Don’t go here! Just got a pedicure couple of days ago! And now got a infection! Don’t go here and they rushed you in and out within 20mins for a shellac pedicure!!!

Milano is the place to go for complete & beautiful nail artistry. They are very kind & professional. I am always very pleased with any & all nail services provided.

Took my husband and to my “go to nail place” and I wished I never did it. Made an appointment and waited 45 minutes, $151.00 later and she cut his toe which bled and is still red and irritated. Before his pedi was done he asked for a mani and the tech jumps up before his pedi is done and start the worst manicure ever. She cut his nails so short and drew blood AGAIN. He thought she would finish his pedi before awkwardly doing a mani in a pedi chair!! Seriously this woman needs to take care of the front desk because she is so worried about everything going on around her that she gives terrible service . Sun has always done the best job on my nails but after this weekend I can’t return. Yes I tipped but when I got in the truck and heard my hubbies experience I wish I didn’t

I love coming here to get my nails done they do such a great Job!!!! They pay great attention on how you want your nails and through the process always confirm with you if they are coming out the way you want. Always best to make an appointment!!

Lee does an amazing job and puts up with all my complicated requests. Been in Midland 18 months and after trying 4 places this was the first place to meet my professionalism and quality standards. It’s been a year with Lee and she’s stuck with me!

Avy always does a great job. Her 3D designs are excellent. This time I went with something simple due to time restraint, but the pink n white ombre still looks amazing. She also does the best pedis by FAR! Great place overall. Im glad I switched from the OTHER place.

I give this place five stars...Every single time was a great experience....The hot stones,hot wax,fresh oranges and lime on ur feet ..Win me over every time!Also Margaritas or Wine if u drink!

I was a walk in on a Wednesday afternoon at about 12:15 and the sat me immediately. The staff was very friendly and the salon was very clean. There is a great selection of colors. The only criticism I have is I wish they offered the colors they have for sale. I will definitely be visiting again!🙂

My daughter loves getting her nails done here. Weve tried several different places but this place seems to be the only place that is consistent in their quality work.

Sat in there for more than an hour and a half while two people who did not have appointments came in after me and were serviced before me. Informed manager of frustrations and I was told “You can just get out” 0/10. Would not recommend

I’d give zero stars if possible. We made pedicure reservations for 2 people and still waited over an hour for service. They started my husband while I watched. When they could finally start mine, I asked for a very quick one bc we had to leave. I ended up leaving with only polish halfway removed bc they wanted to charge full price and I refused.

My mother in law went for a pedicure today and planned to use the gift card I purchased for her for Christmas, however, they refused to accept the gift certificate since it had been purchased over 6 months ago. I understand the policy, however, they also were shut down for 2+ months of that time. I would think they could extend some grace and keep their customers happy and coming back. Needless to say, they will no longer be getting her business or mine.

I love Milano! Very clean, efficient and they reliably do a great job on my nails. Prices generally better than the competition.

Such a beautiful salon. Great Custer service. You can order bubble tea from next door while you wait. Dip, shellac, acrylic, they do it all. They even do cool cat eye and metallics. Natural looking dip!

Terrible first experience. Didnt get anywhere close to what I wanted. Instead of resembling or even coming close to the beautiful purple nails in the companies photos mine came out looking like a beginner nail tech did mine. None of my nails are the same length and instead of pointed I ended up with oblong shaped tips. Probably wont return. Overpriced for not getting what I wanted

I had an absolutely wonderful experience. I just so happened to be on this side of town and needed my nails done. Lee was happy to assist me, she did a remarkable job and that means a lot, I can be very picky, she also made sure my nails werent pointy so I wouldnt accidentally scratch my baby boy. She took her time, didnt hurt me at all. She was very careful and delicate. I appreciate her so much. Ive been looking for a good nail technician and now I have definitely found just that. Thank you so much Lee, I will be seeing you next time.

My sister had gotten her nails done and needed the bottom of the nail clear and glitter on top and ended up with pink on bottom and glitter on top. when we compared them to the picture of how she wanted it and it was NOTHING compared to it🤦🏻‍♀️.we went back to fix it and had a different person and finally was better but we had changed it up again so it didn’t mess up again.

Was in town visiting family and needed a manicure, googled and landed here. Service was okay, small selection of shellac gel colors, guy wasnt very friendly yet wasnt rude, seemed rushed, was never offered a drink, no massage or lather of lotion after manicure was complete, than to my shock it was $40 for the manicure. not to complain, but $40 for a simple gel manicure is unheard of in Houston or Dallas! to make matters even worse, 2 of my nails chipped within 24 hours of leaving the salon.

Tony gave me a wonderful pedicure! Great massage, gentle touch and great polish! Will definitely come here again!!

I only give 2 stars because the ladies that did our nails, there were 3 of us, were wonderful.The 3 of us arrive and are sat in the Pedi chairs right away. We sat for roughly 30 minutes with our feet in the luke warm water. No biggie, short staffed with 3 guests to every worker.We didnt have our color picked out so one of the nail techs grabs us a book. THREE minutes later, no color picked yet, and the lady doing manis comes and takes the book for another customer! When they finished she sure didnt bring it back. Our nail tech went and grabbed it AGAIN.The lady was rude. Didnt even seem care. Owner? Hope not.Customer service skills are very low. People skills HORRIBLE.(Only the rude lady)**dont bother calling either.... They just look at the phone ring**

I am very upset with this place.i walked in they said 30 minute wait. I waited 1 r and 20 minutes..I figured ok im in no rush, Henry takes care of me apologizing so late...I ask for $36.00 pedicure and $45.00 solar cats eye nail set that I never got when he said he was done...so I went to pay I got charged $45.00 and $59.00 which should have been total $104.00 but got charged 101.00???? Im done I wont be back !!!!!

Arrived at 5:45 and got horrible service! My friend and I got our toes done first and then the lady who was suppose to do our nails rushed us to pick a color even though we where still getting our toes done. Told us we couldn’t get our nails done due to it being 7:15 and the close at 7:30 it’s not our fault we wanted to be treated for what we paid for! Then called another salon who closes at 7:30 as well to see if we can be could be serviced and got serviced as soon as we walked in, Never will come back horrible horrible service!!!!
