I got my hair done here by LORI worst mistake ever! I just had to get my hair fixed from her wack job! It cost me an extra 200 to fix her damage and that’s because I ended up not even getting what I wanted! She ruined my hair! I would not recommend and would give ZERO STARS if I could!

I am new to the area and I have had the same hairdresser for 8 years. I tried out Lori and she ruined my hair I just wanted my roots done. She turned my hair orange 😩 I was so upset I wore my hair up in bun for almost 2 weeks before I got it fixed by someone else. I had to pay $200 for someone to fix her mistake and I had to go dark because my hair would be damaged!

This is my 4th time that I used this salon. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I am almost always asked by more than one person if I need anything. Even other stylist will ask me if I want something to drink. Bonnie, my stylist, is very patient and listens to me and gives me just what I ask for. Very comfortable place to do business with. They take walk ins but it is so busy you should make an appointment. Highly recommend this establishment.

I was searching for a new salon and stylist. I read all the reviews about Glow and Leann and how great she is. They were right! She did a wonderful job on my hair and nails. She was sweet, caring and easy to visit with. Thank you Leann Creed.

I called Glow last Friday (9/28) and spoke with someone I assume managed the front desk. I told her I would like to get a haircut and color blending scheduled. She asked me with which stylist and I told her I am new to the area and have no idea, I would like someone that does mens cuts. Then she tells me that she would have someone contact me because all the stylists set up their own appointments. (What is the point of having someone work a front desk if they are not helping schedule clients?) Anyway, here it is Wednesday (10/2) and I never heard a word from anyone. I guess they just dont need or want new business which is kind of a common theme with services here in Midland.

I hope im spelling your name correctly Ms.Leeann,but im VERY picky about my hair and would like to say that you did a GREAT job...ive been in Midland for about a year now and couldnt find a good haircut.GREAT cut and only $20....un heard of for a salon.

Professional service, clean salon, nice music not blasted in your face. Was offered and accepted a beverage to drink while waiting. Would recommend for walk ins and appointments.

Got a cut there recently. Staff was very nice and helpful. The found a spot for me the same day which was nice. I believe i saw Maria but i could be wrong with the name.:) i will go back to her for sure.

I called at 2 oclock and Rayni was able to get my wife in at 3:30. My wife doesnt trust anybody with her hair, but was willing to do this on a whim and she was very happy that she did. Rayni (and the rest of the staff for that matter) where extremely cordial and friendly the entire time we were there. My wife told me that she found a new stylist for sure. This place is awesome.

Bonnie is fantastic! I called on Tuesday to make an appointment and she returned my call the same day, and scheduled me for the next day. We were planning on just a trim, but then I decided when I arrived that I wanted a shorter bob-style cut. She did exactly what I described and I love it! Thank you!!

Robin always does great work, and the salon is comfortable and clean. The waiting area is very nice and they have an upscale vibe.

This is a review on trying to get in for hair cut and pedicure. First they have pictures on pedicure chairs which they show on website ..? Was told sorry we dont do them. Hair stylist was not available to schedule appt. Was told to call back on weekend for temp hair stylist REALLY!!! Glad I called before I went and had an even worse experience.
