I stopped in here on a late Friday afternoon. I called 5 minutes before coming in and they were able to accommodate me immediately, which was great. Its a no frills nail salon but the ladies, (both workers and customers) were all very sweet and welcoming. did my no chip and did a perfect job. She was thorough, quick, gave a relaxing hand massage along with a fabulous manicure. I will definitely be coming back here when Im in the area.The rates are SUPER affordable. I only paid cash for a manicure. Im from rates start at in my neighborhood. This was such a deal for such amazing work. Remember ladies, its a CASH ONLY establishment.

Went for the first time and it was the worst manicure I’ve ever had. My nails ended up hideous. I’ve been to a ton of different nail salons in my life and my nails have never looked so ugly. The girl that helped me was very off-putting and seemed like she wanted to get me out of there as fast as she could. She was done in maybe 30 minutes. You could tell she didn’t care. They were crooked, lumpy, and the weirdest shape. I showed her a picture of the shape I wanted (short squoval) and I have no idea what she was thinking. I can’t describe how tacky they were. Ended up going to another nail salon because I didn’t trust her to fix it with what she had done so far. The other nail salon fixed it and gave me MUCH better service.

My mom and I went in today for both of us to get pedicures and my mom to get a fill. I had a wonderful experience with Hector but my mom was treated terribly by the other women in the shop. They kept pushing her to spend more money than she wanted to and made her feel terrible for the shape her feet and nails were in. They were very obviously talking bad about us. The woman that did my moms fill was irritated and rude from the start. She yanked my moms hands around and yelled at her for asking for a cat eye polish. It was such an awful experience and the only reason we would come back is because of Hector and what an amazing job he did with talking to us and making us feel welcome when the other women were so rude.

The place is clean and everyone is friendly. Affordable, clean and friendly staff. My nail technician and she did a fantastic job, she super nice and knows what she is doing.I highly recommend this place!

Best place to get your nails done!!!They are perfectionist because they enjoy what they do.Always high energy with them, never a dull moment. Love chit chatting with them every time Im there.I drive across town just to see them because Im never disappointed with my mani/pedi.H2O nails definitely a busy place so appointments are highly recommended.

Came in for eyebrow waxing and the lady did great. She only took 5 min to do them too.

Not happy at all with this place. Way too expensive and my nails didn’t even look that good. The lady didn’t even ask me if I wanted a shape or anything. The $20 extra shellac that she forced me to use started chipping within a week... the worst part was that one of my nails actually broke after one week. Not to mention that she left a crusty residue ALL over my hands and when I asked her to remove it she just told me it would go away eventually. Do not use this salon. Wish I could remember the ladies name but I cannot.

Used to love a pedicure here. They seem to have a lot of turnover with employees lately. Not as happy with it as I was.

First time coming here definitely wont ever be back. I have never had a dip manicure look lumpy and misshapen.

I have been coming here for 1 years on and off and I used to get acrylics most of the time I came. After realizing how much damage acrylics actually does to my nails, I decided to let them grow out and come for a gel so they can be more healthy and not damage my nails - obviously.I came here on a Tuesday, made an appointment and I was basically seated right away. When this lady started on my pedi, her and the other lady were pointing at my feet and kept talking about it, looking at my feet and looking at my face, again and again. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable. And when they started to do my gel manicure, I could tell that the lady was not paying much attention and to be honest, she looked like she did not want to do my nails - this I understand. When Im at work and constantly dealing with people doing the same thing over and over again, it can get dull. Whatever, I get over it and happy that my hands and feet look decent. A day or two passes and my gel starts peeling. Yes, I should have went back and have them fix it but it was not just one nail, it was most of my nails. So I realized that even though I go back and get them fixed, they were gonna be the same anyways.I love this place. I Iove everyone here. thank you

Im super disappointed is this nail shop I am new to meet me in it was trying to find a good nail shop well this one was not it my nails look like my 8 year old daughter did them I will never come back here again $45 for a full set that looks like a little kid work not even worth the star

My daughter and I went to have a relaxing time together. I always got the $52 pedicure (include 5’ shoulder massage) with $20 extra for the sellac, $15 for the eyebrows & lip wax. The little girl was amazing. Very particular and tried perfecting everything she saw. My heels always soft and smooth after she did the callus removal on my heels.But last week the old lady name Jenny or Zenny or Emmy did my pedicure because the little girl not there. we was done in 20 minutes... didnt even get 5’ shoulder massage, she barely soaked feet to get dried skin off. After a week I noticed cuticles was never cleaned off my nails, heels still felt rough and my polish was already horribly chipping, she not done the callus removal on my heels, not washed my feet with the clean water again after done the sugar scrub.Finally she charged me $25 for the eyebrows and lip wax and total $110 maybe $87, I asked if I can make appointment with the little girl for next time, but the lady said she not does with appointment just walk-in because she not does the acrylic WTHI will miss the nice atmosphere, the salon is very clean and pretty, but that will my last visit.

Nora and her staff at H2O Nails & Spa are the BEST! Ive gone there for years and find it always clean and top-notch.

I dont like the regular french manicure so my tech puts her mark on the designs. Unlike some reviews even before I became a regular I never had to wait longer then 30 minutes.

Will never go back! My husband and I went several weeks ago and the experience was ok. I took my daughter today and BOTH of the nail techs were so RUDE!!! Mine was in a hurry & didnt do what I asked. The man who did my daughters nails refused to cut them short like we asked. He said that hell cut them some other time if we get home and decide theyre still too long. He actually said, They are short enough. $90 wasted on bad customer service.

This place is the worst. I got my nails done there and they looked terrible. I didnt have time for them to fix them and all they would give me back was $5 for a horrible $40 manicure. I will never go there again. I recommend you go somewhere else to get your nails done.

The girl was very rough with my nails and did not do them even and they are way to expensive for the lack of accuracy and made my toe bleed
