First of all I never complain.. I dont like to hurt a business..But the only pro of going to this nail salon that I experienced was the people are very nice..I spent over an hour waiting to get my nails done when they only had 2 other people in there. Whatever, I wasnt in a rush so that didnt bother me. But then it took 2 hours to get a gel manicure that usually takes 30-45 minutes. I only get a solid color. No crazy extensions. Simple. He used old used nail files on me. He cut my finger tips and under my nails with the file. I mean its under and around every single nail. Im on 4 days and my fingers/nails still are hurting me a lot.I got home from the nail salon that day and my thumb polish already started peeling off 2 hours later.. By the end of the day I had 3 peeling off. They peeled off in one whole solid piece. On day 3 I had 4 that have completely peeled off and 2 more that are wanting to..He made the nails so thick. Id say about 3 millimeters. The underneath of my nails were so coated with acrylic powder, including stuck to my skin that I had to try to scrape it out yesterday because my nails looked so dirty. I am taking it all off myself today and will go somewhere else once the cuts heal. There is no excuse for my nails to be in this shape. Its not a simple mistake. I would 100% understand a mistake.I paid for a job and I shouldve gotten what was expected.Again I hate to complain. So much I didnt even want to write this review. But it needed to be said when I woke up today and saw my messed up nails and I am still hurting. I had to say something.

Wonderful! I love this place Kim always makes sure you are satisfied with your nails and pedi.

I went to Kim for years and was always satisfied. She does excellent work and if I had a nail break she always fixed it at no charge. I moved a little over 3 years ago to Washington and can’t find a salon that can do a decent pedicure or manicure. I sure miss be able to go to Kim to get them done.

Got a manicure and pedicure Shellac set for both, added diamonds on two of my fingernails, paid over a 100 just for the diamonds to fall off that same day! Came in the next morning as soon as they opened and Kim was rude. Bobby fixed my nails for free while Kim was talking in Vietnamese probably about me lol oh well, I won’t go there again!

Wasn’t very comfortable. I felt very rushed and didn’t get to relax while I got my feet done because Kim was in a rush and was filing my nails while I was getting my pedicure. Very rude. Basically forced my hand uncomfortably twords her for her to glue and cut the nails down. Messy nails not filled evenly. Will never go again. The only ones who are pampered are the regulars I guess. I had a very rough day, and I just want to relax… So I paid a babysitter and I went and relaxation is definitely not what I got

I had been in a lot nail salon but none of them did the pedicure as I wanted; if you are looking for really cleaning nails, wonderful people and 100% satisfaction thiss the place. If you have any nail problems talk to the lady she made miracles en you feet. I love it.

Kelly is awesome. She held a conversation with me the whole time. She does an amazing job. I got my powder dip nails and a pedicure. I’m so excited about finding someone in Midland to do my nails. I’m from the Waco area and she’s by far the beat that I’ve had and I’ve been getting my nails done for a long time.

Highly recommend this place. Kelly did my pedicure today and I have to tell u is one of the best pedicures I have had in a while. She was so gentle and sweet. Thank u for doing a job well done. If your ever in the midland area KD Nails & Spa is your spot.

I went in with my Mom and she had her nails and a pedicure done and it was amazing. I got a dip set and its 7 days later and theyre already lifting up, which is not supposed to happen. Im super sad that they didnt last as long as they should have. I probably will go again but get a different person to do it. They were very nice but it could have been done better.

Came here today for the first time I got my nails done by Kelly! She is a true artist I took her a pic I found online and she matched my nails to a T ! And she is so polite wont go anywhere else!

Went to do my nails tonight! Couldnt have been happier. Kelie did a design on my nails and it came out beautiful. So happy I didnt have to get acrylic so that my nails would look nice.
