My nails look like they were done by a 2 year old! Very bumpy, different lengths and shapes and the dip and gel were so old it wouldnt stick. I just wanted out of there as fast as possible. No wonder I was the only one there in the middle of the day. Worst Ive ever had in my life!!!!

Stopped by while my kids got a hair cut. Chairs are old and outdated not even working for a massage, water was cold, the older lady was ok I guess not much of a conversation very short greeting. Did not get a massage like the pamphlet said. Lady at the front didn’t say anything either just pick a color! Will not be coming back here and do not recommend this place. Not to forget flies flying around and it didn’t was not clean nor sanitized!

I came in for a simple shalac job and it was horrible they need to work on there paint jobs.

Amy was wonderful. She was very efficient, kind, fast, friendly, clean & everything looks & feels amazing. Loved it.

I walked in for a pedicure and was greeted okay and got to my seat and had cold water to stick my feet in, I had shellac on so she had to drill off the polish but was burning my toenails with the drill. She didn’t even get all the toenail polish off. I got regular polish and it was all over my skin and to top it all of I saw an ANT crawling on me!! If I could give this place zero stars I would, do not go here!!

Very nice and excellent service plus an experience get your feet done with a friend or two! Then go to the toros cafe after honestly top tier self pampering guys.

Took 3 hrs and got charged 135 for a shellac color and a pedicure. Everytime someone came in they serviced them at the same time and took 20 min to come back 2 me. Walked out and nail broke.BS DUDE!!!

They do my eyebrows regularly and the full volcano pedicure the way it should be done. Very nice people and great service

Horrible! Only one lady working when I arrived. Only one customer as well so I waited. She apparently called a gentleman in to help me and she must of woke him up or something! No greeting at all. He dropped the tray with the scrub and lotion and when he picked it up was going to use it! I told him no it was on the floor! No one was friendly and the work was very unprofessional! I wont be going back!

They did a great job on my and my daughters powder dip manicure and pedicure! Very polite and professional. Better price and quality than other places Ive been in Midland. We will definitely be back.

This place caught my eye, so I parked and went in. Loved this salon from now on. I felt so welcome and comfortable at here. Great staffs. I also have never had a manicure which wasnt painful. Their tools are modern and cleanliness. I feel relaxingggg. I am a loyal customer to this spot.

DO NOT GO HERE! The worst service & experience ever. We got the strawberry daquiri package and we got the same things as a deluxe package. Everything advertised was not given. The nail tech gave me 2nd degree burns from the parrafin wax. There were ants crawling on the chairs and counters. They cut all our toes crooked and the polish colors were incorrect and a dingy color. We had made an appt. for mothers day and still waited 45 minutes until they started on 3 out of 4 of us. All our water was cold and my water kept draining out so I had no water. My poor mom waited in cold water for over an hour and a half and were so rude to her that she finally left to go wait in the car. DO NOT GO HERE!

Have been going here to get my nails done for a few months now. Didnt have an appointment but they served me right away. The tech who was doing my nails incredibly kind. Its cheaper than expected and quick! I cant wait to bring my friends :)!

I have been getting my nails done for over 20 yrs and have visited a good amount of salons in Midland Tx and I have found to really enjoy going to Gala on Garfield, every time I get any service done I am very pleased. Very friendly staff and professional, very clean and organized. T-Lo does my nails and he is amazing!!! This is my go to place and I highly recommend it, I know the staff takes pride in their work and really care to meet their customers needs/requests.

They are nice people but I won’t be wasting anymore money. Pedicure was half done and my nails look horrible. They are unevenly, not the color they were supposed to be and each nail shape differently.

All of the ladies are artists. The woman doing my nails took her time, and did a great job! The treatment was relaxing and well worth the price. Refreshingly pleasant. Go to this place if you want quality work.

Visiting from out of town and took a moment to pamper myself. They are really friendly and personable also had my feet and nails done by the other girls there a couple of times. HIGH RECOMMENDED!

Loved my experience here today! My technician was super friendly and tried to talk and get to know me the whole time there. I get tons of compliments on my nails. I think I found my permanent nail salon.

T-Lo does a great job with a dip set of nails. He communicates clearly and listens to my preferences. I usually call ahead just a few minutes and rarely have to wait.

Update, unfortunately I will have to find another place, it has been very inconsistent and today i asked them about things I am paying for but not getting, it seem to piss them off. I have always been very friendly and patient (especially the day they had no hot water and was trying to boil it) despite the fact that they (she isnt) arent always nice. Theyre a few employees that are nice so not speaking for all employees but the couple that are not very nice just really ruins the mood when they r there. Shame on me for coming here for this long. I will miss the few that enjoy the fact that you are a recurring customer. I wish them the best of luck. The newest girl was very nice but my classic pedi took just over an HR and a half which normally takes 30 mins. Good luck to the very sweet new girl.Side note: when you mention the coupon (prior to paying) they send you via text, that seems to upset them also.Not all use new utensils either 🤔🤷9 months ago...Staff is very friendly, pedicure was awesome and very relaxing. Will continue regular visits.

This place is AWFUL! I went today to get a new dip color. When I walked in I was “greeted” rudely by the owner and another female worker. They sat me down, gave me a basket of colors to pick from, as I was looking at the colors the worker came and grabbed the basket from me and sat it on another counter. She then goes and gets a bowl of acetone to soak off my old color and the bowl has old nail polish in it from a previous customer!! After I bring that to her attention, she rudely changes the acetone then has me soak my nails for over 20 minutes while she sat in the pedicure chair playing on her phone. Not one time did she or the owner ever acknowledge me again. This is the 3rd time I’ve tried going to this location and it’s been a HORRIBLE experience every time. I ended up walking out, and not one single person even acknowledged me walking out the door!!! Save your money and go somewhere else!!

They do great pedicures because they massage your legs and feet for a good while but if you get shilac on your toes, it’s going to be thick and messy (on your skin). I don’t recommend getting manicures here because every time I got shilac it was crappy. They don’t clean up around your nails so you have Shula stuck on your skin, it’s way to thin so it peels two days later, and there is a creepy guy who works here that hits on teenage girls. I would know because when I went to get my nails done for prom he kept saying I was just so pretty and he kept holding my hands and rubbing my arm while giving me googly eyes the whole time. It was very uncomfortable and I haven’t been back there since.

Please dont waste your money here. I got holographic gel nails and they only lasted 5 days before cracking off. My nail technician was rude and was not welcoming at all, she soaked my hands in cold water and was ruff with the nail tools, which by the way she also did an awful job cleaning my cuticles. I paid $35 for such an awful service and she only massaged one of my arms. If you read this comment please consider a different place so you dont waste your money like I did.

My staff was soooo niceeeee! AND looked fantastic and didnt hurt like getting them at other places. Everything is very clean, organized. I rarely give 5 stars but this salon deserves it.

My nails are so messed up, acrylic was globbed on, she missed several spots, nails are crooked, she had to fix them 3 different times and they still look horrible.

NEVER go here. It looks like your normal everyday salon when you walk in. It isnt until you sit down do you notice how messy it is (damp towls in the corner, standing water, food containers).Dirty bathroom. Not friendly service. Poor communicating skills. Cold water during pedicure. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. Manicure was quick and wasnt painted down my whole nail. I also got a gel pedicure that was rough. My pedicure gal left some of my old polish on and just painted over it. I requested a basic flower painted on my toenail. This took 30 minutes of trying and trying. They did a sloppy job! My toes look horrible and they offered to take 5 bucks off for the design when I expressed how unhappy I was. Not to mention that I sat for over and hour and paid 75 to have nails that look crappy. Horrible customer service. These people are out to make quick buck and send you on your way. They could care less if you come back. Dont waste your money.

Worst nail experience of my life. They charged me $45 for the most basic acrylic nails, with no design or anything. The lady did a terrible job. I don’t about how they do pedicures but with regards to an acrylic full set I would never recommend anyone to this place. Absolutely terrible and OVERPRICED!!!!! Do not go!!!

Wont be back. Wait was forever. I do a better job of painting my nails with my non-writing hand than I paid for. Seriously unhappy with my manicure

Dirty. Their kids were rolling around on the floor yelling and tossing toys. Nail tech made a few nails bleed. Uneven and poorly shaped nails, Polish is stripey. And the salon was very hot, didn’t seem like A/C was on. Very poor experience.

Worst place ever!! Have it a try, did the dip. The top coat peeled off within 5 hours!!! Went back the next morning for him to fix it and now I have bumps all over the top of the nail!! Do NOT waste your time or money!!!!!

The lady that did my nails was very rude. usually if i don’t like my nails i wont say anything, this time i did. she rubbed some nail polish off when she was checking if my nails were dry and basically told me she was sorry but she was in a hurry and trying to leave that i could come back the next day but it would be $35 on top of the $45 i had to pay that visit. sooo i won’t be going back!!!
