I have been going here for 2 years, very upset at how I was treated when I asked nicely about the $160 I was being charged for 2 pedicures. They have almost doubled what they charge and charged me $20 extra per person for shellac. It felt like 3 people surrounded me, yelling what I ordered, then said something in a different language under her breath . My fault for thinking the pricing was the same, and not asking, but WOW. Will make sure to tell all my friends that I i recommend them .

Living in big spring theres no good nail places so im forced to drive to midland. But its worth every penny and the gas used to get there.. 10 out of 10.

Was recommended by a regular. First time coming here the experience was not good at all. The man who was doing my pedicure/full set was very rough and seemed rushed. On top of that when removing my acrylics he cut a good chunk of my nail off and made me bleed. It hurt so bad I didnt even get my new set. (No apology or discount even offered) Will not be returning here again 😥😡

Everyone here is so nice and friendly! They do an excellant job with different styles and artwork. I love it here! I will not go anywhere else.

I have been visiting my friends at Art Nails for nearly a decade. They do great work and I feel at home there.

Wanted to try something different with my nails. I asked for chrome and boy do I regret going there. First they instead on acrylic which I told them I had dip powder. I have never had gel nail polish crack before and within 20 minutes of leaving there. I should have gone to my regular place and saved $5. And the shiny chrome finish was a joke!!

The service here is incredible. Came in for a pedicure and manicure with my 2 yr old. The staff were so helpful with her. Painted her toes, kept her occupied while my nails were done. A tired mom definitely appreciates their help when I havent had a manicure in 2 years since my baby was born! Very thankful for the great staff.

I love going here. I go to John to get my manicure and eyebrows waxed. He does a great job and the staff is so friendly. I like how they greet you as soon as you walk in the door and they know most of their customers by name! Now that’s great service!! I would recommend going here!!

John is the best!! He does a beautiful nail! I get my nails dipped and coffin style and I am always pleased. I work with my hands a lot and my nails are strong! John is very particular and always make sure the lengths match and the nail is natural looking!

Walked in and seated right away. Did exactly what i asked for and did a great job. I havent had a complete set in months due to another place completely screwing up my nails. I got the dip.

Will never go here again. The woman who gave mani/pedi cut my foot and my hand. Asked for SNS three times but got gel and that is even horrible. She got it on my cuticles and skin. Not to mention my pinkie toe has already chipped off. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I went here after reading all the great reviews. The staff was friendly and courteous. It was clean and I was helped right away. Tony made sure I was happy with my nails and everyone in there (customers) seemed to know all the employees. It was kind of pricey (50 dollars for a full set, two powders) but I will go back just because it was CLEAN and I enjoyed the company.

They were really polite and did a great job on my mani, pedi, and eyebrow wax. My mani was colored acrylic and they have a lot of colors to choose from. They will try to up sell you!! If you dont want anything extra you have to give them a stern no! Ask for Annie!!

I love this place. Ive gone several times and have never walked out disappointed. Even when things went wrong, they apologized and fixed it. They have stayed late to finish up my nails, and always offer something to drink.

This was my third visit. First two were pretty good, but this time not so good. I got the same lady as last time she is middle aged and very quite. She seemed overly rushed. When she exfoliated my soles she sped thru it and didnt even use the rasp as my feet are very calloused and dry. She left most of it which I didnt discover till I took my shoes off. With the overall rushed feeling I will not return.🤫

I was a little skeptical at 1st, I’m visiting from Houston. Everyone is very nice & professional. They took good care of my daughter & I mani, pedi. If you’re in town definitely check them out. The guy that worked on my nails seemed like he was rushed to get my manicure and shellac over with. It hasnt even been a week and my shellac is peeling off. He also didnt even cut my cuticle off evenly, you can see on some of my fingers how the cuticle looks like he just hacked it off. The guy that attended my mother-in-law struggled to paint her nails, it was a disappointment. Everything seems so rushed and the guy that attended me was kind of harsh, he would tap on my hand several times to get me to move my arm or hand a certain way. It was uncomfortable, I went there on a friends recommendation but dont think I will ever go back.

OMG I freakin loved the guy I got he was super nice. And my nails were FREAKIN AMAZING. I’m glad to know there is I good nail salon that I can go to while I visit here.

Unfortunately all the old reviews are still accurate, I came here for the first time for a shellac manicure and they did a terrible job plus cut my skin on multiple fingers. Also it was very rushed.

This place was terrible! I wish I knew how I could show yall a picture but I do not. Me and my friend are from out of town and had time to spare and said lets go get pedicures so we look online and this place has the most stars so we come here and ask for me a snow flake on my big toe and my friend a christmas tree and we made a huge mistake this is the most horrible pedicure I have ever had not only was the pedicure terrible for both of us but the pair is the most terrible paint job I have ever seen I could have done better on my own. You cant even tell what is on our big toes just blobs they also left paint all over the side of my friends toe. Just dont waste your money!

I moved here from Cali a few years ago and could not find a good nail salon until my mom introduced me to Art nails, I love them they do a great job, Traci and John make sure your taken care of....

This place was HORRIBLE!!! I WENT IN TO HAVE MY EYE BROWS CLEANED UP. AND THE OWNER WAS THE ONE WHO DID THEM WELL SHE JUST STARTED PLUCKING WAXING AND CUTTING LIKE THERE WAS NO TOMORROW. AFTET ALMOST 20 MINUTES OF SITTING DOWN AND HER GOING AT IT SHE FINALLY GAVE ME A MIRROR AND MY EYEBROWS WERE PAPER THIN! WHEN ALL I ASK WAD FOR HER TO CLEAN THEM UP. AFTER I TOLD HER THIS WAS NOT WHAT I HAD ASKED FOR SHE SIMPLY SAID. ITS THE STYLE LIKE SERIOUSLY HOW UNPROFESSIONAL ANF INCONSIDARATE. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING EVER. WORST PLACE IN TOWN!!!! DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT PAPER THIN EYE BROWS.

Paid 90 dollars for a mani and pedi with design and eyebrow wax, pedi was rushed and design was a complete mess looks like a child did it, not happy at all, I will never return there again!!!! Dont waist your time and money on this place!!!!

An hr plus after getting my pedicure the polish was still wet. Ruined a pair of shoes I put on.They fixed it the next day but they were rushing to attend to too many customers at one time. I would never go back.
