every time I come in town to visit my parents I will probably be going here because not only were they hind, they dealt with being understaffed in such an immensely phenomenal way that I cant even begin to describe. I love my nails, and Im so happy I stuck through the wait. Honestly, drinks being offered made the wait go by even faster and lets be real, they wouldnt be this busy if they werent just THAT good.

I always go to Venetian Nails, as a walk in. They have so many nail techs I’m hardly ever waiting. I always prefer Lily but I’m not picky at all they’re all amazing!

Just moved to Midland from Orlando Fl- one of my concerns was finding a good nail salon as I’ve been getting manicures regularly since I was 14 years old!THIS PLACE IS THE BEST! After being unsatisfied with multiple places here in midland I stumbled upon Venetian nails!Great service, great quality, and so super clean during the pandemic!! They consistently do a great job and have and fabulous selection of dip colors! Every dip manicure I’ve had from Venetian has lasted 3+ weeks with no breakage- still looking good as new!!!Long story short great people, great quality and great service! If you want a manicure worth your money this is the place to go!!!

This has been my regular place for a year. They’ve always done a great job on my nails but after a second time with rude customer service I think I have to swap to another salon. This last time I simply asked if she was sure the base color she was going to use was going to be close to clear like the photo I gave her and she lost her patience with me and yelled at me telling me that it was the correct color. That was uncalled for. I knew the color was different from the beginning but trusted her and simply stated my doubt and she flipped on me. If I am paying $60 for a service and am nice the whole time, there is no need to be rude to me if I’m simply double checking that what you’re doing is the correct color. Though they do my nails great, it sucks go in and feeling uncomfortable that I can no longer speak up if I see something wrong with my nails. Hopefully this can be fixed and I can go back some day.

I had my pedicure done by Kim. She did an awesome job. She was very thorough and took her time while doing my toes. She was super sweet and I am definitely going back to see her! The facility was super clean and had fast service.

When I moved to Midland about 3 years ago I was looking for a good nail salon. I’ve now been going here for the last 3 years and will never go anywhere else! Eddie and Brenda are AMAZING and the whole staff is always friendly and professional. Every time my nails are perfect and I always leave with a smile! The best nail salon in Midland hands down!

The gentlemen that did my mom and my manicures were not only funny but did a fabulous job on our nails (one also did our eyebrows and did a fantastic job!). The experience was funny, relaxing and enjoyable. Only complaints were I wish they played music and also there was a lady that just stood there staring. Maybe she was a manager wanting to make sure everything was going well but I wish she would have introduced herself or something to lighten the tension. Other than that, 5 star service!

I have been to this business about 2 times before so this would be my 3rd time. I’ve done manicures and have had my eyebrows waxed. Thought they were great, very friendly and nice clean establishment. Well I walked in today, they asked what I was needing and I showed them a picture of almond shaped nails with a red tip. Nothing fancy or super extraordinary! They sat me down, the lady that did my nails was super quiet. The owner was really funny, made a couple jokes and seems really cool. It took her about 1 hour and half to do them. I go to get checked out and was super surprised I was charged $70 dollars. I’m not one to complain so I payed but asked for a receipt. Apparently they charged $5 for long nails (my nails are medium shaped I specifically said medium) they charged $5 for “special shape” and $15 for a “design” which was literally 2 strokes of red on top of my nail! I usually pay 50-55 for my nails medium shaped coffin. These are honestly no different except the shape. (Almond style) idk I just thought it was a bit pricy. But I did love them! Wish they would of said how much the design and long nail and special shape was going to run me. :/

Brenda did a fantastic job with my dip nails! She made sure every detail was perfect. Would definitely recommend her and Venetian nails!

I enjoyed everything about this shop today. I was greeted very warmly and the entire staff was super friendly. Not to mention everything was super clean. In fact, I watched them wipe everything down after someone would use it. The music was awesome too. I even enjoyed all the changes due to COVID. We had to wear a mask, get our temp checked and it made me feel extra safe. I had a guy named Kevin and I love my nails and toes. My daughters and cousin loved it as well. We will be back.

They say they take appointments but ultimately they do not. It took several hours when my wedding party and o went in and none was done together even tho we all had appointments. Today my daughter went in and waited 2 hours and they kept telling her she was next and would take people who came in after her before her. They tried to say there was a 2 hour wait for everyone but friends and her sister who went with her said they completely disregarded her.

Can have long wait sometimes but overall excellent.

The lady who did my nails was in a rush since i walked in.Now i have wrong color and uneven nails ..I left sad because I see others get 5 star treatment and i got no star treatment more like Dont come back cause I dont care treatment. Still left a tip because im not a bad person.

Originally posted a poor review and was contacted about fixing the problem right away. They told me to come back in and were willing to redo my toes, free of charge. They look perfect now and I’m so happy with Sarah, who painted my nails and toes! She did a wonderful job. Again, I am impressed that this business reached out and were willing to make things right! I went on a Sunday morning. 10 minutes after they opened. Greeted very quickly. Was seated quickly and was given the book to choose which pedicure I’d like. I couldn’t choose between which two pedicures (they have quite a few ) I wanted so I asked my nail tech, whose name was Lily, and she said the aloe Vera pedicure and that was amazing! The shoulder massage at the end was to die for. 10/10 recommend this place. The best nail salon I have ever been too. Lovely atmosphere. Offered drinks pretty much as I walked through the doors. Lily was great. Will be going back and using her.

There were 6 of us, including 2 little girls. We had to wait a bit because I forgot to tell them ahead of time some of us had a latex allergy. But they still took care if us in a timely manor. They were all pleasant. Everyone of us came away feeling relaxed. Will go back. Would definitely recommend them!

Taylor is FANTASTIC!! She is friendly, professional and does an excellent job on my nails every time. She is also about the only one who has never cut or hurt me like others I’ve been to have done when they get in a hurry or aren’t careful enough.. if Taylor is out, the girl who sits next to her is good too, but Taylor is my favorite and the best nail tech I’ve found in this area or Abilene.

Visiting Midland from out of town, I called last minute for an appointment, on a Saturday evening, for a full set of nails (dip) and a pedicure, they gladly worked me right in.The technicians are warm, welcoming and very friendly. The atmosphere is wonderful. Very comfortable! My nails turned out beautifully and the pedicure was relaxing and very well done.Lily treated me kindly and is extremely detailed and skilled in her profession.I highly recommend Venetian Nails & Day Spa. I will definitely be a returning customer!

My experience and Venetian Nails and spa is always a good one. My nails last for three weeks or more. All techs are very good. They very big on keeping you safe during this pandemic.

I was speaking Spanish.So apparently they are the only ones allow to speak in a foreign language. Bad and embarrassing experienced.

Ive been here for pedicures a few times now. Theyre very clean and professional, but theres also a laid back and friendly atmosphere that is nice. Reasonably priced, you can go all out and get something luxurious and expensive, but the basic packages are also very good and affordable. They even have a reward program! Happy customer!

Brenda and Eddie are always great at what they do! I come to Brenda w any random designs and she always outdoes herself! Eddie is one of the only nail techs I know that will keep a conversation and build a relationship w his clients. I normally dip my real nails w them and I go up to 6 weeks w/o them breaking. 🙌🏻💅🏻

Started coming here after it opened. Massage chairs were awesome and they went above and beyond. Stopped coming for a bit because they are not the best with nail art. (See pic, supposed to be lemons) Came back tonight and our pedis didnt even last 35 minutes. No massage just a gentle caress over the legs, no exfoliation or nail work and Pedi chairs were broken. I am so bummed because I really needed to relax. 😫 $160 I will never get back. 2 stars is generous.

I’ve been going to Venetian for a little over a year now and it’s been nothing but amazing. The staff is always friendly and professional, the salon is always clean and I walk out with a smile every time.

The lady who did mine did a wonderful job only thing that makes me give them a 2 star is i called them and asked the price of there acrylics and they said 45 and I go in there got them done and they charged me 70 dollars!!!!!!

I have been going to Eddie and Brenda for about 4 years. I am always impressed with how clean the salon is and how much effort they put into making sure you have a good visit! Yesterday was my first time back since COVID-19 started. I was put at ease when we walked up and saw the hand sanitizing station and someone to take your temperature and ensure you had a mask. Cant wait to go back and finally get my nails done again!

We came in on a Friday evening after 5pm which I know is crazy busy so I figured I’d have to wait. We did wait but the staff informed us up front there was a wait. We chose to stay and my daughter got a manicure and pedicure. I needed to have botched acrylic nails (done from another shop in town) taken off first. Brenda took off the old nails only to find I had mold growing under two of them! She helped me tailor a nail style that would allow me to keep an eye on the mold spots but disguise it and look pretty. I’m so very pleased with my nails and the service my daughter and I received.

Very nice place. Friendly staff. Fixed things I didnt like. Had an awesome strawberry margarita. Ill be coming back here!!

My initial encounter was very welcoming. As a first timer, I was a little skeptic. I had a pedicure and manicure done and they were perfect. That was in November. My feet still looks great. I started going every two weeks and they haven’t failed me yet.. While COVID is still active, I can appreciate them following the guidelines per CDC’s recommendations: temp checks, hand washing and the use of masks with social distancing. Tomorrow will be my last time getting their services.. So, I want to leave there with a bang! You guys are phenomenal and I wish you the best. SN: I love their drinks, also..☺️~Kee-Kee

My wife and I went in for a pedicure today. The staff was great and so were the pedicures. I even got my first manicure and a great massage. My wife said she thought her pedicure was the best one she had ever gotten. We will definately be going back.

It was my second time going to Venetian Nails. I was impressed that my nail technician, Andy, remembered me and offered to do my mani/pedi. He did a great job, I had the coconut 🥥 pedicure, which was moisturizing and very relaxing, and a gel manicure. Great job on both. Good value, friendly service (they have booze) and they remembered my Fiancé and were kind to him as well.
