Worst place I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here! Not only was my pedi tech too busy in other conversations, she didn’t even apply the base coat! My 5 year old could have given me a better massage! Not even one day and the colors chipped not to mention my nails were cut crooked! I will never step foot in this place again! I have never had a bad pedicure I didn’t know you could mess one up! The pictures speak louder than words though! The color wasn’t even applied fully to my nails.... plus a paint run!

I moved here 5 years ago and I met Sandy after going to several people that didn’t know what they was doing. She is the best. Always makes time for me with my busy schedule. I absolutely love her. Very sweet. Nails are always the best around midland. Definitely would give her 5 stars any day.

From glistening chandeliers to up-to-dare decor, this nail salon is the most elegant one I have been to. They offer water and have menus so you know exactly what to order and what price you’ll be paying. My favorite nail technician there is Lee. His massages were amazing and my nails were on point . I’d highly recommend organic nail salon .

I wanted a specific pedicure since it came with the callus removal and it did not happen. I asked for the aloe Vera package and got oranges and milk instead. My foot is already getting dry since I have very flaky skin on that foot. Shellac is an extra $20 which is outrageous. There’s not that big of a difference between regular nail polish and shellac to justify an up charge of $20. Ended up paying almost $78 not including tip just for a pedicure. This was supposed to be a basic package! Will not be coming back again.

Chris did a great job on my nails today! I am super picky & he listened to what exactly I wanted & verified everything before moving on to the next step. He is fast & a good communicator. This nail place is by far the cleanest Ive been to in Midland ♡to the next step!

Go see Sandy! She is by far the best in all of Midland! I have been going to her for about 5 years now, if you have somewhere to be and need nails done fast she is your girl! I went to Organic on Sunday afternoon. I did not make an appointment, however they got me right in, which is rare in Midland! The salon was clean and decorated very nicely. My tech, Jimmy, was efficient and kind and did a great job on my pedicure and dip manicure. Their pricing was also way less than all of the other places I have tried in town. I will definitely be returning!

My first trip here was to get some acrylic nails after not having any for about 5 years. I booked an appointment and came back for a pedicure. This place is very clean and I loved both my nails and my pedicure. I had Sandy both times and I plan many more visits with her.

This place is amazing, everyone is amazing. Clean, friendly, and best of best all they do great nails. They do them perfect and last me over a month. Andy did my nails perfectly

The first picture is what I got. The second picture is what I asked for. When I asked to see the manager she looked me in my eye and said it looked good. She also that the last time I came in the tech that serviced me quit because I complained too much. When I told her I wasn’t paying for the service she called the police on me. She also followed me out to my car screaming that I was not allowed to come back.It took 2 hours and 5 different technicians for them to do this sloppy messy work. I would rather they just say they didn’t know how to do it when I showed the picture.

Every time I have walked into the nail salon I am always greeted by someone and they are super sweet at organic nails! I always get what I ask for, I recommend using Sandy she does an amazing job and always puts her own touch on everyone’s nails she does!

This is a good place for a pedicure, they do a good job and it’s a nice experience. It’s clean and the staff are friendly.However, I have had a manicure here twice and wasn’t impressed at all. The last time I felt completely rushed, the polish was painted over my cuticles and also on my fingers. My nail tips were rough despite asking the technician to fix this, which he then filed after the top coat had been applied (?)After 4 days it started to peel away both at the tips and cuticle, usually a gel manicure would last at least 2 weeks. I’m sure they would have fixed this for me but I didn’t have time to come back in again - the reason I got a gel manicure in the first place was to save me time!Despite the bad manicures, it’s still the nicest place I’ve found in Midland so far, so I would probably go back for a pedicure some time.

All Im gonna say is Ive had MANY pedicures and Ive never once had then chip off and crack after a week and a half till my visit here.I also will add that I didnt feel valued here as a customer. My nail girl seemed annoyed at any question I asked. Will not be coming back.

I highly recommend Sandy, she’s been doing my nails for around five years, she never disappoint me. She does the best foot massage !

I went in Saturday, June 5th. The service was good, and I got what I asked for. I got an acrylic set with shellac polish on top. As I was leaving, I noticed that the shellac on the outer edge of my right thumb was not sealed. I immediately went back in, and they fixed it, no problem. The repair did leave a bump under the shellac, but I would rather have a bump, than not have the polish last. Well, the next day, June 6th, the shellac on the same nail, in the same area started chipping, and it continues to chip away. I have never had shellac come off of an acrylic nail. Usually, the polish will literally stay on until I remove the nail weeks later. I just want the shellac to last at least 1-2 weeks, with what it costs to get your nails done. Im still debating on whether Ill return when its time for a fill, as my other nails seem to be holding up okay.

My daughter and I both had a great experience at organic nail spa. The pedicures were well done, very relaxing, not painful in anyway, and the ladies were very pleasant to speak with.

If you do not ask for JIMMY to do your pedicure, then you wouldn’t be doing your toes justice! Clean, neat and professional place to get your nails done. Hands down, best place in Midland.

AFTER SOME BACK AND FORTH IN CHINESE, VIETNANESE OR WHATEVER LANGUAGE THEY SPEAK WE DECIDED TO TAKE OUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. IT IS EXTREMELY RUDE TO SPEAK IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE WHEN SOMEONE ELSE DOESNT UNDERSTAND, BEING THAT EVERYONE SPEAKS ENGLISH THEN ENGLISH SHOULD BE SPOKEN AT ALL TIMES. WE WENT TO GALA NAILS WHERE WE WERE TREATED KINDLY AND WERE OUT BEFORE 8. SO NOT ONLY WAS IT ENOUGH TIME TO GET OUR MANICURES, WE WERE ABLE TO GET A COCKTAIL WHILE WE DID. I originally visited for a pedicure with my boyfriend. We were helped right away. The salon is beautiful. Everything is very clean and you see them sanitize after every client. The staff is friendly and did a fantastic job on both of our pedicures. I decided to go back the next day for a full set. I only had to wait a few minutes for a tech and she did a great job! I live in Central Texas and was here visiting my boyfriend, but Ill be back to this salon next time Im in town!

I have been looking for a new nail technician for some time now. Stacy has great attention to detail and did an amazing job- nails filed perfectly and not too thick! The salon was sparkling clean and beautiful. I definitely recommend Organic Nail Spa!

I recently moved to Texas and have been looking for a nail salon. Thank God I found Organic Nails. This nail salon is the most beautiful, and clean business I have ever been to. My nail tech Tony was the very best! He did an amazing job with my pedicure and my dip nail. He listened to my concern about my nails being left too thick in my past experience with the dip and left them natural and thin. You will not regret getting your nails done here!

Came to have a good time for my daughter’s birthday but instead got a bad service. The woman who provided service had an awful attitude, was short and snappy with us. I don’t expect taking or smiling but being nicer would be appreciated. We felt like a burden and couldn’t wait to leave. The whole impression was ruined because of one bad employee. Needs to learn basic customer care. Won’t be back there, too bad with my daughter’s love of getting mani and pedi that could be a perfect place to go.wont recommend to any of my friends.
