Just had surgery so made an appointment to not be waiting, showed up on time and still had to wait 30 minutes. Went for a removal of shellac and regular manicure. They did not know how to properly remove the material and damaged my nails; at the end when I picked out my colors and asked for a design they said they didnt do designs. They charged me double of what web prices said. Very disappointed.

I was more satisfied with the prices.Pedi was nice.Manicure wasnt so happy. I love their designs on their fake nails.He didnt cut my cuticles -he cut me twice with his gold tool! I asked him to cut my cuticle, and it didnt work. I ended up pulling it off when I left! He didnt even put both my hands together to see if they are even with each other. Very rough while filing my nails.If, I come back I dont want him. He sighed every time -as if he couldnt wait to get finished!

Great service! Got my old dip taken off and french tips in only like 20 mins. She shaped the nails exactly like I like too! Overall, great value and quick service! If I lived in Midland I would come here more often! She was also very nice and professional.

Very poor customer service. Made appointment for 2:30 arrived and told no it was at 11. I had made her repeat it 3 times 2:30. No more appointments today could work me in next Tuesday. Do not waste your time with these people. No stars at all

The staff was super sweet and were SO meticulous! I came with my niece and sister in-law and all of us agreed that the whole experience was outstanding. The entire staff seemed to genuinely want to do a thorough and professional manicure and pedicure. This is refreshing since the majority of other salons do a rush job and are not nearly as friendly. They offer an array of pedicures to select from and I posted a few pics of their extensive spa menu.Bottom line: I truly enjoyed my experience at this salon and I will defiantly be returning.

I’ve tried so many other nail salons in midland but never stick to one. I just came in today for a fill in and this is definitely my new nail spot. I think she said her name was Tina who did mine. She did so good took her time and I really love them! Also the prices you can’t beat. The cheapest I’ve paid in midland and by far my favorite! I’ll be back! Thank you!

I would of given 4 stars if the staff wasnt so bossy. They need to have a little more patience with their customers. If I want to take 5 minutes to pick out my nail polish, then as the customer I should be allowed to do that without feeling rushed. With that being said I will go back because they did a decent job on my nails.

Im 8months pregnant so came here for a pedicure because doing my toes is more difficult these days with my baby bump, the man who did my pedicure was very rude . Usually I don’t care if people are rude I understand it has nothing to do with me it has something to do with them why they are being that way so I don’t take offense but I tried to be nice and friendly with him and he was still very rude and seemed like he was in such a hurry. It being hard for me to see my toes I noticed when I was able to lift my feet up that on a couple of my toes you could see my previous nail polish which was black so he was in a hurry and very careless. I will never go back to this place .

Very clean, very friendly. Me and my husband went in for pedicures they were great! They took there time and really was worth the price which was average price for what we got but the service was 100%. I went in for my nails three days later and still were great and a great price. Will be returning for sure. Best salon I have ever been to hands down!!!!

I’ve alwaus liked doing my nails. I’ve gone to several different places and AA nails is my favorite. The prices are cheaper than some nail salons and they also have great service.

This was my first time going to A&A Nails after reading the reviews on how great they do. My experience wasnt all that great. The young lady didnt trim off the access acrylic underneath my nails. Also, the first two initial cuts where ok but when I asked for short she didnt shorten the length (even after telling her I type). All in all, I will probably try another salon before returning the A&A nails. *Google wouldnt allow me to up load pictures.

I just want to say i hadnt gone to the nail salon in a while because last time a lady did me so wrong and still charged me !extra !But she took her time here on each nail and I love them and it was a basic acrlic nails ! And it was great :) love it will be back !

By far the best pedicure and service I have ever received in any state and city I have visited and had a pedicure. Sad they arent located in my home town in Colorado. Will return even year I come to visit family.

I came here based on reviews top rated I ended up taking one for the team..very short staffed. I waited 20 min (with no crowd) to be seated and was left soaking in cold water for 10 minutes. Edit: so far i been in this nail shop for an hr and 20 min. Still not done. No time for nails because at this rate I am going to miss my hair appointment!!))My nail technician spoke bad english and scrubbed me with sea salt as fast and rough as she could after i asked her to be more gentle with my skin. She kept asking me over and over if i was sure i wanted to pay more for basic pedicure versus regular pedicure. That could come off rude to most people and she almost convinced me to save 15$. ALOT of these nail shops have so many samples of colors but when they pull out the nail polish, its NOT the same color and same type ex: gel/shelac..Just dissapointed..so far the most *decent nail shop is glamour nails. I just feel like Im too old to be hunting for a nail shop when i was happy with my home shop for 10+ years:(

Took my mother there, both of us got pedicures, the ladies were very friendly and caring and took there time making sure it was right.

My sister and I just got our toes done here today, basic pedicure. $37 was our total. However the bank took out $44 when she called up there to ask if maybe there was a mistake on there end the lady was so rude! My sister was trying to understand what was going on and the lady kept repeating herself then hung up on her.RUDE! And will NEVER return there!

I think Ill just do my own pedicures 😏 mediocre service. Seems like they just want you in n out quickly.
