Really not up to expectations. Simple shellac refill, repair 2 nails and a $45 pedicure with toe acrylic and shellac ended up being $126

Visiting from Houston for work, I had a manicure and pedicure here by Amalie (sp?). She was nice, conscientious, and meticulous. Its probably the best nail salon services Ive had. Ill definitely return next time Im here if needed.

Today I had a dip done by Tweety and couldnt be happier! I had my nails done a couple of weeks ago at a salon out of town and she was not pleased with how wide they had made them. So she told me she would fix them. Mind you, it didnt bother me and I thought they had looked fine but I put my trust in her and let her take them off and redo them. I am so glad I did! The results are so much better and I LOVE the way they turned out! Tweety was very personable and professional. I really like that she took the time to make sure they looked good and paid attention to the detail of each nail,which the other place did not. The staff is friendly and the place is very nice.

Would not recommend! Horrible service, very unsanitary and unclean. The man doing my pedicure rushed and was literally done in 15 minutes. Hardly massaged and left old color in the cracks of my nails. Rushed me through the dip, which i didnt want in the first place, but he kept repeating himself several times to get him to stop i agreed. Didnt hardly shape my nails, clean from under them or massage or apply any type of oil. They are uneven, and filed down past the nail bed, or half the nail didnt get dipped. When speaking to manager/owner, he began to raise his voice not only at myself but my mother. He reassured that he doesnt conduct business like other places in town, yet was quick to raise his voice and treat me like a child. He said he hates when customers dont follow directions and leave a bad review, he could have handled the conversation much better in order to reflect the benefit of my opinion and outcome of the entire situation.I got there with horrible nails and left with some too. As i repeated myself over and over and over, I WILL NOT RETURN. Only wish i could have received the same service my mother did with Amy.

Never have I ever reviewed a place & for me I make sure how much somthing is before I pay and before they even do my nails. They kept switching prices on me which got me confused so I simply ask how much for me and my daughter they gave me a number I could afford jus to go to the cashier to find out it got priced up 15$ more dollars. Had to agrue to put the amount I was told. Never will go again maybe because I was a new customer. For me bad experience.

The employees were rolling around on the floor and being extremely loud and unprofessional. They were playing with something that sounded like a taser (I hope it wasnt a taser, but whatever it was would make them fall to the floor). It was very messy and unclean. I felt like I walked into their storage area.

The best nail salon in town, hands down! I am very particular about my nails and they do them exactly the way I want them everytime! I refuse to go anywhere else.

AJ is my nail tech and is very customer friendly and an excellent nail tech! The shop has a pleasant atmosphere.

I will never go back. Asked for shellac and the paint is all unevenly placed and bumpy. Nails look like they’re a week old and it’s only day 2. The Nails they put on didn’t even match the width of my nails after I repeatedly told her. I’ve never had nails I wanted to take off so bad. Waste of money.

My mother and I went today for her pedicure and my manicure. Patricia did her pedicure and did a 5 star job, she was very patient and sweet and took her time. Q rushed through my manicure and was rough with his tools, but we all have bad days. No hard feelings, but we will only return for Patricias service. Loved the atmosphere.

I use to go to kaden when he was at a different salon. Now he is just down the road from my work. He does amazing. There are also a few other people from the same shop he use to work at that are just as great!!! (I just never knew their names)Definitely give them a try!!

Okay first of all! I have been going around and around trying to find the perfect nail salon because most places are horrible. Came here March 2019 and had the worlds best experience!!! She really took her time on me and got out each and every ingrown! This was also the first place to actually use the scrub on my ENTIRE foot, most focus of your leg! And to top it ALL off she gave me a menu for a drink!! They had Dr. PEPPER ❤️ 5 ⭐️

I WILL NEVER GO BACK! My sister took me there first they got to my sister no problem. 4 different women came in after us. So they skipped me then gave me a a beginner that left so much space between my name and cuticle that it look like it was already time for a fill paid 65 for my feet and 65 for my nails and it looked like a child did them when me and my sister want Gin... I had great customer service. Loved my nails! I was in and out. Didnt wait more than 5 minutes. It is pricey, but definitely worth going black.

While the finished product is fair, the tech that did my nails kept insisting i get the $50 nails after I repeatedly told her what I wanted. I finally asked her if I needed to just go somewhere else. Needless to say she was pretty rude for the remainder of the appointment. I probably will not go back.

I have been using Annie and Jin before they opened, everything is has been great. I would recommend calling for an appointment. That willeliminate your wait time.

Do not spend your money or waste your time at this salon I had the most horrible experience they have no customer service. Kayden is the one who did my nails he was horrible, he gave me attitude, hurt my nails, and didnt even do my nails right! I would never recommend this place to anybody dont ever waste your money here, they need to get someone with some customer service because obviously Kayden is not one of them. I would definitely never go back! That was the most unprofessional place Ive ever been to, and I am so disappointed with my experience. I hope you can find and hire people who actually love their job and doing what they do.

Charged me 95$ Total for both a set and a pedi. My nails were NOT coffin shaped how I wanted them they were squared and uneven also my pedi was horrendous. I got the 45$ pedi and she did not remove all the dead skin on my feet and she kept messing up the fresh paint on my toes. Never again. First and LAST TIME.

These people will use any excuse in the world to overcharge. I initially went to get the microblading done on my eyebrows. I was quoted a price of $300 (already high) then Im told ur was really $400 because she used more product than intended then she tells me to come back in a month for a touch up and tells me that one will only be $50 (MORE MONEY¡¡¡¡)...when I schedule the touch up with the receptionist he has the odacity to tell me it may be more than $50 depending on how much product my body absorbed!!!!! 🙄 oh and btw all those awesome pics Annie posts on IG with amazing results....mine look nothing like that....theres alot of reddish weird tones in my brow and I was told it was because body absorbed the color.....

Been there 2 times, always chaotic and unorganized. Both times personnel says that they are leaving establishment the next day due to management. Nice fixtures but that is all.

Went this passed weekend for eyelash extensions, pedicure manicure and wax with my mom. She got pedi, mani and face waxes and said she had never had such a good pedicure before. The guy that did her pedicure took out an ingrown nail and it did not hurt for once. They have hot wax for your hands and feet and she just loved it! Defiantly recommend the orcid pedicure. I got my eyelash extensions done here and the eyelashes themselves are amazing it did take about 2 hours to do them but I really love them. The only bad thing, and this is my fault for not telling the lady, was the tape holding down my bottom lashes got into my eye and really irritated them. I should of told her but I didnt realize what was poking me until she took off the tape I thought maybe it was the eyelashes. Ok anyway. I will be going back here is about for my eye lashes but if I do I will update this review. Oh it is a little pricy but the place looks really clean and the customer service was really good.

It was the worst time to go 5:30 ish and I felt bad not taking the 65$ pedi I’m pregnant so I thought I’d get it the guy was much too rough :( he was probably 24 so he was young and they used oranges on top of a sugar scrub and it burned like hell, too loud and the cleanliness wasn’t the best I wouldn’t return :/

Worst experience ever ...the guy that worked on my feet today did awful...he was done in 20 mins for both feet he cut me and pinched my toes didnt even get a chance to relax .he was in such a rush but yet when I got there he was outside on the phone ..so they were not even busy ...was very rude .didnt even massage my legs didnt even ask if I wanted water and they had a cooler full of drinks ...I wouldnt even give it a 1 star but I had to just to post this ..Do not waste your money people...

Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would, upon entering they told me to wait 10 min and then they told me 30 min. I was patiently waiting until 2 hours and 40 minutes passed and they never attended me so I just thanked (for nothing) and left, they would only have told me that they could not attend me and I would not waste my time. Terrible service.
