Had my nails dipped, Jennifer did an awesome job.

I get lash extensions....mani and pedi.. Shellac or Gel Nails at Times...Jennifer is always personable..patient.. hospitable easy going..she sets your appointment around YOUR schedule NOT hers.. She does not make you feel like whos next but what service would you like next... Her work is AWESOME....

Went to this Gala Nails cuz the other Gala Nails I normally go to next to the mall was closed cuz they went on vacation so I figured its another Gala nails and there the only ones open Ill try it out i get inside she doesnt great me like a customer should be greated instead I get a What do you want so I wasnt pleased with how she spoke to me but I figured she was having an off day since shes the only one there so I informed her of what I wanted and it gets worse from there Janet is very ruff to the touch she made all my fingers bleed she was very rude and the nails only lasted 2 weeks and she charged me $50 when at my normal Gala nails only charges me $35-40 it was a complete rip off first and last time I go there

Got dip.... took 3 hours for me and a friend only one lady working. She cut 6 out of 10 fingers, they still hurt 4 days later. Nails were a ‘glow’ powder they don’t at all. Awful and they look awful just don’t

I went to this salon despite the reviews I saw because it was close to Walmart and I was getting my oil changed there. Im so glad I decided to go! Calvin did a full set of acrylic and painted them with shellac. He was super friendly, took his time to do them right, and made sure they were exactly like I wanted them. I wish I lived in town so I could go back. Anytime Im in Midland, Ill definitely be getting my nails done there.

They are amazing... I did a fullset and it came out just the way i like it also got a pedi and they have so much to choose from she did a great foot massage it was overall a great experience...

Did a super great job! I took my grandchildren and they treated them all like little adults.

My friend needed a mani/pedi STAT. It was her wedding day, and we had to get her on a plane in about an hour when we walked in the door. The workers rose to the challenge, and one girl gave my friend a pedicure while another girl gave the manicure. They even did eyebrow/face waxes in the time limitation. Quality work, and they got it done FAST when we were in a hurry. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

The lady wasnt paying attention when she was removing calluses from my feet (WITH AN ACTUAL CHEESE GRATER) and sliced my ankle. Its been 2 years and I still have the scar. I havent been back.

LOOK IN THE PHOTOS MY NAILS ARE POSTED THERE!!!! If I could leave no stars I would! Only one tech was there and they claimed he was almost done so i was asked to wait 15 minutes... almost 45 minutes go by I finally get seen (I had to wait i was going on a trip to see my daughter for christmas) and I ask for simple black acrylics with 2 of the fingers dipped in glitter dust and filed into a coffin shape... they used the wrong size nails which were too small for every finger and said theyd fix it with the acrylic, fine.... they didnt push cuticles or cut them, he filed my nails so thin that they started bleeding, he acknowledged his mistake and then continued to file more.... he placed the acrylic extremely sloppy and didnt clean the extra off, instead he tucked it under the nail so now I am stuck with giant bubble nails. The acrylic doesnt even for over the entire nail so the sides and an entire centimeter at the nail bed is uncovered. .. then he starts painting the nails the wrong colors!! He starts putting a coat of clear glittery polish on when I showed him it was a matte black! He was looking right at the picture!... he takes off that and does the black somehow getting it all over my hands and knuckles and still misses all of the huge spots where he incorrectly didnt put acrylic over.... at this point I was over aggrivated and my hands were in pain and i had been there for hrs... he then comes back with the friggin glittery polish instead of the glitter to dip my nails in and starts painting layers of it on my fingers and shoving it into the dryer for it to harden.... so now my nails are jacked up, dont even fit almost half my natural nails on every finger is showing, im stuck with something i hate.... then I realize theres bubbles in all the polish and he didnt even shape them right! Not to mention the mountain of acrylic he tucked under the nails that hardened to my finger tips making it extremely uncomfortable to use my hands for anything at all! Save your money and get some glue on ones from walmart cuz these people will be lucky if i dont end up with an infection and sue or report them to the better business bureau for dangerous practices.

Really frustrating experience. Went in for an acrylic fill, lady rushed me in front of someone who had an appointment with her already while there were plenty of people sitting around. Nails are uneven and the gel is not cured. Sides of my nails were not filed down smoothly and she ACTUALLY LEFT NAIL POLISH ALL OVER MY PALMS. One time if this had happened, fine, we all have bad days. This is the second time this has happened. Ive been going to this salon regularly for five years and after they wasted my time and money like this twice I will never be back.

Pretty pissed. WORST PLACE EVERRR. They took forever. Seemed like I was an inconvenience and like I got on his nerves because I was moving..ONLY BECAUSE I WAS IN PAIN THE ENTIRE TIME. He kept jerking my hand around and being rough. Idk what he did but I’m nail area was stinging almost the entire time. Pretty sure he filed my actual FINGER more than my actual nail. And I’m pretty sure he charged me extra because I changed my mind about the color after he put it on my pinky l; I didn’t like it so obviously I picked a new color like????? NEVER EVER GOING BACK!!! EVER.

I went to this nail salon for a mani/pedi. They made me feel like doing my nails was an inconvenience to them. The man filed, pushed my cuticles back and then walked away. I asked another girl there if he was going to paint them. His response was I didnt know you wanted them painted. When does a manicure not involve at least clear polish? I will not be going back. Although the girl that did my eyebrows was a delight!

Ive gone to this place a cpl times and had a bad experience every time. They push me off on someone who doesnt knw how to do thier work and clearly didnt pay attention to how he was doing it. Ive never had such a bad set put on that Ive had to go somewhere else to get them fixed the next day. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Its a great nail salon . They have amazing service.

Horrible and expensive and they were trying to sell me the expensive manicures and pedicures. The quality was so low, and the girl doing the manicure and pedicure was in such a hurry she did a bad job. And so expensive and the quality so low, dont go there. And it hurt my feet too. Worst mani-pedi I have gotten in a long long time. Dont go there.

Water was cold, they charged extra for basic stuff like cuticle exfoliation, and took a long time...will not be going back

I went with a friend and we both got manicures and pedicures. I also had my 2 daughters get pedicures. They overcharged my friend and I both by $20. They messed up on both of our manicures too.

They did awful. They take forever. I will NEVER go back there.

I decided to try this place and I hated it the man that did my nails did them crooked and then put to much nail polish that it just made my nails look fat and ugly there were trying to fix it but I was not gonna let him keep touching my nails and they keep telling me would fix it for free but why would I pay them to fix something the did wrong will never go there agen!!!
