I was in Midland for a wedding, needed a pedicure, after searching reviews of places close to the event, I came here. The pedicure wasnt the greatest, massage was not very good or seemed long enough. The prior 2 things would have been tolerable, but when I went to check out it was $60!?!? I got the deluxe pedicure which states its $40, I also got shellac polish, when I asked the guy who rang me up if the shellac polish was an extra $20, he said yes. What?!?! Ive NEVER been anywhere, including 5 star day spas, where they charge $20 extra for shellac on a pedicure! They should tell you this up front as theyre highly recommending and pushing for you to do shellac because it dries faster. Ive never paid more than $10 for this, so needless to say, I would never go back and pay $60 for what felt like a $20 pedicure!

I’ve been coming to them for years and never have had a bad experience! Ten & Ana are the best. In my opinion you get what you pay for. Not to mention they’re very clean and friendly. Prices are reasonable.

Omg loved this place! Hard to find a place where they take there time and make sure your truly happy! I went in with what I wanted a pic and they gave me what I wanted but better! I would recommend anybody who wants something done perfectly and how they want it! And to leave knowing that you made a great decision and leave happy! I sure left happy and it was my first time going now I have a go to place and one to recommend to friends!

I have tried a bunch of nail salons in since I moved to midland two years ago, and I never go back because they always chip or the workers are not nice. But when I heard recommended this place, I absolutely like it. The worker are very friendly and take time to do my nail. They also gave me the recommendation that work best for my nail condition. I love it so much. BIG RECOMMEND.

I must say, Ive been to several places, but not like this place. I really enjoyed the services. A friend of mine referred me, and it was worth it. I dont know the lady that did my pedicure, but Thank you, my feet feel Wonderful. I am satisfied with the services received on 9/04/2020, I will definitely visit again. 🤗

I go there when I can they are always nice and friendly. We get good service. I read a lot of the reviews. The gentleman does do the best nails. And there is one younger girl that does have an attitude and does not do a good job. But you cant judge the others by her she is learning and does get a lot of hateful comments because of it. I have been to a lot of other places and they dont come close to this one. If you dont like how something was done just be nice and tell them they will fix it. I have been there a lot of times and have never seen or had the gentleman be rude to me are anyone else. Maybe it was you having and attitude towards him. They get very busy and sometimes you have to wait, but usually its not very long. We will keep going back.

A lady did them I asked if they had stickers she said no and she didn’t even file them right she left me with bulky thick nails when I asked for skinny nails with a letter on them I did like the other two workers they looked like they knew what they were doing but the lady looked clueless and made my nails way TOO thick😡😡

I had an amazing experience shes absolutely wonderful and I love her price she should be charging more because her work is that GREAT! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I called to see, If she could fit me into her schedule and she did I was in and out didnt have to wait long at all. No one has ever made waxing so relaxing. I truly believe your hands are gifted my face felt stressed out and when I walk away from you it didnt you could possibly add face massages to your list. What an amazing experience! My nail technicians wereanna and Carol. They are by far the best nail techs I’ve ever had. They asked for clarification before doing anything, even painting one nail and asking me if I liked how the color looked before proceeding to all my other nails. They were really diligent and kept stopping to examine their work and make sure my nails were even and properly filed. Overall, just one of the best and most professional experiences I’ve ever had. I came in right when they opened at 10 am and by 10:30 am the place was completely packed and the waiting time was 1 hour. I can see why. So definitely try to come in right when they open. Thank you

I have been using this place for over a year, and I loved them. I really only like the guy to my nails because he seems to be able to do them right and they last me at least 3 weeks or sometimes longer. I have had others there in past do my nails, but they dont seem to them right. The past few times I have been, it seems like they are annoyed that I came in. I get eyes rolled at me, and just a stair of annoyances. I have given the others that work there a try out on my nails again, because when I go in he either has someone at his table or there is a line. I just went in this past Friday, and waited over a hr just to get started. Which is fine I didnt mind waiting. The lady that did my nails was nice, but to be honest it didnt really seem like she wanted to be there and just wanted to be done. It is only Wednesday my nails started lifting 2 days ago, and snagging my hair. They looked ok at the moment while at the salon, but looking closer at them now they just dont look good. Well at least not what I am used to. I am still unsure if Ill be going back there.

Wonderful experience!! I was greeted the second I walked in the door. Super friendly and quick service. When you go ask for Anna,she has years of experience and KNOWS what shes doing. Literally the worst customer service I have ever received. There’s a short guy working there that was SOOOO rude. I was taking my time picking out my color and he told me to hurry up and I said there’s literally no one in the salon. He said, if someone else comes then I’m gonna have to do theirs and I said that’s fine but if I’m going to pay $45 + tip to get my nails done, I will most definitely take my time choosing my color. He said I don’t have time hurry up and I said okay fine I’ll just leave and go somewhere else where they do have time and he literally got so close to my face, shouted at me and told me to get out of his shop. I told him I’d like to speak to the owner and he said he is the owner. I told him he is not the owner because being an owner my self, I know how I need to handle customer service. I asked for his name and he got so frustrated with me and was yelling at me. Getting really close to my face. His wife came in between was trying to calm him down but he wouldn’t and she asked me to leave because he is having some kind of personal stress. Doesn’t make up for the fact for his behavior. What a scene it was. I wish there was an option for 0 stars because they well do deserve it.

I like this salon a lot. I used to don’t care about who does my pedi until I been here. Carol is the tech did mine. It’s really different. I feel 10 years younger with my feed done by her. Got a manicure and a pedicure here it was my first time the lady that did my manicure did a good job but the lady that did my pedicure didn’t really take her time to make sure that my nails looked nice some of my toes have more color then others the people that worked here were really nice just wish I had a better experience considering that I paid a lot for a manicure and pedicure

I dont go anywhere else to have my nails taken care of. Ana always draws creative and beautiful designs based on whatever image I come up with. They have an array of colors and styles to choose from. Definitely give this place a try!

The girl I got who was in station 4 was really rude. Didn’t want to cut my nails the size that I wanted. Kept rolling her eyes at me and pushing my hand away when I told her what size I wanted, when I told her what design I wanted. And to top it off she left my nails super thick and bumpy. I did not tip her which made her more mad because I still thanked her after the way she treated me and she didn’t say a thing after. No thank you, you’re welcome, bye, nothing. Never coming here again.

I had Pinacolada pedicure and feel like a queen with it. Number 6 was my lady. She take her time to bring you the best even massage or polish... Let come and you know I tell the truth about this place.By the way, I saw the nail tech here be patience but it’s hard for them if the clients don’t. To moving a lot when talking and hearing some noise from outside, hands were not seal making them hard to give you a pretty nail. Tell the truth, don’t tell the story just from your side.

I have never been one to do colors and I did yellow!! Time was not rushed the shape was perfect! I’ll definitely come again!!
